Thankfully ALL of my orders were properly returned/received/credited without a hitch! I simply provided the shipping documentation (or the related App in some cases) and/or my boxed-up merchandise and The UPS Store handled the rest. In several cases, the staff even boxed-up my items for me.... ALL of the staff were extremely patient and very helpful, especially in light of what could have been an extremely confusing process (since I had multiple sizes of many of the same items). I will definitely be using the UPS Store again!!

They accepted an order from my company and days before the anticipated pick up date chose to terminate our business together with the reason of "they did not agree with the content." Anything I print can be seen and said on daytime television. I promote love, laughter and acceptance of all walks of life. They have the right to serve whomever they choose. However, the way they conducted themselves during this transaction was extremely unprofessional. It left my business scrambling last minute to find an alternative. I believe this came from a very unfriendly place. Persons of color or different religions should be wary before doing business with this company. Also they are overpriced.
