I was visiting the Five College area for my 55th college reunion. We were hosting a dinner for about 75 classmates and friends, and and we wanted to cook local to the extent possible which was our good fortune because we found Corsello. I bought many pounds of their Italian sweet sausage and the related but different rope sausage. We grilled them and everyone loved the authentic taste and flavor. It pays to buy quality products. read more

Quality sandwiches and friendly service in this adorable butcher shop. Corsello's is a gem!

First of all, I appreciate the small-town feel and excellent customer service. I went there just to pick up burgers which they pressed right in front of me, but I ended up buying bacon, beef heart, and sirloin tip! I prepared the beef heart for dinner today. WOW! Savory, tender, and delicious. I am so glad I found this place. I will certainly be back soon. read more

I cannot say enough about the fantastic meats and products at Corsello's. I've walked up and found someone dissecting a smoked pig in the front window, so awesome. As I write this, I'm chowing down on one of their Italian beef sandwiches with the homemade giardineira which is amazing. You must go there and eat an Italian Beef sandwich before you die. read more

Corsello Butcheria - a person holding a sandwich on a plate - Butcher Near Me - Easthampton, Massachusetts

Amazing butcher in Northern Mass. Enjoyed a great Chicago Italian Sandwich kit from them.

Who needs a trip to Italy when you have this place? I've had the homemade meatballs and now the slow roasted pulled pork. Both were spectacular. Their espresso was as Italian as you can get. Everything about this butcheria says "fresh". The meat and cheeses are local and not shrink wrapped in styrofoam like you'd find down the street. The owners get all of their meat locally and that makes a difference in freshness. I've met both the owners and they are passionate about offering healthy fresh food without cutting corners. If you haven't tried this place, you really should. I would come here every day if I didn't live in Atlanta. Manga! read more

What a great find. Old style butcher. Friendly service. We love their charcuterie, sausages, and skirt steak. We'll get to everything eventually. read more

Truly just love this place. I find something new & exciting every time & my go-to's are always consistently on point. So happy to have this butcher shop in town. Just bought a beautiful skirt steak & cold cuts for a better price & quality than anywhere else in EH. read more

There is no better roast beef sandwich in Western Massachusetts. It ain't even close. Worth the drive. End of discussion. read more

An old fashioned, whole animal butcher, sourcing local beef, chicken and pork. If Vincent doesn't have it then and there, he does his best to get it to you in a timely manner. The best Italian meatballs I've ever had and his house made burgers, Italian roast beef, pulled pork, house smoked chops, etc...yum. read more

I love having this place in town- great folks, friendly. I ordered a couple of sandwiches for a takeout lunch recently. I had high expectations, and imagined deli sandwiches like I used to get at places such as Gus and Paul's in Springfield, or Serio's in Northampton. What a let down! They don't even belong in the deli sandwich game. Very disappointed. read more

I have no words...I have no words to describe how good that was except for YUMMMMM! The Pulled pork sandwich was superb, not too much barbecue sauce, and the pickled fennel added just the right amount of flavor. The roast beef sandwich had the perfect amount of every ingredient. The bread was not too crunchy and too soft. The only disappointment was that the roast beef stew was not yet ready for sampling. read more

For the past year Corsello Butcheria has been providing a unique experience in Easthampton. Food that is locally grown, fed in the manner God intended and butchered in the room with the windows open to the public on Cottage Street. Vincent Corsello learned his trade in Italy, and found a great local butcher to assist when he opened his shop. Vincent, Mark the butcher, and VIncent's wife, Casey, have made this shop a community oriented place, offering sandwiches, coffee, espresso and the best pork, beef and chicken as well as specialty cheeses. While not a place for the lean of pocketbook you can buy a 1/4 lb of cheese, a slice or two of meat and walk out still feeling that you are a valued customer. p.s. Even though VIncent's meatballs are better than mine, I've forgiven him. Everything he offers seems excellent. read more

When I heard this place was opening, I was very excited. Without leaving Easthampton, there just weren't any places where you could get quality meat and I wasn't thrilled enough with Sutter's in Northampton to justify the hassle of driving there and parking. Since I do all of the cooking for my household I was very intrigued. This place does NOT disappoint. If anything, it exceeded my hopes. The owners are wonderful, friendly people who I've gotten to know as I go here almost every day. I've tried ground beef, rib-eye steaks, bone-in and boneless pork chops, regular and hot Italian sausage, smoked sausages and more. In the case of the pork chop, my wife stated that this one was the best she ever had and I'm inclined to agree! And the smoked sausages were so good that you can save a trip to S. Deerfield. There's a daily sandwich that I've gotten many times and it's always flavorful and fresh. You can get some of their house made roast beef or other imported meats and cheeses as well. And the meatballs? Simply divine. They've had bone broth, pomodoro, house-made italian burgers... I could go on, but really you need to experience this place for yourself. Now I am extremely fortunate to live right down the street so it's easy for me to stop in, but I'm currently wondering why I would ever buy my meat anywhere else even if I'm already picking up other groceries at Big E's or Big Y. Do yourself a favor and support this fantastic local business. read more

What an exciting development for those of us who live or work in Easthampton, or even pass through! I had a great first experience today at Corsello. It was clean and well-decorated (they kept it simple, which I appreciate), the service was friendly and fast, and I appreciated that they had a few nice tables for two and a bathroom. I ordered five prosciutto di Parma and fresh mozzarella sandwiches to bring back to my office, and we all really enjoyed them. I also got a small container of those house-made pickles, which were also great. I was so pleased to see that everything was local and responsibly sourced -- the sign which I'll attach a photo of read "Local, Free Range, Pasture Raised." Love it. As a former vegan and vegetarian (I know, start the groaning!) I do appreciate that. But good lord I'm glad I eat meat now, and that Corsello is in the neighborhood. read more

Corsello Butcheria - Locally-sourced meat. Love it! - Butcher Near Me - Easthampton, Massachusetts

Phenomenal on all levels. Nothing left to say. Run. Don't walk. The Italian Beef Sandwich is fire and the meats are glorious. So happy to have this gem in the area. read more

How lucky can we get to have our very own butcher shop in Easthampton?! Though their grand opening isn't until April 29, the owners were warm and welcoming during their "soft opening." It's a nice space where you could see yourself lingering for a sandwich or charcuterie or simply dashing in for that perfect cut of quality meat for dinner. The owners, Casey(so?) and Vincent were helpful with my choices, giving extra tips on cooking. But what really shines is their passion to provide their customers with transparently sourced meats and cheeses of the utmost quality. read more

This place is really good. If you already know what you want, then this place is great because they have a huge selection of pasture raised organic meats. If you don't know what you want, this place is perfect for you. Their staff is unbelievably friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They can definitely recommend the perfect cut for you. Aside from having a huge selection and friendly staff, the meat here is absolutely delicious. This is because it is pasture raised, organic meat, which is healthier and tastier. Corsello is a staple of Easthampton! read more

A neighborhood butcher with great local beef and pork (and some Italian delicacies). I love that Vincent takes the time to ask after what you are cooking and make recommendations based on your goals and wallet. All the employees are super helpful and thoughtful. I believe I once bought some rib-eye steaks from them, and they even knew the name of the cow. For big items (like Thanksgiving Turkey) you can order ahead and get exactly what you need. Corsello does a wonderful job supporting local farmers and ethical farming. The one thing is you don't want to be in a rush because you might be frustrated by the chitchat with the people in front of you in line. read more

Everything here is top quality and delicious. I've had the sausage, ribs, short rib, hamburger (probably more meants which I don't remember off the top of my head) and they are all delicious. The store smells fantastic as soon as you walk in. I've also had the sandwiches that are awesome. Nice people that own/work there too. Always willing to help and give ideas on how to cook the meats. read more

A fair bit surprised this business doesn't have more reviews. I haven't done a review in a long time but felt this would be a good reintroduction. Corsello Butcheria is located in a good spot in Easthampton - about 19 American Football fields away from the base of Mount Tom. Parking can be a bit scarce, but onstreet parking is available, as is parking in the municipal lot on Cottage street and some spots are usually available on Orchard and Chapel streets. Basically, this is a place to go buy meats. I like meats. They appear to source their meats locally and I do believe there's an emphasis on humane treatment/raising of the animals which give their bounty for sale at the shop. I do a lot of hardwood smoking, and being able to go to Corsello to get a real, legitimate local "boston butt"/pork shoulder FRESH makes a world of difference in comparison to the cryovac Hormel fare one would typically find at a supermarket. *side note- i hate cryovac pork. i feel like i need to open every window in the house when i cut open one of those packages*---Anyways.... It's also nice to be able to find things like local tri-tip, beef short ribs, flank steak, and a lot of curious items such as "liver treats" marketed toward "cats, dogs, and humans". It's refreshing to be able to walk into a place and see some chicken leg/thigh cuts and notice that they aren't the huge steroid-laden robochickens you typically find at chain stores for sale. The proportions of the bones/meat/fat look natural, as they're locally raised and slaughtered. In addition, they sell baguettes and stuff which are legit. I can't get real deal canned San Marzano tomatoes at Big Y for instance (poseurs), but I can get them here. They make solid meatballs, and truthfully the reason I go there more often than not is because their house-smoked hot italian sausage is awesome. I used to go to Outlook Farms for unsmoked-hot sausage (I often still do), but I more often than not find myself riding my bike down to Corsello for their hot sausage be it raw or smoked because it's closer to home and it's a neat personalized experience I guess you could say. I hate giving out 5 star reviews but I actually have nothing to bitch about with this place so 5 stars it gets. Also, Vincent and Kasey are cool people and their staff is always attentive when I walk in. They always seem to be cutting up meat in the window looking out to Cottage Street which looks rad to passerbys so yeah. 5/5.... begrudgingly. I hate perfect reviews. read more

this place sells nothing but meat that's rotten and calls it dry age. one you get a pig you have 3 days to cut it but they let it hang for 2 week and they just cut off the slimy mold then they over charge for it. do yourself a favor and stay fall away from this place because both own are as fake as they come read more

This place is rad. The food, the people, the service, the shop... you can tell they really care about what they do and their community. Had soup to go and bagged a Meatball Monday dinner for home... as well as a treat for me dog (she went NUTS over it, and she's normally pretty chill). So glad Corsello exists. Can't wait to go back! read more

Easy 5 stars. All the meats that are there are from local farms. If I could, I would take it all. I was really impressed. Money well spent.

If you want the old world, personalized service with a great piece of meat look no further.. Corsello Butcheria is a small family Italian styled butcher. When I learned that I can sip an espresso and savor heavenly cheese while I wait for a holiday charcuterie plate, I was sold. Really, they had me at espresso. Great place to stop in for gifts, party plates or just Sunday sausage on the grill. And you can order online. But I'd rather go in and say hi to Vince, Dom, Mark and the family they are great! read more
