Most confused pharmacy I have ever been to. As a medical professional (Interventional Cardiology) as well as 4 other highly trained specialties of 36 years, I have huge experience using in-house, private, and corporate pharmacy services. This one is a joke. They either cannot find you in their "system" (even though you've been to them frequently for 10 years); do not listen to what you are saying; do not have the drug or chemical as prescribed; or take a ridiculous amount of time to fill it, while just a handful of customers walk around this tiny store waiting for their Rx (marketing scheme). American pharmacies as a whole are floundering, but the most professional ones I've been to (who seemed to also have the widest selection) were Walgreens in Lincoln City, OR. It's worth the extra time to drive 6 miles to the CVS on El Camino Real, to not deal with the flail at Rite Aid on Tamarack, within visual from my house (which is even more frustrating). Or I guess I could just drive the 16 hours to Lincoln City? Second observation: Two days before Valentines day, while waiting in store with my wife (who is also a high-ranking cardiac professional), I got to listen to a male - sort of - employeeas he berated the actions of his female manager to his female co-worker, while they were stocking and stickering items. I've never heard anything so unprofessional and upsetting to shoppers (especially me). I took his photo and recorded him. He was standing right in front of the things I wanted to look at, without regard for me. A asked him: "excuse me, but since you so hate your manager, and working here, why haven't you filed a complaint with corporate, or maybe just quit, so customers don't have to listen to you?". He scoffed it off and they both moved away. Typical care-less attitude by someone in his mere twenties, without formal education, or life experience. Avoid this store. read more
