That's when I reached out to Linda, and I'm so grateful I did. She took the time to thoroughly assess our baby and quickly identified a lip, tongue, and cheek tie--something we hadn't realized. Linda clearly explained what was going on and guided us through every step, connecting us with a wonderful pediatric dentist for the procedure and an excellent physical therapist for follow-up support. Thanks to Linda's expert advice, encouragement, and reassurance, I was able to continue breastfeeding successfully. I'm proud to say I exclusively breastfed for a full year, and now begins the emotional journey of weaning. I truly could not have done it without her. I will absolutely reach out to her again when the time comes for future children, and I recommend her wholeheartedly to family and friends. She was an essential part of our journey.

If you're stuck between two lactation consultants, LINDA IS IT. I had bad postpartum depression and I can't even put into words how much Linda helped throughout our time together. I Will continue to stay in touch with her throughout my motherhood journey. What a blessing to have met her.

Probably the worst experience I have had in years as a customer!…read more Situation *Items in my cart rang up incorrectly *Asked for price check *Upon review, the item price checked higher price, *Brittany, cashier, requested Diana price check *Diana determined the item has a $16.00 increase in price due to the color. Same item, different color. **I asked if Walmart could honor price. Supervisor on duty was Diane, who said no. What made this the worst situation? I noted in the beginning of the conversation, due to my disabilities, I speak slower, and take time to process. Mid-sentance, I was interrupted 4 times while she dismissed me and gave orders to other people. Breaks, etc. Have to be taken, but she dismissed me, forcing me to restart my concern. It was humiliating. Diane also refused to give me her name when I asked for it and whom to speak to in management for my concerns. I left wondering if I was a person who did not have difficulty standing, speaking and communicating, would she have treated me with respect? My bill was over $$$. I have spent more in Walmart so the money was not the main issue. The issue was dismissing me, my concerns many times and refusing to give me the information for supervision. I am disappointed. I would rather go to stores further with better service, than endure such heartache and disrespect. Diane, who refused her name, provided dismissive services, treated my disabilities as if they were an irritation to her and left me wondering if I should stop shopping at Walmart altogether or maybe just those in my community who only wish ADA would be respected, not ignored or dismissed.
