I love La Maison Favart for many reasons: the room is clean, the shower stall is high and water pressure is strong, the staff are wonderful, the location is quiet but only a short distance to the hustle and bustle areas, and they have a free massage bed in the wellness center. This is just one of the many 5-star reviews so it may get lost in the mix but regardless, this hotel deserves another 5-star review. Would definitely come back. Would definitely recommend this to friends and fam.

I mayyyyy or may not be ever so slightly bias because I would love the accomodations on a sidewalk in Paris, if it meant I'd be sleeping in Paris, LOL. All joking aside - La Maison Favart did not disappoint! We only stayed here one night, since we weren't sure that we'd stay the extra day in Paris, and I am SO glad we did. We'd stayed in a gorgeous Air BnB right across from Jardin de Tuileries for the entire week - so I worried that this would not compare, but truth be told - it was beautiful. Our suite was very roomy, for european standards, and I regret that we did not have time to try the breakfast. I love the traditional french decor, throughout! The location was wonderful too! We were able to walk everywhere, with ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris, who wants to enjoy the convenience of staying at a hotel!

Robes, fuzzy slippers, shower with awesome water pressure! Carpeted! TV, honors Area with champagne in lounge lobby, I think I found one of the little gems of Boutique hotels in Paris! And David the staff running the place tonight speaks awesome Conversational English. Gots cute complementary book at check-in too! Well appointed! With Safe and mini bar in room. It small compared to Vegas Vdara standards, but it works with almost everything I need. Real cotton swabs that don't bend, scale to weigh yourself (or your suitcase with wine), comfy pillows! Decor is Haute French Classical New Shabby Chic... even has a pool! The soaps lotions and potions are lovely scented. Besides the tv in the room, I don't see any usb outlets. So I'm using the converter for my iPhone usb plug and the tv for my batter bank so now I can charge 2 usb item at the same time. Real hangers that come off the the rod, and hair dryer. 2 chairs, 2 layout area for your stuff, a bookshelf, and wait..... is that a shoe rack I see in my wardrobe? Why yes! First I've seen I a hotel on my 17 day France trip (I've stayed at 7 different hotels). There is a pool! 7am-10pm. Will check it out tomorrow morning! Close to K-Mart the Korean market just 6 blocks down the street!

Wonderful property tucked into a quiet street in Paris within walking distance of many of the top sites. Easy place to also hop in an Uber for access to the sites outside of Paris such as Versailles. Our room was beautiful and spotless. Housekeeping did such an Amazon job. We were in La Petite Masion which is a small apartment connected to the hotel. We are a family of five and were exceptionally comfortable in our well appointed room. What a great escape this made after long days of museums, shopping and site seeing. The staff was simply wonderful. A special thanks to Louise, Freddy, and Axel who made our stay so much better. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris! Additionally, it is close to a small market and has a little authentic French bakery next door at which we obtained many delightfully delicious items. Many delightful, local restaurants are also within blocks. If you are looking for the most amazing French boutique hotel you should choose to stay with La Masion Favart. You will be very happy with your decision!

We found La Maison Favart on Hotels.com and got an incredible rate on two rooms for five nights. We were pleasantly surprised at the convenience of the location (walking distance to the Louvre, two metro stops within half a block, and a cute little market with hot food). The service is spectacular -- rooms are cleaned and restocked twice a day, all of the staff is incredibly friendly, and the concierge is available to help with any need from restaurant suggestions and directions to services within the hotel. There are great little perks, including in-room coffee pod machines, a great sitting area next to the lobby to enjoy complimentary tea or coffee along with an honesty bar treat, complimentary umbrellas (and an incredibly attentive doorman to suggest when you might carry one along), a relaxing pool (it's small, but tiled beautifully, has small water falls, adjustable lights and is just lovely to find in a Paris hotel), and great workout area to get in a quick workout while traveling. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in a truly creative space with uniquely designed rooms, excellent service, and a delightfully Parisian hotel.

Great service, quality everything in the room. Gave us a $75 bottle of champagne to say "thank you" for our one-night stay (what?). Paid on CC points so I'm not sure what $$ value was. Bookings.com says $319, which feels like a deal for all this value. Kinda wish this wasn't the last night of vacation :(

In the USA this experience would be very expensive but in France it is such a treat to enjoy a restaurant like this. Right on the Boulevard Poissonnière, just a 30-second walk from the Grands Boulevards metro station, sits this quaint, unassuming hotel. Nestled between pubs and retail shops, the Hotel des Grands Boulevards is easy to miss if you aren't keeping an eye out! The lobby is small and to-the-point. A narrow counter, two employees, and a wall of old-fashioned tasseled hotel keys waiting to be used. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were greeted by warm smiles and a "bonjour" every time we walked by. The room itself was beautiful. The hotel takes its design inspiration from the French Revolution and provincial life. Walls painted in deep, dramatic greens, a bed with a soft canopy, and accent furniture in rustic golds. All of it was rounded out with light modern touches. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon in Paris!

Everyone working is very hospitable. The location can't be beat, making this a good hotel to start your trip. The rooms are spotless. I stayed in a small single room and it was perfect. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with plenty of options to kickstart my busy day. Unfortunately, I am taking a star off my review because I called twice confirming that I could have a fridge in my room. The hotel explained that they could place one in the room. When I got to my room, they said they do not put fridges in the room. I had to use their own fridge for my medication. I am also taking another star off because I emailed the hotel to confirm this and they never responded. I have never heard of a hotel just not responding to a guest. For these two reasons, I am giving the hotel three stars. Now, the hotel itself is great. The rooms are perfect. Most of all, the AC (air-conditioning) is cold and made my trip perfect. I just wish they would honor having fridges placed in the room and answer customer emails rather than ghosting me. I would stay here again though because the location and staff are very inviting.

The hotel itself is beautiful with a French film theme. We stayed in room 512 and loved it. It had a lovely balcony with an enjoyable street view and the room decor was charming. The size of our room was roomy enough to suite our needs while in Paris. The bathroom had good lighting and the pocket door was a solid door which I appreciate for a change after staying in 6 hotels in 1 month and 4 out 6 had frosted glass bathroom doors. Personally, I think glass doors look pretty cool but not very practical for bathroom privacy. This hotel offers free soft drinks and bottled water replenished daily in your room's mini fridge. All the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. I don't speak French except for a few phases and the staff made me feel at ease and comfortable with speaking to me in English. The hotel offers breakfast for a fee. I included it in our room reservation and I believe it was worth it. They have a nice variety of breakfast options to satisfy including croissants, pastries, bread, eggs, veggies, waffles, pancakes, cheeses, fruits, meats (extra kiddos for having poultry sausages aside from bacon for guest who don't eat pork). Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7am to 10:30am and until 11am on Saturday and Sunday. Another great thing about this hotel is that it offers complimentary snacks in the lounge from 2pm to 2am. Mostly cakes, cookies, juices, tea, and coffee. Also, this hotel chain provides customers with a network around Paris where you can stop into any of their hotels for snacks and to use the restroom whenever you want.

Bathroom was immaculate with a nice shower. Front desk staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Hard to beat the location, in the heart of Montmartre. Tons of great little cafes and pastry shops (but the restaurants and bars open late into the night, so be aware that you might hear a lot of happy people when you're getting ready for bed). 10 minute walk to Sacre-Coeur (and the walk itself is really scenic and pleasant), 5-6 minute walk to nearby Metro stops like Blanche and Abbesses. Be aware that the walk from Blanche is a little uphill, and the Abbesses station has a seemingly endless staircase (so use the lift there). The only negative I encountered was that the ground floor (where the front desk and breakfast cafe is) often had a bathroom-y smell. This did not extend to the upper floors where the guest rooms are. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would also highly recommend staying in Montmartre when visiting Paris.

The hotel itself is small, but totally fit our needs. On trip advisor there are lots of complaints about room sizes, but I think we lucked out and had a room on the 6th (top) floor, which had an adorable balcony overlooking the rooftops of Montemarte! Such a dream. Yes, the room was smaller than you are probably used to, with limited storage for clothes, but the bathroom was sized well and the wifi was great. All the employees were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was honestly great and super filling.
