Shortly after…read morepurchasing my vehicle, I began experiencing serious mechanical issues, including overheating and overall reliability concerns within just a few weeks. I took the vehicle back to have the issue inspected, and I was told that everything was fine. However, within hours of leaving, the same problem occurred again. This raised significant concerns about the thoroughness and accuracy of the inspection, as well as the overall quality of the vehicles being sold. This situation has been both frustrating and costly, especially given the expectation that a vehicle purchased from a dealership should meet basic standards of safety and dependability. I strongly encourage potential buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected and to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

I Waited three hours in the lobby because the new glass windshield was not the correct size, for my vehicle. The wait was not the issue here, after staying past there closing hours on the way home there was a lot of outside hair coming into my vehicle from the bottom of my windshield . I called the business the next day, I was told to bring my vehicle in again to see what the issue was. I took off work and went in again. I wanted to replace the glass because this is a hazard, they were not willing to do that. They globbed more black window glue from where the hole was and sent me on my way. On the way home again there was still wind and air coming in my vehicle. I called the business again and explained my concerns about the hazards, I was told to come in again and I took off work for the 2nd time to correct their mistake. Today after the service I see where they put a large amount black glue to cover up the hole from where the window was not installed properly again. The rain and water damage that is most likely in my vehicles dash and vents is going to cost more than what I saved coming here. I posted pictures of the amount of times I had to return along with their messy work. Under the plastics there is globs of black adhesive.

However, now that I am trying to get the seventh windshield through them my experience has been absolutely horrible. I recently bought a 2026 outback and three days after I bought the car, a rock hit my windshield and it started to crack after contacting my insurance company and Safelite. I scheduled a replacement. I got an email and a text message from Safelite telling me that my windshield had not come in yet and they canceled the appointment about a week later I called and was told the windshield was in and they rescheduled me. I brought the vehicle in only to find out that the windshield was not there. I have tried calling them numerous times and they have this new AI scheduling thing. Will you never get to speak to a person I've had to drive over to their location clear across town and inquire about the windshield in person in order to get any response. The last time I was there I was given a card for one of the managers and told I could use that number to contact. I have tried calling this number several times and never gotten an answer or the courtesy of a returned. Phone call in spite of having left messages. To be clear, I am not upset with Safelite for the windshield not being available. Apparently Subaru has this windshield back ordered so this is not safe. Life's fault. What I do fault safely with is their new set up where you can't speak to anybody about your appointment. As a result, I have gone to have my windshield installed twice only to find out is the windshield is not there nor can I call and verify that it's there before I go and show up as I have already started the insurance claim with Safelite, I feel kind of stuck with them for this windshield replacement, but I will never use them again.
