We stayed for more than a week at this location and loved it.
I have to say, right off the bat, that our stay here began with one of the best customer service people we've ever dealt with. We arrived... as most Americans coming to Paris... exhausted from a long flight in the wrong direction of the clock. The flight was miserable. We love, love, love to travel, but until they invent commercial travel where you can go from one continent to another is bliss or shorten the time dramatically, this is always the worst part. Screaming children, stuffy planes, disgusting toilets, that random hacking lady who you think may give you TB or something behind you... you know the drill. You never love it.
We took a Le Bus Direct from CDG because it went to Montparnesse. Little did we know the stop is almost directly in front of the hotel. BONUS! I would've preferred a taxi or Uber, but the deal on the bus was great. It took 70 minutes.,, about 20 minutes longer than a cab or Uber and for MUCH cheaper.
We wheeled our bags in and were greeted by Emse, a wonderful and engaging woman from Hungary. She was standing at the Internet check-in booth, but since the other service people were helping other people, she said it was no problem to come to her. She was just the sweetest person. She noted that we looked a little beat from our trip in, asked us about our prior Paris experience (our honeymoon) and offered to help us find anything we needed. She asked us about room preferences and how we'd be using our rooms. She then found us a room that perfectly met our needs in a very quiet area on the 23rd floor. She also demanded that we let her know if anything didn't meet our standards. She was insistent and it impressed us.
Pullman people... this girl was great. She really started our trip off right!
The room was quiet and in excellent shape. It had a great King-size bed and nice view of the South side of the city (no good views of the river side of the city were available) and we enjoyed it. There was a coffee maker and a fridge (not super cold and it was MOSTLY full of the mini-bar, but there was a bit of room for your stuff and we used it) in the room.
The room had excellent towels, robes, and slippers. The toiletries were bar soap, shower gel, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. They had some cotton face things and Q-tips in a box. The toilet paper was barbaric butt-sandpaper, as most hotels use. However, we always bring wipes. The shower/tub was super deep and had the fancy floating half-glass swing door that always looks so cool, but spills water all over the floor.
Bonus points for the style of the room. Very sharp and classy. Our room looked almost identical to the main photo the hotel uses in their photos here. That's a lot more rare than it should be.
The internet service is great and was included with our room. We did not opt for breakfast to be included when I booked the room. We didn't use the TV a single time, but it was large and new looking.
The housekeeping was good and everything had a nice clean feel to it. The bathroom was massive for European hotels. Really huge. The room also had a safe large enough for a full-sized tablet and I kept our D-SLR in there with no issue. There was ample closet and drawer space.
We had received 2 drink tickets and a special gift from the GM. It was a nice little pack of sticky notes. My wife is a massive sucker for sticky notes. She loved it. The bar serves nice drinks, as well.
Upon leaving, we waved to Emse as she was just wrapping up with another guest. She smiled and waved. However, before we got to the doors, she had come out from behind the desk to catch us. She wished us a safe trip home and made sure before we left that everything had met our standards. It was very sweet.

The lobby gets CRAZY busy at times. Wait 10-15 minutes and it will be empty.
The metro stations in the bus stations stink. They take FOREVER to get to. Learn other nearby stations and save yourself the hassle. Find the Gaite, Edgar Quinet, and Pernety stations and you'll thank yourself. Unless it's pouring rain, then walk forever inside the station.
