This is not a cabin! This is a room!! the people on site knocked on our door at 9 o'clock at night telling us to turn down our TV as we were in bed about to fall asleep! The grass is unkept there is garbage all over the place. This place is a mess! I wouldn't spend $10 to stay there alone four hundred hundred dollars dollars!!! read more

We booked a weekend at this place. It is 6 miles from the entrance to Sequoia so location is great. It is located right along the river Kaweah.. we stayed at cabin#7. Inside the cabin things look cozy until fiance went to use the shower and the shower curtain smelled like urine. There was mold at the bottom of the curtain. Cracks above the shower. This place isnt cheap $564 for 2 nights its not too much to ask for clean, non-smelly shower curtain. The room smelled like pine-sol I assume they wiped the place prior to our arrival. read more

It's an okay place to stay. The property is hard to see and the driveway to get in is very steep and uneven. Had to go in at an angle as to not to scrape the car. The room was warm and clean when we entered and it had all the amenities it said it did and they all worked. There was a nice eating area as well. The heater worked very well and we definitely weren't cold. The doors leading out to the waterfront patio didn't open so we couldn't access our patio without going through the front door and walking around which was disappointing and had no weather stripping at the bottom so cold air was able to come into the room. The Bathroom was cleanish , there were plenty of towels and toiletries and the water got very hot which was nice. The inside shower liner was gross and needs to be replaced and the shower was very slow at draining. I understand that we are in an area where maybe WiFi isn't that great but the WiFi was terrible. The tv was constantly disconnecting from the WiFi and sometimes wouldn't connect back to it for a while making watching a movie difficult, luckily we didn't spend too much time in the room but it would of been nice to have it when we were wanting to relax and go to bed. Overall the place is okay. I feel a little overpriced for what you get. The staff was friendly via email and text and did allow for an early check in when we asked. read more

I really liked my stay here at the River Front Cabins. It was the ideal starting point for my journey through Sequoia and King's Canyon National Parks. Backing up just a moment.....I flew into LAX from Florida and rented a car. Getting out to this quaint little town of Three Rivers....it was a manageable 200 mile drive. Planning my travels ahead of time, I decided....I would spend the evening here in Three Rivers, just outside the main entrance to Sequoia, getting a good night's sleep before starting my adventures the following day. Three Rivers is a charming small town....situated in the cozy woods. It provided a peaceful setting that I appreciated. Although I thought I was renting a cabin here.....actually I'd more describe my rustic lodge "room" as a tucked away condo situated right by the waters edge in the heart of the outdoors. It was connected to another room....the best way I can explain it as a free standing co-op dwelling. For checking in purposes, there's a general convenience store situated immediately off the road about 1 mile away from the cabin where I had to to pick up my room key. Also....although I was given instructions.....I found great DIFFICULTY FINDING MY CABIN. I ended up driving past it a few times....until I realized just how HIDDEN the place was. Wow....turning into the driveway, I must warn.....GO VERY SLOW. It's not paved, and....this path was virtually invisible from the main road. I really had to take my time finding it. It was frustrating. And the slope of the driveway was steep. Another point....there's no shoulder off the main road, so definitely put on your turn signal to allow for other cars to know what you're doing. Again, just a tip....DRIVE SLOW. The path was quite bumpy as well. This was probably the only inconvenience from my experience here. On the flip side.....I loved the whole ambiance about my room. Inside, I had a simple queen sized bed w/ a TV, table and chairs, a mini-fridge, coffee pot, a/c and heater unit, serviceable shower and towels. But....the BEST part about this place was the backyard area. There's a door that lead to the back, or you can just walk around the cabin. But, out in the back....there was a paved deck with a couple of lounge chairs overlooking the woods and peacefully flowing river. It was quite a pleasing atmosphere and backdrop. Also, I was able to walk over to the river and soak up my surroundings. It was terrific! I felt like I was miles from home....just what I was hoping for. After heading into town for dinner....upon arriving back at my cabin....I certainly took time to sit down in the lounge chair, appreciate the woods and nature and watch the sunset. It afforded me an opportunity to realize just how special it was to travel and encounter new places. This was a great way to end my first day of vacation here. One more thing....if anyone cares...there was a BBQ grill on the back deck as well. For dinner....getting back in my car, I drove another mile or so into town and had my meal at the River View Restaurant. Again....situated right along the river with a patio to eat outdoors....I highly enjoyed eating here and would recommend for anyone staying at the cabins to come on over. In all, I genuinely enjoyed my stay at the River Front Cabins. It was the cheapest place I could find in Three Rivers. I paid $82 for one night in the middle of June, and I did book my cabin a few months in advance. Looking back on my Sequoia and King's Canyon trip, I have fond memories from choosing to stay here. Other than my cabin being difficult to locate....I admired every other aspect about this place, especially the backyard deck setting situated among the undisturbed forest. read more

The bedding was dirty, dishes were dirty, porch was rotted out and collapsing, there was trash everywhere on the property, lightbulbs missing or out, porch light out, fire extinguisher missing, smoke detector inoperable, paint chipping, hole in wall, shower had black pubic hair in it, sheets weren't washed, TV kept cutting out, coffee was old and stale. I tried to reach the owner several times, so did Hotels.com, who I booked this reservation through, and he dodged all of our calls. I did, however, speak to a few locals in town who say this is an ongoing problem with this property. I don't understand all the negative one star comments, maybe they're all older and management has stepped it up. Our stay was nothing but pleasant. The check in was quick, friendly, and easy. Our heater didn't work at first but a simple call to the staff got that problem fixed right away. Water pressure and temperature was great, room was clean, bed was fine. Fridge and microwave worked. That's all you need from a hotel. You really have one of the world most breath taking national parks an hour away, you should spend a very minimal amount of time inside your hotel. If your trip is ruined because of a minor inconvenience at your hotel, you need to re-evaluate your expectations. Give management a call and they will more than likely take care of whatever the problem is. Also bonus points because of the sweet cat that joined us for our bonfire (see picture)! read more

*PET FRIENDLY* We stayed in Cabin #8 and holy moly, it exceeded our expectations. I was not expecting high vaulted ceilings and how spacious the property was. We were literally steps away from the river and it was exactly the peace and tranquility I was hoping for. Loved also that there was a heater, air conditioner, and a full kitchen to cook in. From previous recommendations, we packed extra blankets and tissue paper for our comfort and it changed everything. It felt like "our home" and we slept like babies. Overall amazing value for the price, location, and experience. · Only able to check in from 4 pm - 8pm seems like a really tight window. However, they do accommodate late check ins (you must first call them ahead of time!). Also, if we did not have our blankets, we definitely would have been cold and uncomfortable. I recommend bringing your own. Sure, there were a couple of damages in the property like paint chippings and incomplete outlets but hey, it's the woods! You can't expect pristine conditions. It never took away from our experience and we enjoyed every little bit of it. read more

The dirtiest cabin I've ever been to. Not well kept. Cracks everywhere letting in all sorts of bugs. Stayed one night and left the next day instead of staying two nights. Whoever put the blinds in the room put them in backwards as well as everything else. Dirty sheets, small towels. I've never been this disappointed in a place. Dead bugs plastered on the walls and if you're quiet enough you can hear them buzzing around. Spend the extra $50 and get a better place. read more

Big big big disappointment, 425.00 a night for a -1star stay, do yourself a favor stay across the street at the comfort inn across the street, this place is dirty, old, unkempt, no locks on sliding glass doors in bedrooms, the one shower sliding glass has no handles, there's a 25 dollar fee for using the kitchen, it took almost two hours to locate the place because the address given was wrong, you pay for one experience and they house you in a different one, and had to wait for someone to come open the door, although they claimed the key and paperwork would be left under the mat, the sad part was that we drove to several locations in the woods, away from the road, and couldn't find the location, we spotted the actual location but the address didn't match, I figured this had to be the place but again, the numbers didn't match, I looked underneath the mat anyways with the risk albeit that I might offend the tenants for trespassing, sure enough, there was no key or paperwork, my son got upset for me exploring the possibilities, in the end after driving around, we gave up and called again, and were told to wait for them to show up and open the door. The place was completely hot. There's no air conditioning. We had to open the windows for air to circulate and they only have one standup fan in the bedroom, upstairs in the attic, here's a window AC unit with four alittle bunkbeds. I really wanted to give this place better than 1 star because the view out the back is great and the house itself had so much potential.... We encountered many problems but I'll just share the worst. 1. We moved my 3 year old son's bed against the wall so he wouldn't fall off that side of the bed or get stuck between the gap between the bed and the wall. In the middle of the night my son woke up screaming because rain water was leaking onto him from the skylight above. Upon inspection, it s obvious that they knew of this problem because there was a tarp thrown over it on the roof. Not only did it ruin our sleep but it put us in a really awkward position; In the process of moving the bed, it had gotten soaked through with water. So it was their fault for not repairing the roof but we still felt like we had contributed to the problem by moving the bed over. 2.) there were no batteries in the TV remote, lightbulbs were missing 3.) we couldn't use the deck to look at the stunning view of the mountains because the deck was completely rotted. As was the bathroom floor. We could feel it flex at the toilet. 4.) our neighbors paid for 2 beds but there was only one...the attendants didn't respond to their calls so we literally gave them one or our unused beds. You have to check in at a liquor store. Enough said there. I did not do enough research about the place, so I blame myself and forfeit around $130. I did not ask for a refund and in reading past reviews, glad I did not ask. Hotels.com showed pictures that were nice and made the place look passable, somewhat comfortable. I took a chance trying to find something nice. We came down Sequoia in the dark. My girlfriend Google mapped the place and it took us to a "General Store" with a guy standing outside. Going inside, it seemed more like a gas station/liquor store. While signing, the guy said "Not the kind of place I would take a girl...well the girls I would date wouldn't mind it..." He had a gallon of water on the counter and slid it over to me while I was trying to figure out what he said. I asked him about the water, he said it was "complimentary, if you need more, come on back." I went to the car thinking that the water in the room had to be undrinkable and the place unsafe possibly. We went to the cabin, which was was more like a house shack, sharing a wall with the other. I did not mind it in the pictures thinking it was possibly well made and comfortable. We pulled into the gravel driveway. I went to put the key in the lock and felt the lock in the door knob was loose. Opened the door, turned on the lights. First thing was the musty, moldy smell. We went to the bathroom where two light switches did nothing, but a across the sink, one light switch turned on two light bulbs, the center one missing. Around the toilet threshold was contoured in black, nicely made window bathroom had pile of bugs in the track. Shower looked clean. We went to the back "French doors" that jiggled when locked and could be pulled open with enough force. We went outside to what I thought would be a river. Being dumb, I thought the river would be near, but it was not, perhaps due to the season (my fault, again). The area was shareable to the rest, making a jiggling back door looking out to dirt and shrubs seem pretty unsafe. I looked at an old AC unit in the wall, the old cabinets, a dirty faux leather futon, and small TV with cable box laying on the table below like a puppet. I looked at the floors that looked swept but not seriously cleaned. The bed looked uncomfortable but clean. We did not even pull the covers back because we were so demoralized. My girlfriend found 2 granola bars and a half used Tajin bottle in a cupboard. She asked me if they were complimentary. I said I did not think so, but definitely knew the Tajin was not. We closed up the place, leaving everything nice and went to dinner. At dinner, I bit the bullet (or calzone) while eating and booked a room at the Comfort Inn, which we stayed in last year. The Comfort Inn was cheaper (perhaps due to time) and had a complimentary breakfast, but most of all, felt clean and safe. This group of "Cabins" (really small motel-like rooms), according to their website, say: "The cabins are owned and operated by the Kaweah General Store & Lodging" A group of 3 other friends, me and our dog stayed there this past weekend because of it's proximity to Sequoia National Park. The cabins sound great on paper. However, in spite of the fact that some of the structures are new, they are neglected, as are the grounds of the operation. The location is fantastic - with the Kaweah river right behind. We rented 2 cabins. We wanted to be close to each other, but we were told that they didn't have 2 cabins that were close available. That was either an outright lie or the other guests didn't show up. Regardless, someone should have known and asked us if we wanted to move, which we would have because only one of the units had a full kitchen. We were in the room that didn't have a kitchen. Here's my feedback: 1. The bedding is scary. While the sheets smelled clean, the bedspread and matching top pillow cases were old and quite smelly. They needed to be replaced last year. 2. Cobwebs everywhere. 3. Our cabin room didn't have a screen on the window and guess what, it had to stay closed because there were too many bugs (mosquitos, flies, spiders, etc.). This seemingly simple thing - could have been easily fixed because we found out when we checked out - that they knew about it. Well, it ruined the trip because we couldn't enjoy the fresh air at night. 4. There's junk all over the property. My friend tripped over a twisted bunch of chicken wire! Luckily he didn't get cut - otherwise we would have been at the hospital getting him a tetanus shot. 5. The air conditioning unit was clearly rigged - and set to one fixed temp and the fan wouldn't switch off from automatic. 6. There's something happening with the septic system - because it stunk of waste every now and then. If you used any of the drains, they'd kick back a smell. 7. For the price, there should be daily maid service - but there isn't. 8. When we called -we were VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT THE WIFI. Oh, they have it but it only works in the first 3 cabins! My friends had it - we didn't - and we needed to get some work done while there. This was a major problem for us. LIARS. LIARS LIARS! Anyway, I don't recommend these cabins for the simple fact that there's no love here for the property and they lie about what's available (or not) for every unit. Honestly, for this kind of non-sense, the price should be half what it was. It's a shame really, because the place has potential. read more

Simple but awesome cabins. I won't lie, upon booking some of the reviews had me a little scared, especially traveling with my 20 month old son and 8 year old daughter here from 5 hours away. My husband and I were prepared for the worst, packed our own sheets, blankets, and towels, pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, dish soap, cutting boards, sponge, paper towels, trash bags, Clorox wipes, and all of our own body soaps/shampoos, etc. we were ready for anything!!! Upon getting our keys at the general store Chad was incredibly helpful and friendly! We were grateful for his insights as we came to hike the national forests and primarily to fish. When we got to the cabins we were SO pleasantly surprised! The place is awesome! And had everything we needed!! I'm still glad I brought my own stuff because with kids and my husbands service dog, we needed every single towel, wash cloth, etc they provided (which were a LOT) and our own! And with toddler messes we went thru the paper towel really quickly also so I was glad I had our own also, tho I am sure the maintenance guy living onsite would have provided more. I didn't get his name but he is wonderful also! Very friendly and helpful as well! The place was really clean and all the sheets and towels and everything was clean and organized. The beds upstairs were awesome! Tho my kids chose to stay in the queen bed up there together vs their own twin beds. We did use our own sheets and blankets since we brought them and like feeling at home. Is it perfect? No. The door has paint chipping off of it, the balcony can't be used, there's rubble around in some areas, the curtains aren't the most amazing, But if you're coming imagining a stay at the Ritz, you're barking up the wrong tree... you're coming to a CABIN!! To stay in the great outdoors, to explore, to wade the river, and get dirty! If that's what you're into then this place is fabulous!!! Honestly, we can't wait to come back again!! The river was really low due to the current drought situation but we still were able to find holes and catch some awesome fish, the kids loved playing in the water and running all around, and it's close to some decent food if you decide to eat out and an awesome coffee shop. Tho everything you need is right in your cabin. (We were in 7). Also the proximity to the national park and being right on the river, you just can't beat it! We will be back again soon for more adventure! Oh! And anyone who said they didn't have WiFi needs to look at the bottom of the router in their room and see the code to log in. Dog friendly close to sequoia national park very accommodating (Chad is a very nice man). BUT the pricing for this establishment per night is not fair. The cabin had bugs (cricket, spiders, roaches) everywhere and I can stand some bugs, but not for this price. The water pressure in the shower sucked and wasn't very hot. There was dish soap for hand soap on the bathroom. I don't feel that it is cleaned properly. I want to bring to your attention the facts of the stay we had in River Cabin. The moment we arrived the general store it was told that the maintain ace people will come for any assistance needed when we entered the cabin was dark. Didn't had any bulbs on the living room, the cleaner was on top of bath room counter, bathroom floor was broken and molded, toilet seat broken and toilet dirty, when I walked up stairs where door was locked and it was hard to figure out if they have any more beds or not. When we realized the beds are upstairs as we did book for 4 adults and 2 kids clearly mentioned in the booking, they didn't not change or made beds for us. Used towels were on the floor. no bath towels, blankets or bed sheets for us. The wooden panel with nails fells off the bath room door and my son was about to get hurt. Even the bath towels weren't there. The amount charged was even more than we would pay for a 5 star hotel, they charged me $ 341 for this shitty service and place. We had to drive back at 9:30 pm at night to the general store to talk to the gentleman, as no one was picking the phone to request the towels and bed sheets. When we reached we were told that they will have it delivered at our cabin but no one came. They write that they will have drinking water, but they did not even give us drinking water. We were with two kids it was a nightmare anyone can have with no lights, broken panel falling off, no WIFI, no towels and no blankets and bedsheets for this amount of money I paid to spend that dreadful night in that ugly cabin which hotels.com charged me. Picked these cabins at last minute. Glad we did. On the Kaweah River. A lot of road noise but cabin was so nice it didn't bother us. Super close to Sequoia NP. Staff was so accommodating . I just got home from a week-long stay in Cabin #1 with my mom. We kept asking each other, "why can't I get this relaxed at home?" We were both pleasantly surprised at how clean, cute, and modern the cabin was on the inside. The cabin is just a short walk to the river. I agree with some other reviewers that the grounds are a little unkempt, and that the cabins are close to the road, but nothing that would interrupt having a great time / relaxing stay. The view is beautiful and the sounds of the river are soothing. The customer service varies: Shianne was accommodating and sweet. The younger guys are polite and helpful. The middle-aged guy seemed like he was inconvenienced by my questions, and the older guy was downright rude --- he walked out of the store while I was talking to him. To management: I wish these things were in the cabin, and/or To potential customers: You may want to bring these things yourself: -foil/ziploc bags -additional trashbags -lighter/matches -broom and dustpan -flashlights Would I return? Nice little balcony overlooking the river. I liked that they had different spots you could build a fire. Wasn't too pricey. If you like to take showers, this place will not meet your needs. We stayed in a single queen size bed room and the water that came out of the shower head was but a mere trickle. Despite what the "team" at the mercantile (the store you check into to your room which is like 2 miles down the road) it's impossible to take a shower in this space. Even if you were to attempt a shower in that thin stream of water, it took about 15 minutes for the water to heat up. It's got a sink though with water that heats up in a reasonable amount of time and with a decent flow. In addition to their lack of advertised modern plumbing, I'd advise you NOT to take your socks off while inside the room. The floors felt similar to a walk on Doc Weiler beach in Los Angeles. This establishment clearly has an issue and what was most irritating was the attitude of one of the employees at the check out. We rented chains from him the prior day and all I heard was "wah, wah, wah". When I told him about the shower at check out time, he couldn't give 2 sh**ts about our experience. I asked him when they could expect the plumbing to be fixed so I could let other people know and he gave me a lot of smoke and mirrors AKA no answer. If it's a choice between this place and camping in the Sequioa's go camping. Otherwise I saw a Days Inn close by. Luckily it did not spoil the beauty of the Sequioa National Forest. read more

What a great place to stay for the night. We were greeted first by Paisley the dog. He was so cute and he warmed up to our dog immediately. The cabin was cozy and had an amazing view of the river. They did prepare us that the water was not filtered as it comes from the sequoias and they give us a jug for drinking. The bed was comfortable and the layout was great. I was looking for a place to stay while visiting Sequoia National Park and found that cheap looking hotels are pretty expensive! For less money I rented one of these cabins (#1) and got a seperate bedroom, living area and kitchen area. They provide toiletries and towels too. Pets are allowed for a small additional fee per night. Rose was my contact and she was extremely nice and pleasant to work with. She even came to say hi during my stay. The cabins are run and operated by the Kaweah General Store. That's where you go to pick up your keys and check in/out. With the kitchen area, we were able to save money by "cooking" our own meals. In a cooler I had brought a frozen pizza and some precooked and packaged Tony Roma's ribs from Safeway. They have a grill if you want to BBQ. I suggest you do your shopping at home and bring a cooler or in Visalia on the way in. Groceries are expensive and not fresh in town. Salt was the only seasoning provided in the kitchen. I also suggest you bring some sandwich ingredients if you're going to Sequoia National Park for lunch because I didn't notice any places to eat in there. Maybe there are and we just didn't see them. Wow! One star for location~ all down hill from there! We had NO reservations so when we saw "Vacancy" on the Wednesday we pulled in we were excited. Excited because the river was right there with open trails which caught our eye and drew us in. Being Dog friendly we were excited that our dog could walk around by the river! We had cabin #4 and when we were checking in the maid informed us that it was ready but the floors hadn't been cleaned~~~ I told her we'd wait! That should have been a red flag but we were excited to get down to the river since it was bloody hot that afternoon. We had been camping for three days so our next priority was to take a hot shower. That's when the realization set in~!!! The Shower or the Water or the plumbing gave off a foul smell like rotton eggs~~~:( It was awful!! My husband couldn't bring himself to shower that night...I know...huh! The smell permeated the tiny room so bad that we had to leave the outside door opened. I had to clean the coffee pot before using it and that set the mood for the fact that the room was not cleaned to standard. I brought out my sleeping bag after that! There were BBQ's, Tables and chairs for each unit (full of cob webs and dirty) but the grounds were littered with junky furniture, uncleaned and cobb web covered objects which could easily just be cleared from the property and be better off. wifi didn't work unless you walked to the office area to use your devices. All in All it was very disapointing because this is a great location BUTT COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER WITH PEOPLE WHO CARED ABOUT THE PLACE. Sombody please Call Jim Ramsey for Hotels From Hell!!! I had given it 2 stars for its close location to Sequoia National Park. Honestly this place is horrible! I edited to 1 star! I wish I would've seen some reviews on Yelp before booking 4 nights here! I booked through Booking.com and the pictures are very deceiving all around. Please do not be misled by their pictures. The entire facility is very neglected cabins need a lot of cleaning outside and much improvement inside. I'm in cabin 8 the deluxe and our balcony is completely missing for what I can see all cabins have a balcony except ours you will see by my pics. The so-called river that appears beautifully flowing near cabins is a very dried up stream aways from cabins thru an empty field. The loft upstairs thank God we are not using looks like a hostile! Has a full size bed and 2 twins that are just rollaways! And the bed downstairs which is the main room is a spring mattress so uncomfortable! There aren't any drawers or anything to store clothes or any closet. Seriously this place is so neglected and disgusting! My only enjoyment will be the days spent in Sequoia! I booked this place on a short notice and lodging was very slim. Also parking is limited we came back from being out and we had no parking my husband had to practically back up the car on the walkway! There's so much more too many to list. Its a cheap cabin by a river. Nothing fancy, but we had a blast. We had cabin 4, the water smells because its treated snow melt and the general store gives you free gallons to compensate. Theres fire pits all over so we drank wine and kept warm outside, and its right on the river w a great mt view. The on site maintence guy is nice and attentive. Room was clean, I guess the other reviewers have never stayed in sand heavy areas before? That shit gets everywhere no matter what, so that its as clean as it is shows some time spent on it. I dont sleep under the covers in weird beds tho, so I didnt notice an issue there... Id stay again. Its no hilton but its fine if you're low maintenance. read more

The place is a little difficult to find, however it is very close to sequoia. Beware there is no wifi you have to walk to a little designated sitting area to use the wifi. The cabin was okay a little outdated but we didn't really spend much time in the cabin, there's a small lake near the cabin which was nice!!! Definitely would come back. read more

The cabins are passable, we had cabin #4, but the water smells like sulfur and there was no river within view of the cabin (granted, the drought has had an adverse effect and can not be controlled). They could not find my reservation and had to wait for the "computer" person to arrive and find it, a half hour or more of waiting. The locals know to avoid this place, it is not cheap at all, but please spend whatever it takes to avoid this place. read more

I am rating this as 1 star because of the quality of water in the cabin was very very bad. We lived here for 2 nights and out of 8 people of our group, 4 got sick (including a child). The tap water was bad. Water in the bathroom was smelling like boiled eggs. They have placards claiming that the water is bad but they don't tell not to use it for anything. Also, our room was supposed to have Wi-Fi but after reaching there we found out that the range of wi-fi is till cabin#3 only and we were living in cabin#7. So, there goes that :( Also the blankets, bed sheets and pillows were dusty. The BBQ area and surroundings were dirty and it didn't seem like anyone cleaned them in a long while. Although the setting and view are beautiful, the condition of the cabin itself could have been way better. The water from the faucet and shower smelled of sulfur (aka rotten eggs) and insects were getting through the cracks of the window. The ac worked fine which is a huge plus and the sheets were clean. The tv remote didn't work on the tv, just on the direct tv receiver which meant we had to get up and manually turn it on/off and adjust the volume. The staff was nice and friendly but lacked communication. We had purchase the room through priceline and was told at check in that the room was paid for. Awesome! Except for the fact that in reality it wasnt and weren't notified until checkout. Overall a great place, but lousy cabin and inconvenient staff. read more
