That makes no sense to me because they have list so much in sales from under stocking. I don't know if it is that they aren't in the profit range or just not well managed. This used to be my favorite CVS because it is close to home, but I'll be going further afar from now on or maybe on to RiteAid. The problem is you get a lot of great discounts for using the CVS APP for purchases. I'm hoping whatever the problem is they can rectify it.

It did very little for my pain and I had an awful night so the dentist prescribed Norco for me and when I came to fill it today, the pharmacist overrode my doctor and said she wouldn't give it to me for two days because I have the Codeine, which again, doesn't help me. This pharmacist thinks she knows better than my doctor. I offered to bring in the bottle of Codeine I don't need and she refused. It's inhumane as I'm in truly terrible pain. I took it over to Walgreens and they filled it right away. I told them what happened at this Rite Aid and they couldn't believe it. Neither could my dentist. I will never buy anything at this location after being treated this way. Shame on you. You're supposed to be helping people.

Well, it's a ghost town with cardboard signs covering large areas of shelving where there is no merchandise. I finally found one red polish of the literal 20 bottles that they had all mixed together by the door. The card was a wash!! The system repeatedly looped between music and ringing, and then finally announced that they were "too busy to answer" and that I should call back later. Today I paid extra for delivery (including a tip) because I'm extremely sick and didn't want to expose others. The prescription never arrived, and the app now incorrectly shows it was picked up. I'm left with no medication and no answers. Extremely poor service and communication. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I came to pick up the prescription for my daughter today only to find out that they will no longer fill this prescription because the insurance benefit puts the pharmacy at a loss rather than a financial gain. This particular pharmacy has come highly recommended by the provider and sends quite a bit of business their way. I was further told that this $16 loss is not sustainable to their business. When I advised the pharmacist that the provider sends a lot of business there. I was met with crickets. It was very discouraging to hear that my daughter could potentially bankrupt the pharmacy over $16. Clearly the pharmacy is not in business to take care of patients but more worried about their bottom line. I think there many happy 5 star reviews will keep them operating in the black.

The pharmacist at Lee's makes a diaper rash cream that takes care of just about everything. It handles the rash, kills bacteria, and protects the skin all at the same time. You will need a prescription for it, but it is totally awesome. Ask your pediatrician if your baby has a hard to cure rash. Most of the local Bakersfield pediatricians know about Diana Lee's diaper rash cream. Coming to Lee's is also a great way to support local Bakersfield businesses. They have reasonable prices and they also have delivery if you need. I believe there is no charge for delivery but ask them to be sure. I am a Lee's Pharmacy customer for life.

They have the best customer service. All through the years of going here, they saw our little family grow and they have treated us like their own family. They know my daughter so well, that they never failed to ask how she is or talk to her when she's with us. One thing that I like about this pharmacy is their awesome diaper rash cream when my little one was in diapers. This cream is a special mixture that is gentle for babies and at the same time a wonder rash cream. So if you have a baby with rash issues, try them, it definitely works!!! It's really convenient to have a Walmart close to my home, making it easy to pop in whenever I need something. Plus, who doesn't love Walmart for its affordable prices? The staff members are generally helpful and provide great customer service. My kids love coming along because they always want to check out the latest releases in the toy department. One of the nice features is that they have services like FedEx, a haircut spot, and a pretzel shop inside. I remember when there used to be a McDonald's there, and I'm not sure why it was removed--perhaps it was the end of their contract. I really hope Walmart can strike a deal to bring McDonald's back because it was great to grab breakfast there while shopping.
