The Comptoir is soooo worth a visit. The madeleines are so delicious. The long croissant is very fun. If you want to takeaway, you can walk inside and skip the line. There are 5 tables in the Comptoir to sit at. We waited about 45 minutes and then didn't even stay very long. The ritz bathrooms are also incredible. The nicest I've ever been in. Worth wandering into.

Great place for elegant expensive desserts. Things sell out. I wanted the sandwich but was late.

Still have scars from it. I didn't like the vibes and especially they were disturbing their therapy.

Beautiful place to enjoy Afternoon Tea in Paris. I made reservations for this place and everything was extremely delicious to eat. The aesthetic of this place is amazing and picturesque worthy.

Ritz Paris Le Comptoir - wow, so happy we tried their croissant stick version. Easier to eat and less messy! Love having chocolate in every single bite! Line moves quickly especially if you don't wait to sit inside - there are only four or five small tables. Beautiful pasty shop!

We just spent 10 days in Paris and typically stroll in the evenings because it doesn't get dark until 9pm. We mostly ended up at the Ritz, the Lutetia or Le Meurice for after dinner drinks & desserts. The Ritz Hemingway bar was always packed so we ended up in the library bar. Lovely ambiance, charming staff, delicious everything. Always a pleasure.

Beautiful stay at The Ritz Paris. The service was incredible and the rooms are gorgeous. We stayed on the sixth floor in a double balcony room and we were able to see the first snow or the season! The spa and fitness center is fantastic as well. We had dinner at Bar Vendôme the first night and our server and sommelier were both fantastic. We also got drinks at Bar Ritz and Bar Hemingway. The entire stay was a magical experience.

Brought the Mom here for Afternoon Tea, while we were in Europe for our Mom-daughter vacay. Quite the experience and so much fun! Servers were beyond nice and helpful. Sandwiches, pastries and teas were so delicious omg! If you're ever visiting Paris, definitely go for Afternoon Tea at the Ritz; very much worth it! Bon anniversaire!

The most beautiful, spectacular, breathtakingly-ornate hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at! We had a two night stay booked here and HAD to extend our stay here because we loved it so much! I'd have a great time just hanging out at the hotel and enjoying the amenities (including the stunning pool) and taking in the decor and colors (Chandeliers everywhere)! The florals, especially the display at the entrance! Oh my! We enjoyed breakfast at L'Espandon - the food and service was excellent. We tried out both bars in the hotel. The Ritz Bar was great and upscale. Bar Hemingway outdid all of our expectations; it felt historically preserved, trendy, and the drinks were memorable. The rooms were gorgeous. We had a view of the Eiffel Towel from the balcony. Heated bathroom floors and shower bench. Gold decor. I couldn't stop admiring the sink!! The faucet was a good swan and the knobs had crystal accents! The prime location! This hotel is surrounded by high end shops! Get ready to treat yourself! I hope to be back soon!!!

Absolutely perfect martini; perhaps the best I've ever had.

In a word, elegance. In two, absolute delight. A warm and inviting dining room, refined and peaceful. Brunch for two. Champagne was provided, and my martini was perfect. Service was beyond expectations, and there was no rush whatsoever; we were able to enjoy a spectacular brunch together without interruption, all the while having a phenomenal server check on us to ensure we were satisfied. Satisfied is too small a word. This was bliss. Highly recommend taking the time to enjoy brunch at the Ritz; you will NOT regret it at all!

The property is not in the family of Marriot Hotel. It is stand alone property by it self. Rooms are small but great. Lunch and Breakfast are well thought. I enjoy everything and also accessible to everything.

I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who prefer modern decor. But what's lacking in decor, the hotel makes it up in their location, friendly customer service, comfy bed, and great patio over looking the Eiffel Tower. Yes, you have to pay extra to get rooms with Eiffel Tower view but we found it to be worth it. We enjoyed waking up to the view in the morning and admiring its glittering lights in the evening. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It's literally a few minutes away from all the luxury shops, across the street from Cédric Grolet cafe (take-away only), and the famous Cafe Angelina. The Lourve was app. 15 min walk from the hotel. A few upgrades in the room would be recommended: coffee machine (vs calling for coffee or going down to the lobby), mini fridge that's not stocked so we can put our drinks, ice machine (although we would always get our ice on the double whenever we asked for it - kiddos!). I also think newer and updated furniture would also go a long way. We bought the room with the Eiffel Tower and we were lucky to be upgraded to the suite which was amazing! It has 3 small patio overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Seperate large bedroom and living room. The living room has an outdoor patio great for private sunbathing. Oh their bed....super comfortable with great pillows, not one of those that go flat once you put your head on them. I slept like a baby! The staff - everyone we talked to were friendly and helpful. It started with Nicholas who checked us in, the gentlemen at the entrance, the ladies who did great job in cleaning our room and Tonia who checked us out. Overall a great stay and we can't wait to come back.

Our room had a king bed and a couch that opened into a bed which made the accommodations for we needed. The hallways were long so getting to our room took a minute, but that was ok and worth it because the view from our bedroom window was lovely. My favorite part was how I could open the glass doors from our room and let fresh air into the room. It was such a unique experience, and I loved listening to the city sounds while sitting by the window and reading. The hotel is centrally located as well so it was easy to get to the touristy areas as well as get to the train so we could visit some other parts of the city.

We arrived in Paris by train, traveling with my small boys and a big piece of luggage, and took the subway to Place de l'Opéra, a mildly arduous journey. We walked to the hotel and tried to check in, only to learn that the Park Hyatt would not accommodate us unless we upgraded to a much larger, much more expensive room (we'd neglected to mention the two children in our party when we booked). After much back-and-forth, my mom booked us a room at the Hyatt Madeleine, a more reasonable hotel that still gave us the benefits of her Hyatt status. It was supposedly a short walk from the Hyatt, but we spent a good twenty minutes schlepping across Paris with the children and luggage. (Very grateful to my saintly friend Ava B., who offered key support as a third adult in this unruly party.) Which is all to say, I loved this hotel the minute we walked in, reaching our destination an hour and a half after arriving in Paris. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and we were welcomed with glasses of champagne, which we quite appreciated. There was a half-bottle of red wine waiting in our room, too, which we were happy to drink while packing to leave the next night. Our stay was brief, and we spent most of our precious time in Paris out and about. The hotel was an excellent home base, though, centrally located and very comfortable. It was less fancy than the Park Hyatt, of course, but the lobby was attractive and our room was spacious and clean. It had a king bed and a sofa bed, where my three-year-old refused to sleep, instead jumping around and harassing me and once, picking up the clean underwear I'd set out for the morning and putting it on over his pants. Breakfast was included with our stay, and we took advantage of this by going down to Café M and feeding my children chocolate croissants before leaving the premises each morning. They also got room service one night while my friend and I went out for a grown-up dinner at Brasserie Pastis, an outstanding nearby restaurant recommended by the concierge. I'm sure the Park Hyatt would've been nice, but I was impressed by the Hyatt Madeleine, both the accommodations and the hospitable service. I'll bet it was a better fit for our group, too, what with the wild three-year-old. A great place to stay during an active trip to Paris.

My family was able to enjoy breakfast every morning and it was delicious. I still think about their delicious, soft scrambled eggs and fresh apple juice. The location was nice and peaceful. The beds were super comfortable. They were able to accommodate my late checkout, which was great because we had a later train departure. I took a direct flight from Los Angeles, while she took a flight from Madrid. I was going to land in Paris several hours after her, so I called the hotel to see if they could let her into the room before I got there. The staff told me that normally they require the person booking the room to be there in person with their credit card. However, they were able to generate a link where I was able to pay for the entire stay + safety deposit ahead of time. I gladly did so, and they were happy to let my girlfriend into the room a good 6 hours before I got there. Once I pulled up to the hotel, I checked in at the front desk. The attendant helped me with my bag, and the front desk worker showed me to my room. My girlfriend had already enjoyed the bath tub and some drinks. We had some hours to relax, before we headed out to dinner and to sight see. While the restaurant that we reserved (outside the hotel) let us down, the restaurant in house (The Lobby) took care of us well. The hotel surprised us by driving us to the Eiffel Tower in their Rolls Royce, a complementary service. We took some great photos around the tower, and in other locations, before being driver back to the hotel. The room was very nice, had a comfy bed, plenty of space, a nice bathtub, and a clean and modern look. There was a small balcony area with two seats and a small table overlooking the beautiful architecture of the surrounding buildings. The only downside is that the A/C was not up to par, but that is the only complaint I have about this place. The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. The experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel, if you're looking for a great time!
