Hotel breakfast, also included an egg

The most beautiful and cozy boutique hotel! Located in a great area around tons of shopping and restaurants. The staff is so kind and accommodating and the rooms were small but cozy and so beautiful. Loved all the small touches with the bathrobes, towels, and more. We had the hotel breakfast for one of our days and it was delicious. Will recommend this hotel to anyone I know looking for a place to stay in Paris!

Oh, my. This hotel is the most memorable and the loveliest hotel I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I've stayed at lots of hotels.... This hotel was perfect in every way. First of all, we arrived early in the morning after many hours of traveling. We were exhausted but also excited to be in Paris! They held our bags and directed us downstairs to eat breakfast while they got our room ready for us. Now, this may sound over exaggerative.. But the breakfast blessed my entire life. I now wake up sometimes from a dream because I feel like I taste the fresh orange juice. It came complete with freshly squeezed orange juice, the most wonderful orange pekoe tea, soft boiled egg, kiwi, chocolate & regular croissants, wonderful white bread, and the most amazing butter and raspberry jam I've ever tasted. I would give anything to have that breakfast right now! The hotel also transports you to the year 1850. There is a beautiful harp in the lobby. The furniture and walls are divine. Our room was so gorgeous, with a balcony and an amazing view! Bed was sooo comfy and had little charging usb ports so that we didn't even need an outlet converter (from USA). Bathroom was wonderful and came with robes for us to wear. I slept like a baby even though I was sick from the long flight The location is unbeatable! We were able to walk basically anywhere. And when we needed to take the train, we got on at the Hotel DeVille. They also provided us with free museum tickets to the Muse d'orangerie and a free boat ride on the Seine! Every day, the man or woman at the front desk was soooo beyond sweet and helpful. Our room, bed, shower, balcony, bathroom, toilet, Breakfast and overall Paris experience was just perfect. It is a dream of mine to return to the loveliest, Hotel Caron de Beaumarchais! At the end of our stay, my boyfriend and I wrote a long letter to the staff to sincerely thank them for the most memorable hotel experience of our lives. We absolutely cannot stop dreaming about returning.

    Very cute little hotel

My boyfriend and I went on vacation for our 5 year anniversary and stayed in 4 different accommodations in the cities we visited. This, by far, was our favorite. This actually might be the cutest hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. And I've stayed in a lot of hotels. It's a small boutique type hotel with the best customer service you'll ever find. So the airline lost my boyfriends bag, and the lady who works here was in communication with the airline to make sure we got our bags as soon as possible. She was calling them several times a day! What great service! The room itself was very cute and had a small little balcony as well. It was cozy, and decorated in a way where you actually felt like you were in France -- exactly what I wanted. We also tried their breakfast one morning, and wow. It was awesome! It came complete with butter croissants, chocolate croissants, baguette, jams, yogurt, boiled egg, and other things I can't even remember now. My boyfriend, who has lived in France, said it was a very traditional french breakfast. Everything about this place was perfect. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit!

They put out the NY times and other papers so you can sit in the lobby and feel sophisticated

If you're wanting that charming Parisian style hotel in one of the best neighborhoods that's super comfortable and has great service from start to finish, you should stay here. It's located a few short blocks from rue des Rosiers, where all the best cheap eats like L'As du Fallafel, La Droguerie and Miznon are. The bed was big and comfortable. The shower was great - big and the water pressure was good. Everyone spoke English and was super nice and approachable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved, loved, loved it! It's very quaint and French, in a GREAT location (you can walk to so many places!) and, most importantly, the staff at the reception desk become like local friends who help with everything. Our trip would not have been the same without their help and advice. And as everyone has said, the breakfast is fantastic.

After a lot of researching and back and forth I selected Hotel Diana for my 4 night stay in Paris…read more I booked directly through their website which was super easy. I selected the queen size bed room - my close friend selected the full size bed room. We arrived in the early evening and check in was quick. Fortunately the lift /elevator was working as we had a lot of luggage it all fit as well as myself . The room was small and basic, which I expected being in downtown Paris. The bathroom was simple with a bathtub shower combo. The bed was comfortable and there was a working a/c however it didn't really get the room super cold but kept it comfortable for summer. Fortunately the heat wave was over by the time we arrived. Tne bathroom did get very warm if you were styling your hair or doing your makeup. I would suggest bringing a small portable fan with you if coming in tne summer . The location is the selling point of this hotel. Walking distance to so many cute restaurants and cafes. 5 minute walk to Notre Dame and the Sienne River. Felt perfectly safe walking around day or night even solo. Usually there were young men working the front desk. They were always polite however I wish they were able to provide a little more suggestions where to go or how to get around for a first time visitor. Great budget hotel in the 5th.

When reading this review, you must consider the typical budget Parisian hotel: small, cramped…read morebathroom, lack of AC, etc. This hotel more than adequately addresses them all. The room that we had was relatively spacious, with a double bed and some room to move around. The mattress was very comfortable and linens were perfectly clean (no gross bed covering that you typically find in hotels). There was also a relatively spacious bathroom with a nice bath tub (a good find in Paris). The room had quiet, perfectly-working AC and the Wifi was free. There was also a safe in the room. We were basically on a roll. The room also had double windows, which eliminated the noise from the adjacent street (this was amazing). The location is also quite nice. It's in the Latin quarter, walking distance from Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, and the Sorbonne. Metro access is easy as well, in fact it is on a direct RER B line from CDG airport (station St.Michele) Plus, I haven't even gotten to the best part, which was the breakfast. It was 8 euros, and there was a plentiful selection of breads, jams, cheeses, yogurts, fruits, and cereals. All was super tasty. Plus the coffee and hot chocolate were delicious, brought out in small cute pitchers so you could have a nice servicing. We went all around France during our trip and I still remember the drinks there. Yummy. Overall, the price was right, the location was good, and the rooms were great. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic stay. Location is great: convenient of course to the Louvre but also excellent shopping…read moreand dining within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Heated mirror in the restroom and the HVAC was good. Comfortable bed. Service was friendly - excellent welcome by Floridita (I may have her name wrong) but she gave us a tour of the important areas of the hotel when we arrived and consistently greeted us every day when she saw us. Maid service and turn down services were also friendly as were the bellmen. Only negatives: our room faced the direction of the Louvre and on Friday night there were street performers singing until close to 1am. Wasn't a problem on the other nights. Also, Brasserie du Louvre, the fancy restaurant in the hotel, was a disappointment. Overall though we would stay there again next trip.

In the heart of Paris, 1 Arrondissement. It offers chic rooms and amenities. I liked staying here…read morefor the comfort and room size. Our bedroom was spacious, the bed nice and perfectly made, the bathroom was also beautifully decorated, and comfortable with good products. We stayed a week, the room rates are steep, but for the lovely rooms, amenities and location it receives 3 full marks, the 4th star was the service team at L'officine that single-handedly made me reconsider and ultimately saved them from a lower " grade ". We had an unfortunate incident with the concierge service, whose staff member was not interested in giving us specific instructions. They were dismissive of my husband (who doesn't speak French) when he asked for directions to the bank for foreign exchange. I had to return to the hotel and speak to her directly in French to get results. We were, for the most part, impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the staff at their bar, as I mentioned above they were the reason I found all their front of the house redeeming qualities I'm not sure if I will stay here or try a different hotel- jury is out. For certain, I'll go back to their lovely bar.
