Once we established a permanent address, Scott has even helped us in our transition to ensure our mail did not end up in no where land. He held our mail until all our contacts could be notified of our new address change. I say this is going beyond the call of duty. Thanks to Scott, we were able to not lose any of our important documents during tax season. We are very grateful for meeting Scott and his services for our Mailbox needs.

Thankfully ALL of my orders were properly returned/received/credited without a hitch! I simply provided the shipping documentation (or the related App in some cases) and/or my boxed-up merchandise and The UPS Store handled the rest. In several cases, the staff even boxed-up my items for me.... ALL of the staff were extremely patient and very helpful, especially in light of what could have been an extremely confusing process (since I had multiple sizes of many of the same items). I will definitely be using the UPS Store again!!

I really had an emergency situation where I needed a document notarized and delivery to my lawyer by 9:00AM on Monday morning. I got to the UPS store at 9:10am on Saturday and found that the notary did not come to work until 11:30am. The UPS schedule showed that they need to pick up the letter by 11:00am. So I was out of luck. The lady who was there called the owner Claire and she came in on her day off to complete the transaction and get the letter to UPS on time..
