It was just an insane experience a friend of mine put together a networking event for designers, etc. and Moe came in there and was just telling everyone to get the fuck out and he snatched the microphone out of this woman's hands while she was trying to make the announcement for people to leave because he was unhappy, but the venue was professionally the event was very calm, relaxed, and everyone was happily networking. There was nothing wrong going so came in and started shouting and cursing, and snatched the microphone out of her hands, which was insane. He yelled in her face like an abusive man.

Very professional and friendly. I had emailed over a list of music to play throughout the night as a guideline and she stuck to it but also had remixed versions of some of my favorites which made it more fun. Throughout the night she remained professional (in the past I'd witness DJs at events act like fools near the end of the night. not good.) and pleasant to my guests. All my guests commented on how fab the music was, it definitely added to my event. I also had Nguyen along with Tessa deejay a corporate holiday event. Again, arrived on time and remained professional throughout the night. They were able to read the crowd (ages ranged from 30-60 yrs of age!) and kept the dance floor going - everyone happy and having fun. Tessa was also a great emcee when needed - she spoke clearly and projected! From set up to breakdown - they were fantastic! I highly recommend Blackbook Social Club for all your party/event needs!!

We now have 2 grown children of our own who, who experienced being big brothers during their elementary through high school years to a lot of the youth who have come through our doors.. We have had 52 placements in 8 years. We have seen it all, and ACOA has been right there with us through it. We love the owners David and Jocelyn and all the staff. I couldn't recommend them enough. They are there for you, the youth and their staff, always trying to make the system more efficient. They think outside the box and now offer mental health services. ACOA is also an ISFC agency who take on some of the more challenging youth and situations.

From food, clothing, shoes, blankets, assistance in obtaining a job, a place to live, toys, appliances and so much more. She puts in hours of work giving of herself without blinking and eye. Her heart is filled with helping others in her community and it fills her with joy doing so. She's amazingly contributing selflessy and I want to personally commend her efforts for doing all this for others.

Most are single moms struggling to make…read moreends meet... but want to give their kids something for Christmas So we adopted a little girl.... This is the location for drop off.... While I was there I saw a number of bins allocated for this cause.....But the bins are not full yet and we only a few days to go until Christmas....many children & family's are hoping for a helping hand.... Julie Anna told me the program started in her home....She also said some of the people they help are victims of crime.... many different kinds of help are needed.... The building is overwhelming inside....Not sure where one area starts and the next ends... but Julie Anna knows.... She is very friendly and willing to explain what they do there..... it looks like she could use some help.....she was all alone there when I stopped by on Saturday .... My first impression is .... Needs are being met in the community...... they're Trying to keep people fed, clothed, sober and SAFE.. I don't live in this area but I can see the need here....and will make an effort to drive here to give her my future donations.....
