You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, not just checking them out. She was also super friendly, kind, and empathetic, which honestly made such a difference. Same item, different color. **I asked if Walmart could honor price. Supervisor on duty was Diane, who said no. What made this the worst situation? I noted in the beginning of the conversation, due to my disabilities, I speak slower, and take time to process. Mid-sentance, I was interrupted 4 times while she dismissed me and gave orders to other people. Breaks, etc. Have to be taken, but she dismissed me, forcing me to restart my concern. It was humiliating. Diane also refused to give me her name when I asked for it and whom to speak to in management for my concerns. I left wondering if I was a person who did not have difficulty standing, speaking and communicating, would she have treated me with respect? My bill was over $$$. I have spent more in Walmart so the money was not the main issue. The issue was dismissing me, my concerns many times and refusing to give me the information for supervision. I am disappointed. I would rather go to stores further with better service, than endure such heartache and disrespect.
