The store was cool. Well stocked shelves. But,the restrooms are filthy and outdated. Walmart needs to do better.

Probably the worst experience I have had in years as a customer! Situation *Items in my cart rang up incorrectly *Asked for price check *Upon review, the item price checked higher price, *Brittany, cashier, requested Diana price check *Diana determined the item has a $16.00 increase in price due to the color. Same item, different color. **I asked if Walmart could honor price. Supervisor on duty was Diane, who said no. What made this the worst situation? I noted in the beginning of the conversation, due to my disabilities, I speak slower, and take time to process. Mid-sentance, I was interrupted 4 times while she dismissed me and gave orders to other people. Breaks, etc. Have to be taken, but she dismissed me, forcing me to restart my concern. It was humiliating. Diane also refused to give me her name when I asked for it and whom to speak to in management for my concerns. I left wondering if I was a person who did not have difficulty standing, speaking and communicating, would she have treated me with respect? My bill was over $$$. I have spent more in Walmart so the money was not the main issue. The issue was dismissing me, my concerns many times and refusing to give me the information for supervision. I am disappointed. I would rather go to stores further with better service, than endure such heartache and disrespect. Diane, who refused her name, provided dismissive services, treated my disabilities as if they were an irritation to her and left me wondering if I should stop shopping at Walmart altogether or maybe just those in my community who only wish ADA would be respected, not ignored or dismissed. read more

I ordered apples, not a science experiment. Nearly every apple in the bag arrived bruised, rotting, or visibly spoiled. The condition of this produce was obvious and should have been caught before delivery. Paying for groceries and receiving fruit that belongs in a compost bin is unacceptable. Monday 9/1/25 at 8:15pm I bought my stuff and then headed to leave. There was a "receipt checker" about 70-75 years old. A male. They have cameras everywhere and still check receipts. I wasn't feeling good and needed to get home ASAP. Im 3rd in line and the guy is taking FOREVER. As if he's checking every little thing on the receipt and the 2 families ahead of me had a lot of stuff. So i skipped the line, and while holding up the couple he was with, asks if i mind if he checks my receipt. I just kept walking. The guy behind me did the same and the worker said "geeee thanks." And the guy behind me told him he was taking too long and left as well. I have never seen a receipt checker take so damn long. As if they don't watch you check out your items. And the person at the self check out is also watching. Theres no reason to be taking so long. Then i had people asking me if i "skipped the line" in the parking lot. I skipped the line for a receipt check cuz the dude was taking an insane amount of time and i did not feel good. I don't recommend this walmart at all. It is also not legal to hold someone up. We are allowed to leave. I don't mind if he checked my receipt had he not taken forever on each family that there was a whole LINE forming just to get your receipt checked. If they believe i stole then they can check the cameras at that time at self checkout as i gave the exact date and time. I had a hamper, 4 yarns and 4 caesar salads. Simple as that. The worker clearly made it a scene that we both just left, like it's our fault he took 5 minutes to check a single receipt. Even after being told he was taking too long, I bet he still took just as long. I've never had a problem with a receipt checker, it's the first time i have just left after already waiting a little bit and watching him check the 2 families that were in front of me. I had the receipt in my hand ready to go. Get faster receipt checkers. Absolutely ridiculous. This walmart clearly doesn't care about customer service. That worker was rude as hell. read more

This a place is a joke. Just waited 2 hours for an online order pick up. Finally an associate checked in with me after being there for an hour and half. The associate told me they would get on my order right away. I waited an additional 40 minutes for my order. Been trying to get a hold of a manager but it seems Walmarts customers do NOT take priority. Someone needs to contact me and make it right!!!! read more

Girl with faded uneven pink colored hair was not only rude explaining where to find an item i needed but also needs to work on her body hygiene. Hmmm, let's review this Ghetto-Mart Customer service line was long, only 1 employee to assist you (He was very kind) If you close customer service at 4PM, then it's Your responsibility to place something behind the last customer in line. Don't try pulling some bullshit, saying that you're closed without notifying those remaining in line. Ahem management, you shouldn't leave your employee alone when it's busy, as a manager it's YOUR responsibility to step in and assist. While waiting patiently in the long line @ customer service, I couldn't help but notice how they fail to place refrigerated items back in their required places, rather than just leaving it in a basket to possibly become spoiled and cause illness. (If I was in line for 20 minutes, how long was the food sitting in the basket??) Ladies room was in need of toilet paper, and a major afternoon cleaning. Employee behavior is a clear reflection that some don't value their jobs nor your customers. So this is not my Walmart but because I was on the other side of town decided to just stop here... haven't read the reviews but they only have 1 1/2 stars... our experience was quite nice... Devon in the electronics area was excellent. His customer service skill were on point. Had to purchase ink for the printer and he cashed out our whole cart for us, all the while cracking jokes and smiling... I wish he worked at my Walmart. If I could give no stars I would. I needed to cancel a grocery order because the dumb app kept putting me on this store. I called for 45 minutes nobody picks up a phone in any of the departments. They still expect me to drive 50 minutes to pick up an order. The dumb website help people are probably outsourced so they have no help on the help app to offer. Their suggestion was call the store they can't cancel an online order online. Walmart I stopped using you for 3 years. I will stick with Instacart save from driving to pick up groceries. This is the Second time that I've placed a grocery order. And this is the SECOND time that it's been cancelled. It's absolutely ridiculous. 2 orders cancelled within a weeks timeframe. They text me telling me my orders ready and when I'm about to head out, they text me that it's cancelled. Checking out is an absolute nightmare too! I dread going to Walmart. The inside of the store is somewhat well kept but the outside... yuck! It's gross. Another issue I have is homesless people that walk around (clearly mentally unstable) inside the store make me feel uncomfortable. (Not all but some so don't get your panties in a bunch) . Example: one homeless man was in the kids clothing department kept adjusting himself, putting his heads down his pants multiple times while staring at me or maybe my children. I left the area and he followed me to the next area and then again to the next. At that point, I then left again to the other end of the store and lost sight of him while turning down multiple aisle. If he had followed me again that time, I would have gotten security. I understand that Walmart can't deny service to them and I don't think they should but I do think they should keep a close eye on some of them because some are not right in the head. read more

This is an excellent location if you're looking to be hassled for attempting to purchase $3 disposable razor blades or wait in line for 15 minutes to purchase those razor blades from the single checkout line where you're permitted to purchase said items. This location must spend at least $200k/year alone on staffers checking receipts at the door, not to mention the additional loss prevention apparatuses throughout the store. Even the body wash is locked up. That's right, you have to find the ONE staffer with HBA keys to purchase a bottle of body wash. Oh, and the entire store and parking lot is littered with trash. Had to walk out to the parking lot to get a shopping cart, as none were available in the store corrals. A+ nightmare. read more

No staff, no information and the number to call goes to voicemail that's full. Don't bother. Great idea, zero execution. Update!
