The kiosk display shows an image with chicken and fries (wedges) but it doesn't clearly state that the fries actually come with the 'meal' when ordering. So for clarification I asked if the fries came as part of the 'meal' - and man did I get a hostile response from a food counter 'lady'! It wasn't like I was trying to get over on anyone - all I wanted to know is whether I also needed to order the fries separately - in addition to the chicken. I didn't want to end up with TWO orders of fries! Later I find the menu on their website states, "*ALL CHICKEN MEALS COME WITH A SIDE OF WESTERN FRIES." Screw this place - go to Popeyes or ANYWHERE else where customers are actually valued.
