The system repeatedly looped between music and ringing, and then finally announced that they were "too busy to answer" and that I should call back later. Today I paid extra for delivery (including a tip) because I'm extremely sick and didn't want to expose others. The prescription never arrived, and the app now incorrectly shows it was picked up. I'm left with no medication and no answers. Extremely poor service and communication. Very disappointed and frustrated.
