You would think if I'm paying for a pedicure that they would give me a good pedicure WITHOUT ME ASKING.I shouldn't have to pay $50 and up to get a decent pedicure. BEWARE: This place is so dimly lit they can't see what they're doing, and it will cause harm and at the same time have your nails looking sloppy, throbbing for days, and get INFECTED, like it did to me. Went for mani pedi a couple days ago. The guy who sits in the second to last mani station on the right of the salon did both mani and pedi. Sat down in the chair for pedi and was handed a book, and I had to bring the book over to one of the spot lights and squint to see what the colors actually look like. He unnecessarily cut into the corner of my big toe and straight up cut a chunk of skin off. It was bleeding, and he acted like nothing happened. He scrubbed my feet so hard he cut the side of my foot. He "massaged" my feet literally less than 15 seconds. He put my sandals on BEFORE putting the polish on which angled my toes away from him. He didn't paint all of my toes correctly. And left tons of paint on my skin. He even used a brush with acetone to clean it up. I literally saw him look at a spot on one of my toes after wiping, where he wiped the paint around the edge straight onto my skin. He chose not to clean it up. But what tops the cake is that the wound where he cut a chunk of skin off is infected and very painful. Time for my mani. I showed him how I shape my nails in a photo, and originally was going to do a dip powder, but he convinced me to do an acrylic overlay with a gel top coat because they charge $10 to remove it even if they apply it. Ok, fine, I'll try it. This man files into my nail beds so much that my fingers were throbbing for days. He didn't put the gel coat over the entire acrylic overlay. He didn't clean my cuticles up after tearing my nail bed up either. Is it acrylic around the edges? Maybe. Slivers of natural nail leftover? Possibly. Or is it just dead skin? The world may never know. I asked him to grind down the globs of acrylic under my nails, which he still failed to do all the way. And now because the chunks are starting to come out from under my nails, it's chipping the gel top coat. TURN THE LIGHTS UP so your technicians can see what they're doing! Or are you trying to deceive your customers with poor workmanship? read more

Even though this is a busy salon, there are always enough technicians to take you even if you are a walk-in it may only be a few minutes. . I went to go do a manicure and she cut my cuticle the next day my cuticle was warm and I was in pain. I work at a lab so I had them draw my blood and I had an infection. My thumb was swollen, with pus, I ended up going to immediate care for the infection. They had to prescribe me antibiotics. I went to salon to speak to the manager and she said I never got the infection from there. I had to pay out of pocket for immediate care. She pretty much asked me to leave the nail salon. Then I went for a full set and they were crooked and the paint was so messy. I had him redo a couple a few times before giving up and just figuring I'll do them myself when I get home. Me, my mom, and my sister all went to River nails this week to get our nails done for my sisters wedding on Friday. We all had different nail techs and they all did a lousy job. Almost all of our nails are crooked, misshaped and painted terribly. The nail tech that was working on my sisters nails cut her so bad that her finger split and she's going to have a huge gash in her finger for her wedding day. I have gotten pedicures regular manicures, no chip and acrylics and am never disappointed. Recently I tried getting eyelash extensions and wow. A game changer! Kelly does an excellent job and they look very natural. Customer service is great. The salon is well decorated and comfortable.
