As soon as I called I said "Hello I'm calling because I had an 8am phone appointment and haven't received a call" she had an attitude and replied "what?" All confused so I repeated myself then she told me "well maybe you should give them some time to call" because it's not actually an appointment they can call me any time throughout the day. Which is fine if that's the case but why have me select a time and date? And never inform me that the window is all day.. then act confused and rude when I call.

Thanks to Linda's expert advice, encouragement, and reassurance, I was able to continue breastfeeding successfully.
