I Waited three hours in the lobby because the new glass windshield was not the correct size, for my vehicle. The wait was not the issue here, after staying past there closing hours on the way home there was a lot of outside hair coming into my vehicle from the bottom of my windshield . I called the business the next day, I was told to bring my vehicle in again to see what the issue was. I took off work and went in again. I wanted to replace the glass because this is a hazard, they were not willing to do that. They globbed more black window glue from where the hole was and sent me on my way. On the way home again there was still wind and air coming in my vehicle. I called the business again and explained my concerns about the hazards, I was told to come in again and I took off work for the 2nd time to correct their mistake. Today after the service I see where they put a large amount black glue to cover up the hole from where the window was not installed properly again. The rain and water damage that is most likely in my vehicles dash and vents is going to cost more than what I saved coming here. I posted pictures of the amount of times I had to return along with their messy work. Under the plastics there is globs of black adhesive.

We were recommended to talk to Auto Glass and they were super helpful in working with our car manufacturer to figure out how to get a replacement window. Unfortunately it seemed getting the glass would take too long for the manufacturer (10-14 days!!!!) so we were instead routed to their service center in Dallas. Auto Glass - at no charge (!!!) - knocked out the remaining glass, cleaned out the trunk of all the loose glass shards and patched us up temporarily so we could drive the car. Absolutely wonderful people - thank you to Leonard especially for helping us out through a stressful situation!

I was headed down to another place after being quoted $150 by Safelite and $60 by another local place down on Wyoming and central. As I was driving down Wyoming I saw glass doctor and thought, why not stop in and ask. Not only was the cost much less than the competition, they were friendly and had me fixed up in a matter of minutes. As a veteran, I really appreciate service to others and I would highly recommend them and will never consider going anywhere else!

Obviously the seal between the panes had failed or was defective to begin with. I wanted new glass but their fix was to smear silicone around the edges. This was done very sloppy. Over the years I have had six windshields replaced from Safelite and have been happy with the…read moreservice. However, now that I am trying to get the seventh windshield through them my experience has been absolutely horrible. I recently bought a 2026 outback and three days after I bought the car, a rock hit my windshield and it started to crack after contacting my insurance company and Safelite. I scheduled a replacement. I got an email and a text message from Safelite telling me that my windshield had not come in yet and they canceled the appointment about a week later I called and was told the windshield was in and they rescheduled me. I brought the vehicle in only to find out that the windshield was not there. I have tried calling them numerous times and they have this new AI scheduling thing. Will you never get to speak to a person I've had to drive over to their location clear across town and inquire about the windshield in person in order to get any response. The last time I was there I was given a card for one of the managers and told I could use that number to contact. I have tried calling this number several times and never gotten an answer or the courtesy of a returned. Phone call in spite of having left messages. To be clear, I am not upset with Safelite for the windshield not being available. Apparently Subaru has this windshield back ordered so this is not safe. Life's fault. What I do fault safely with is their new set up where you can't speak to anybody about your appointment. As a result, I have gone to have my windshield installed twice only to find out is the windshield is not there nor can I call and verify that it's there before I go and show up as I have already started the insurance claim with Safelite, I feel kind of stuck with them for this windshield replacement, but I will never use them again.
