Plenty of parking, high ceilings, really great products. My favorite is their variety of apples.

Thank you Dairy Store. The dunkins traffic is too much for such a congested lot but this store makes it all worth it.

This is the reseaon for the 5 stars. The review is very specific to a terrible experience I had today. This very young girl scanned my order and swiped my debit card as credit. After this I was expecting a receipt to sign for my purchase that was run as credit and she didn't give me one. I asked her and she then proceeds to tell me, with a HUGE attitude I might add, our machine is broken. Shocked I looked at her and said that this made me very uncomfortable because I always sign for my credit purchases and that I wished she had told me of the problem prior and I wouldn't have completed my purchase. She spewed some ridiculous things, like, well we only make people sign if its over a certain amount. I, of course corrected her! Saying I ALWAYS sign for credit purchases no matter how small the purchase (this was an almost $30 purchase). Still giving me a nasty attitude I told her I'd be coming back to speak with her supervisor and to get my receipt. Bottom line, she was rude and insensitive to my woes. A simple written note with my purchase on it and a date and time to call the supervisor would've sufficed. Instead she made me feel like I was wrong for requesting a receipt for a hefty convenience store purchase. In addition, just so everyone knows bring cash to this store today so you don't encounter this vile unsatisfactory check out girl.

A fair bit surprised this business doesn't have more reviews. I haven't done a review in a long…read moretime but felt this would be a good reintroduction. Corsello Butcheria is located in a good spot in Easthampton - about 19 American Football fields away from the base of Mount Tom. Parking can be a bit scarce, but onstreet parking is available, as is parking in the municipal lot on Cottage street and some spots are usually available on Orchard and Chapel streets. Basically, this is a place to go buy meats. I like meats. They appear to source their meats locally and I do believe there's an emphasis on humane treatment/raising of the animals which give their bounty for sale at the shop. I do a lot of hardwood smoking, and being able to go to Corsello to get a real, legitimate local "boston butt"/pork shoulder FRESH makes a world of difference in comparison to the cryovac Hormel fare one would typically find at a supermarket. *side note- i hate cryovac pork. i feel like i need to open every window in the house when i cut open one of those packages*---Anyways.... It's also nice to be able to find things like local tri-tip, beef short ribs, flank steak, and a lot of curious items such as "liver treats" marketed toward "cats, dogs, and humans". It's refreshing to be able to walk into a place and see some chicken leg/thigh cuts and notice that they aren't the huge steroid-laden robochickens you typically find at chain stores for sale. The proportions of the bones/meat/fat look natural, as they're locally raised and slaughtered. In addition, they sell baguettes and stuff which are legit. I can't get real deal canned San Marzano tomatoes at Big Y for instance (poseurs), but I can get them here. They make solid meatballs, and truthfully the reason I go there more often than not is because their house-smoked hot italian sausage is awesome. I used to go to Outlook Farms for unsmoked-hot sausage (I often still do), but I more often than not find myself riding my bike down to Corsello for their hot sausage be it raw or smoked because it's closer to home and it's a neat personalized experience I guess you could say. I hate giving out 5 star reviews but I actually have nothing to bitch about with this place so 5 stars it gets. Also, Vincent and Kasey are cool people and their staff is always attentive when I walk in. They always seem to be cutting up meat in the window looking out to Cottage Street which looks rad to passerbys so yeah. 5/5.... begrudgingly. I hate perfect reviews.
