My stay at Le hotel 123 Sebastopol was excellent! This hotel really offers a lot of value. We stayed 5 nights over Christmas and the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The hotel itself is beautiful with a French film theme. We stayed in room 512 and loved it. It had a lovely balcony with an enjoyable street view and the room decor was charming. The size of our room was roomy enough to suite our needs while in Paris. The bathroom had good lighting and the pocket door was a solid door which I appreciate for a change after staying in 6 hotels in 1 month and 4 out 6 had frosted glass bathroom doors. Personally, I think glass doors look pretty cool but not very practical for bathroom privacy. This hotel offers free soft drinks and bottled water replenished daily in your room's mini fridge. All the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. I don't speak French except for a few phases and the staff made me feel at ease and comfortable with speaking to me in English. The hotel offers breakfast for a fee. I included it in our room reservation and I believe it was worth it. They have a nice variety of breakfast options to satisfy including croissants, pastries, bread, eggs, veggies, waffles, pancakes, cheeses, fruits, meats (extra kiddos for having poultry sausages aside from bacon for guest who don't eat pork). Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7am to 10:30am and until 11am on Saturday and Sunday. Another great thing about this hotel is that it offers complimentary snacks in the lounge from 2pm to 2am. Mostly cakes, cookies, juices, tea, and coffee. We love love LOVE our hotel in Paris. It's part of a chain of hotels around the area and staying here has the distinct advantage of free snacks and drinks in the afternoon for all their hotels so if you are in the area and want some pastries, fruit or drinks, you can definitely get some. Not to mention restrooms which are few and far between (I don't recall ever seeing a restroom in any of the metro stations). Review In progress... My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived hours before check-in. I was hoping we'd get lucky and be able to check into our room early as some hotels do but, no biggie. If you've seen photos of this hotel, you may have seen the cute as heck movie theater in their basement! We were invited to watch a movie to kill some time. We were provided with a huge binder full of movies to choose from. My daughter chose La La Land. They offered to keep our luggage until the room was ready. After the movie, we still had quite a bit of time before the official check-in time of 2pm so we walked around Paris. Upon returning to the hotel, we were given our key cards. Our bags had already been taken to our room. I love the cinema theme of the hotel. Of the entertainers celebrated at the 123 Sebastopol, I was only familiar with one. Jean-Paul Belmondo. One of my favorite French actors is Alain Delon and if there was a room in his honor, I would've paid extra to stay in it! If I stay at this hotel again, I'm definitely requesting a Belmondo room. The hotel offers breakfast, but if I recall correctly, that's an additional ten euro per day so we declined. Mainly because I was looking forward to sampling every boulangerie in the vicinity because it's France and they corner the market. The hotel's options looked delicious though. Maybe next time. The area is great! It's very convenient getting around on the metro which is a stone's throw away. Questions regarding anything or any place you might be looking for are happily answered by the people at the front desk complete with map! I wish I'd gotten their names. I often saw the same two every morning and they were so friendly and helpful! Our room was small but that was expected. I wasn't sure if we'd get a little balcony and was so happy that we did. The TV was large and played well. There is a nice selection of movies that you can watch at no additional charge. The bed and pillows are comfy. The water pressure in the shower was great. The shower itself is awesome! The room was immaculate. You get a robes AND slippers! Something weird did happen one night though... On Thursday night, or should I say Friday morning at 12:43am, someone was knocking on our door. Creeped us the heck out. To make matters worse, our door had no peep hole for us to see whom it was. I called the front desk and someone came up immediately. They saw no one in the hall who could've done the knocking and fortunately, there was no more knocking after that. It was just...weird. For the remainder of our stay, we slept with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. The rates are great considering the area (short walk to Le Marais, Notre Dame Cathedral and The Louvre!) and the staff are absolutely amazing!! I'd definitely recommend this hotel. read more

The front desk staff has been very nice and helpful, except the manager today was VERY RUDE! My husband politely asked for a bottle of water for the 4 of us this morning (small bottles, mind you, and bottles that were offered to us at check-in.) The person at the front desk brought them out to him to have them then TAKEN OUT OF HIS HAND by the manager, who said, "you can't just come get whatever you want." He tried to explain that we had 2 rooms at the hotel and that there were 4 of us, but she would not let him have the waters. Waters, small bottles of water!!! Thankfully, one of the other workers overheard how taken aback we were and brought some water out to us - though he was obviously concerned about getting caught and reprimanded for such blasphemous behavior. Not very smart on the managers part relating to customer service - at least her staff has more sense! Overall, I am actually surprised about the high ratings for this hotel. It is not in the best/safest part of town. There are people screaming across the street every morning and night and police sirens going by very frequently. We also stumbled upon a street 1 block away with hookers hanging out of every doorway. Lots of sex shops and peep shows on the block behind as well. I realize that we are in a big city, but I didn't expect the hotel to be directly surrounded by these elements. read more

I found this hotel by accident, and fell in love. It's immaculately clean, the beds are super comfy, the rooms ultra quiet--everything you want from a hotel. In the European tradition, the footprints are small by US standards, but the 123 makes the best possible use of space, aided by a fine assortment of fixtures and top-tier accessories to meet every need. The 12-hr complementary "tea" (a full spread of juices, sodas, pastries, and fruits in addition to coffee and tea) is supplemented by free dailybtestocking of soft drinks, juice, and sparkling water in your in-room minifridge. There's no hotel bar (but you're in the center if Paris--just walk 90 seconds in any direction), but they do offer a soup-to-nuts breakfast buffet every morning for a very reasonable 15 euros. (I didn't try it only because my days were too packed to breakfast, but fellow guests raved.) But best of all is the location. You're NOT in the trendy, touristy area of the city (the Blvd, and the 2nd in general, is more geared toward workaday Parisians), but with a central location and serviced by two Metro lines just a block away, the 123 puts the entire city in easy reach. (There was no location I couldn't reach in 20 mins, max. And if I didn't have a tight, timed reservation for something, I walked.) So you have the best of both world's: everything a tourist wants in striking distance, and you get a significant cost savings by not being right on top of the A-list attractions. Bonus: the staff is as helpful as they are friendly. (And don't worry: their Englushbis likely better than yours.) This is my only address in Paris from now on. read more

I wrote my review on Google, but I'm also writing it on yelp. This is so unbiased and I just want other travelers to make the right decision about an accommodation. I can't thank this hotel enough for everything they did for me. I had an emergency situation happen where I needed to leave my previous accommodation asap . The emergency happened in the middle of the night and I was looking for a hotel that was close to me. This hotel came up and I called them, at first they said they didn't have availability and then they realize they did. And it was by far one of the best hotel stays I've ever had . The staff made me feel so comforted at home after going through a traumatizing experience. They were sitting with me talking with me giving me coffee and It made my situation so much better. The hospitality was above and beyond and they went way out of their way to do everything they could to make me feel at ease. The hotel manager was so sweet to me I just can't thank all of you guys enough. The guy working at the desk in the middle of the night was also just such a sweetheart. The guys working at the café and the maintenance guy thank you so much for everything!!! Next time I come to Paris this is definitely where I'm going to stay. Words cannot explain how thrilled I was with the service and ambiance at Le Hotel 123 Sebastopol. This hotel is so cute and charming, extremely clean and very modern. The staff is what really makes this hotel stand out above the rest! Every worker that we encountered always greeted us with a smile and "bonjour" and asked us how things were going. Our first morning, we arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. after traveling for over 20 hours. The staff clearly noticed that we were exhausted and immediately offered us coffee and assured us our room would be ready as soon as possible, even though check in wasn't until 3! They made sure to get us a room ready in 30 minutes. They don't know how much I appreciated the kindness and consideration! They could have made us wait, but didn't. The manager of the hotel even came over to us during our coffee and introduced himself and offered his assistance whenever we needed it. One night, a worker at the desk gave us a fabulous dinner recommendation that was a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. He even printed us out walking directions! It's the little things like this that made me feel at home. The rooms were larger than other European hotel rooms that I have stayed in before. They were beautifully decorated in accordance to the hotel's chic movie theme and impeccable. They had a large breakfast selection every morning and a nice snack set up in the afternoon. At night, they had a bar with an array of liquors and the World Cup was on the television every night. Another great perk to this hotel is that it is a 10-20 minute walk up the street from some of the major sites in Paris, such as The Louvre and Notre Dame. It's difficult booking a hotel in Paris, especially for 6 nights- we wanted a comfortable, safe neighborhood away from the tourists, that won't break the bank (my girlfriend and I were coming from Brussel). The hotel and common areas were amazing. Upon arrival, you feel as though you entered into a 1970's movie set while being warmly greeted by the front desk. There were paid upgrades available and the staff went out of their way to show the differences between our booked room and the available upgrade- we chose to upgrade- the single rooms can be a bit tight. Our room was VERY spacious (for a Parisian hotel standards), quiet, clean with a separate changing/office area, LARGE bathroom and its own private deck at the back of the building- we felt like true Parisians. There is a small gym with its own shower, treadmill, row machine and a few dumbbells located basement- nothing too extreme. We opted out of the breakfast buffet as we wanted to experience Parisian breakfasts croissants and coffee around the corner. The breakfast spread seemed standard: coffee, variety of bread, cereal and warm food like sausages, bacon and eggs. Location: on the cusp of Le Marais, you are 10 minute walk from a wide range of restaurants and cafes on Rue Montrogrueil- where we believe all the locals visit. Unfortnatley, we felt a bit unsafe taking the train at night time, as the Reamur Sebastopol train was under construction leaving us to use the Strasbourg Saint Denis station. The Staff: super attentive and explained to us the neighborhood, where to go and the perks of staying at an Astotel- you are able to visit any of the 16 location to: use their facilities and freshen up, the bathroom or partake in their daily happy hour. read more

We stayed here for 5 nights and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The rooms are quirky and small (which is expected) but they make the best use of space and I find the decor to be fun. The breakfast is pretty solid although it does not change daily. We arrived pretty early and 5 hours before the official check in time but the hotel staff accommodated us and let us rest. The view from our room was very Parisian as it overlooked the main road. In terms of the location, it is perfectly fine although not as central as I would have liked. Because of the traffic, it took us a while to get anywhere on Uber so we decided to take the nearby train everywhere instead. And yes, you will find ladies of the night nearby but they mind their own business unless you engage first. read more

First off, this hotel has a great location. It's far away from the tourist madness of champ/eiffel tower, and the hotel is in a very quaint and convenient area. The train from CDG airport met with metro line 4, which took us directly in front of the hotel. We didn't take the metro much but it was nice to have it so close. If you want to walk and enjoy the city, you'll love this location. The louvre, seine river and notre dame were all about a mile from the hotel. The hotel itself was actually smaller than I expected. Very boutique. We arrived hours before traditional check-in due to an early flight and the hotel staff graciously let us check-in anyway, and told us to enjoy the breakfast. Our room was the "boxer" room and was decorated really cute. The bathroom was incredible; we were on the top floor (6th), and our shower ceiling was soooo high and had a sky light. The water pressure was good and the toiletries were the best we experience throughout Europe. Most of the staff were great; there were two bartenders that were a little difficult to order from. One was the head bartender I believe (a cute Asian girl that was very unfriendly), and a thin young blonde fellow who didn't speak a word of English. Other than that, I found the front desk employees to be very friendly and helpful. Drinks here seemed pretty expensive, and there wasn't really any cool lounge type atmosphere that I had expected. The outside patio was small but quiet and relaxing. The daily breakfast was delicious, especially their quiches; however, they were constantly out of water! Overall, our experience here was pretty good but it certainly lacked in some areas. read more

The hotel is convenient and not super close to tourists stuff, but like many things in Paris, it can be walking distance or easy to hop on the metro. The room we got - spacious and clean. USB ports (somethings that seems to be missing at other places!) Comfy bed, offered slippers... I felt this is what a modern hotel does. It is definitely worth it. WOW! What a gem! We came here for the last leg of our European trip - everything about this place is great. It's close to Louvre (about 10 minute Uber) and near restaurants where French millennials hang out. The front desk staff is VERY friendly. They keep you informed of your breakfast options, offer to take your luggage upstairs, and show you all the amenities within the room. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries from L'Occitane. We ran into one of my colleagues, who happens to be on their honeymoon. The hotel was able to deliver our honeymoon gift to them (a bottle of wine) on a timely manner. Loved our stay here period. We stayed here for our final night of an eight leg trip. Looking back on it and the places we stayed, this was definitely the best by far. We had the family room for our family of four which was spacious and situated nicely. I highly recommend it. It was basically 2 adjoining rooms but in a slightly different and better way. We got some really great deals on other rooms during our trip including a home exchange we couldn't pass up but had we not need a large room for such a duration 123 Sébastopol would have been for this trip and would definitely be my first choice for every stay in the future. We stayed there for 5 days for a very successful engagement weekend. At the latest hours they brought us champagne and heart shaped cookies. Wonderful hotel. We arrived in the evening of our 3 day stay and were pleasantly surprised with how helpful and welcoming the staff was. We were given a tour of the hotel and shown up to our room with our bags brought up separately. We stayed in a beautiful room with a terrace overlooking the main road and a king bed. I'm picky about beds and found this one to be very comfortable. The bathroom is very new and modern and the shower was always warm with good water pressure. The snacks and breakfast were an added plus and we also loved the free movies on the TV. The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars is due to the location. It's very close to the metro (directly across the street) and nice shops but the hotel was near a few seedier streets. read more

This is a small, boutique hotel that has a lot to offer. Erik checked us in and then took us to our rooms. Our room was an upgrade and had a balcony with a view. Each room is unique and is decorated to a theme. Complimentary drinks and snacks are set up in the lobby each afternoon; it was very helpful after a day of sight seeing to be able to relax and recharge before heading out again for the evening. I recently spent three nights at Le Hotel 123 Sebastopol. I have nothing to say but wonderful things about this cool little hotel. First off, the rooms are small, but this is to be expected at a European hotel. Each themed room is well decorated and awfully comfortable and cozy. Each room has a small refrigerator with complimentary bottled water and a couple of soft drinks. There is an LCD TV on the wall, but the number stations was very limited. The hotel offers L'occiatane verbena toiletries. Like the room, the bathroom is small but it serves its purpose. Most importantly, my room was very clean - no specks of dust or random hairs/gifts from previous guests. While booking, definitely take advantage of the bed + breakfast specials. The breakfast is a smorgasbord of Western stye items (eggs, sausage, bacon) and more European offerings, such as cheese, cured meats, and plenty of pastries. The breakfast is a delicious way to start your day of exploring of Paris. Service at the hotel was phenomenal. From my communications with Laetitia prior to my arrival to check out, the staff went beyond expectations to ensure that I was happy. The location of the hotel cannot be beat, especially if you're the type who wants to get the hell away from the touristy or congested areas. There are lots of fantastic local dining options in the area, and you're just about a mile away from Etienne Marcel - a haven for you fashionistas out there. The Metropolitan stop is a block away, so you can easily travel cheap to places like Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tour, Champs, or need to get to CDG. The hotel will also setup private car service for you if that's more of your thing. All in all, I can honestly say that this hotel experience was one of the best I've ever had. read more

Stayed here during my short vacay with the boyfriend. It is a very cute boutique hotel. I love that each floor was themed after a particular musicians. The rooms are reasonably priced and the staff was extremely helpful. Even with my sad attempts at speaking French, they remained pleasant. I guess the only issue I had with this hotel was that I was charged for the whole breakfast buffet when I only had a cup of coffee. I wish it was communicated better as to how much it would cost. But all in all, I would stay here again. Loved that it was in a quieter area and was close to a train stop. read more

They will not respond to phone calls or emails and will take your money when the entire country is closed to travel. Do not trust the entire Astotel chain. We LOVED our stay here! The staff at this hotel truly treat their guests well. We were looking for hotels in the 5th arrondissement also known as the Latin Quarter and trip advisor had this hotel in the list. Well its not the Latin Quarter BUT it is in a very convenient part of Paris! We were near a lot of fun shops and eateries and the market next door sells literally everything including beer, wine, and spirits! The morning brunch was my favorite. They had pastries, cold cereal, sandwiches, eggs, bacon, sausages, salad, and so much more. Each day they had many options so we would eat ourselves silly! The tea time was my husbands favorite because they always had yummy pastries, donuts and cake/bread along with coffee, tea, soda, water. When my husband injured his legs on one of our adventures they were quick to provide us with first aid items and the next day as we were heading out they asked if he needed any additional gauze or band aids. The fact that they remembered made us feel so cared for. The bar at night is a lot of fun and the bartenders were good company. I loved having my breakfast outside on their patio which was very green and pretty. Our cleaning crew were really amazing and lastly our welcome gifts were awesome! We loved the "movie star" theme of the hotel and we highly recommend staying there when in Paris! read more

I am so grateful for the experience I had at this hotel. I highly recommend. The hotel is nice looking, perhaps not what I would normally seek out in appearance but it's very tasteful decorated and has a charm of its own. The hotel has a lot of great features- a gym, coffee, tea, pastries and snacks available at no charge in the afternoon, breakfast in the morning, a very nice screening room where you can watch movies- no charge, movies to watch at no charge in your room . Definitely not worth the money. This Hotel seems to be run by a bunch of 20-something's with not much sense of what real service entails. It's rooms are cheaply done as well as being very small and cramped. The bar was closed on a couple of evenings it was designated to be open and they have no room service.The morning I was leaving, the young man at the desk told me my itinerary was incorrect and insisted there was no train station at Charles DeGault Airport. It sent me into a panic, as I was traveling alone in a foreign country and looking to him for assurance. It turns out the train station is the entire basement level of the airport. read more

This is the #1 rated hotel in Paris on TripAdvisor (can I mention TripAdvisor on Yelp? I dunno), and after staying there for a week in May 2014, I can understand why. Several cool aspects to this movie-themed hotel: 1. Nice location (close walking distance to the Marais; really close to the North Marais, Republique, and Oberkampf). Located right across the street from a metro stop, on a line that goes down to Cite and the Latin Quarter and up to Gare du Nord, which connects through the RER to CDG airport. 2. Mini-fridges in each room with SIX complementary sodas each day. Not a misprint: if you drink six sodas a day, you will get a full refill. 3. Nice turn-down snacks (e.g., raspberry candies) each day. 4. Beaucoups free snacks downstairs each day from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. 5. Very helpful front-desk staff -- super-useful for restaurant reservations, etc. 6. Rooms are a smidge larger than other Paris hotel rooms, and each has a cool theme. These themes don't make the rooms any larger, mind you, but they're still pretty cool. 7. GREAT bathrooms for a European hotel, at least by U.S. standards. (Read: a large shower space.) read more

This was my First time in Paris. Awesome experience! The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Staff member Cindy went out of her way to accommodate us, she even carried my bags out to the cab Each room has a movie theme, very clean, colorful and spacious. The hotel is about 5 mins from a row of outdoor cafes. We went on a Tuesday night around 930 pm, we left around 1 am and there were still people having a grand time. Really great hotel! My husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon, and this hotel is really fantastic. We researched tirelessly for places to stay in Paris and suffice it to say, this hotel exceeded our expectations in pretty much every way. We stayed in London for a week prior to visiting France and the experience with our hotel there was pretty much night and day. For the price and location, this place is absolutely wonderful. It's a lovely cinematic theme boutique hotel with lovely rooms and lovelier staff. Reading earlier reviews it also seems like the hotel is attempting to improve it's communication in English with clientele (everyone we spoke to from bartenders to front desk were fluent in English). Things to expect that are awesome: (1) The staff are really friendly. My French is not very good and there was no French snootiness whatsoever. We had excellent service with our bags, help navigating the city, excellent advice and assistance in English. The staff made two superb recommendations for dinner and helped us book our reservations for two dinners seamlessly. (2) Location is central and close to two very accessible subway stations. Weirdly enough, the hotel is also not noisy at all and there's great insulation. (3) Our room was super cool. They decorate in this style of French cinema greats and we were on the fourth floor with beautiful "Danielle Thompson" style rooms. Beautiful decor, super cute, excellent detailing, a large bathroom with beautiful tile and L'occitane toiletries. For European hotel rooms, they are roomy and very comfortable. Minibar with soda and water refreshed daily, added bonus. (4) The breakfast buffet. We booked to include this every morning and at first I was wondering if this was a good idea with all the great restaurants around. No regrets. Awesome selection with fantastic assortment of cheeses, bread, hot breakfast items, great coffee, and the best almond croissants I've ever had. Seriously, they were an addiction. (5) They show a movie at 5:30 pm in their cinema room. Didn't take advantage but it's still a cool idea. Also offer in room movies. (6) They drop off beautiful little chocolates, delicious macrarons (like high quality ones), treats during the day and also serve coffee and snacks throughout the day in the lounge. This actually was our only complaint but it wasn't even a real one. They were so attentive with their service sometimes we'd be napping and be interrupted for a snack. Also the manager met us at our breakfast one morning and when we mentioned it was our honeymoon they actually surprised us with beautiful hors d'oeuvres and champagne one of our last nights there. All in all, an excellent stay. My friend, who is also a French regular, is familiar with the hotel and knows it's one of the better ones in the area. I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars... 10 10 10 all the way! From before we checked in... until they escorted us out the door... this place is first class all the way. Some notable people: Celine at check in Laura at check out And Kevin who answered every question I had, throughout our stay! Also - Mohammed at breakfast every morning... Our favorite parts... Breakfast! It's a five-star breakfast with eggs, salmon, croissants, cereal, baguettes... I could go on and on. Also snack-time! Every day between 12 and 6 there were snacks - which we made sure to route our travels back to the hotel so we could take part. And if you're a guest at any of the company's several hotels around Paris... you can take part in snack-time at any property! Magnifique! The mini bar is a nice touch as well - with sodas, juices, and Evian water inside... that's free... and refilled every day for you! And we loved the theme of the hotel... as films! Nice touches and details all over the place. I could go on and on... but you get it. Run, don't walk, to this hotel! We promise we will be back!!! read more

My boyfriend and I spent 5 nights at this charming hotel. I am very impressed with every aspect of our stay. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You have the option for breakfast, which I highly recommend. They have everything from your typical french items (including nutella... with your brioche of course. Yum!), and American breakfast, such as cereal, yogurt, eggs, veggies, potatoes, smoked salmon, cheese, you name it! The room was spacious, especially for Paris standards. Our room was cleaned everyday, even if we had only been gone for less than an hour, without even having to call down. Every night for their turn down service we had chocolate delivered, as well as letters from management and goodie bags which included macaroons and candy! Room service is services by a local restaurant, and the food is superb. They have a great bar and mixologist Tuesdays through Saturdays, with a complimentary drink ticket given at check in. In the afternoon you can help yourself to snacks, coffee and tea. Aside from all the wonderful food and drink items, they have a gym, simple and small but enough to get a good workout in. My husband and I decided with spend our one year anniversary in Paris. We found this hotel on the internet and we could not have been more pleased with it!! We let them know it was our anniversary so they put us on the top floor with a great balcony and view. The front desk staff was fantastic and very helpful!! The room was very clean and the maid service was outstanding. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was delicious. They also have "happy hour" daily which consists of free snacks and soda. They have a great little patio out back where you can order wine and sit outside and enjoy the weather. The hotel has really cool décor..nothing like I have seen before. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Paris. The first night we did a dinner cruise and were able to walk there and to the The Louvre with no problem. This hotel is definitely not worth the money. If you are staying in Paris for one or two nights, it is fine. More than than that, I strongly suggest looking into renting a condo--it's a lot more space. If I had to do it again, I would either save my money and stay at a 2-3 star property in Paris (which I've done plenty of times before) or spring for the cost and stay at a real luxury hotel. In the States, this hotel would basically be considered a Comfort Inn. My husband and I were traveling for our 20th anniversary. When we got there our room was 2 twin beds (not a great way to spend a 20th anniversary). The front desk staff told us they would fix the issue and we could have coffee in the lobby while we waited. They never came to get us! 45 minutes later, my husband asked and they escorted us to the room--where they had pushed the two twin beds together. Also, I asked a woman at the front desk for recommendations for a vegetarian restaurant. She told me she'd look into it. Guess what? She never got back to me. It's those touches that make people want to pay for a supposedly 4 star properly. The rooms were tiny. We had 6 hangers for all our clothes--no closet. Just a some sort of shelf. The tub had no full shower curtain--how are you going to shower with a tiny plastic shield over 1/4 of the tub area? Water splashes everywhere. The rooms were clean, but the service was definitely lacking. When cleaning the room, they never removed dirty dishes or emptied the ice bucket. Full disclosure, we also spent 3 days at the Rosewood Hotel in London. That is truly a 4 star property with all the details of service and luxury addressed. I heard Rosewood is opening a property in Paris next year. It's that or air b & b for us from now on! 123 Sebastopol is rip off! read more
