Fries - A rectangular metal tray contains a large portion of French fries, some with skin, and appears crispy and golden-brown. The tray is on a wooden table, with a bottle of Heinz ketchup, a computer monitor, papers, and other items visible in the background, indicating a casual dining or work environment.

Great location and beachy vibe. I sat at the bar (which I usually did when it was the beachcoma) and bartender was great! The dining area is a little odd and doesn't really mesh with the place. It reminds me of a dressed up cafeteria but I guess it's good if you've got a bunch of kids or a big group and it's too hot to sit outside. I had the riptide margarita pizza which comes with prosciutto. It's more of a flatbread than pizza and it was a little too sauced. The sauce was also a little too sweet but the mozzarella was perfectly melted! We also ordered a side of fries and they were amazing! I'd go back just for them!

truffle fries !! - A metal tray filled with French fries topped with white sauce is placed on a checkered tablecloth at an outdoor restaurant. A person wearing a maroon hoodie is sitting at the table, holding a napkin. There are two plastic cups with black straws, an empty white plate, and a small white plate on the table. The background shows a sidewalk, a black mat, and a chalkboard sign outside the restaurant.

we went back and service was as amazing indoors as out!! 10/10 and still great gluten free breading w/ no allergic reaction from gluten free gf!! also, the bar area atmosphere is lovely!

Halibut Sandwich with extra pineapple, extra aioli, and fries - A fish sandwich features a breaded fish fillet topped with lettuce, pickles, and sauce inside a toasted bun. The sandwich is accompanied by a portion of crispy French fries and a small container of creamy dipping sauce, all presented on a metal tray. The background includes a dark wooden table and a white bowl.

Highlights include the green curry and mushroom rolls. We were both left stuffed!

We had great service from our waitress, and even met the very pleasant owner/hostess who told us a bit more about the restaurant, menu and live music options. We did not get a chance to see the upstairs dining room, but the main floor was very nice, warm and cozy. The menu leans Thai, but I would say the is really Pan Asian. Food was served promptly, hot and delicious. I really enjoyed the Thai lettuce wraps, fresh, clean and delicious. The plate was served with just the right amount of chicken to lettuce ratio. It seems some restaurants struggle getting the ratio right, forcing you to ask for more lettuce, crackers, etc... Not here. We also enjoyed the Golden Bags small plate, which were crispy and delicious. Red Curry main entree was quite good. Heavy on vegetables with a thick red coconut curry. We saved room for dessert, and chose the Chocolate Roti. Perhaps a little bit of a misnomer, as it was two tasty roti filled with Nutella, and served with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Sort of like an ice cream sundae. While the menu is quite clear about it, I envisioned something more chocolatey. All good! Cocktails were also creative and delicious. We will definitely return and work our way deeper into the menu.

We arrived just after our friends who advised they had already ordered their drinks. Our waitress arrived promptly and took our drink order and then vanished. No drinks for quite some time. A manager came over to ask if anybody had visited us, apologized for the delay, and returned with our drinks. I'm estimating it was a bit over 30 minutes or so before drinks arrived. Our waitress did return, apologized and took our food order. I wasn't so sure about ordering sushi, but glad we did. The maki we tried were very good, fresh and beautifully presented. A great start. We switched gears for our entree and went with a parpadelle bolognese. A nice generous portion that was as good as some of the Italian spots in the area. Our friends also enjoyed their dishes. Portions were generous and prices were reasonable. I would easily have given 4 stars, but the service needs improvement. You would need to plan to spend at least a couple of hours for a lunch. In our case it was not a big deal as we were enjoying time with friends, but I can understand the other negative reviews now. We do plan to return to work our way deeper into the menu, and hope they will have more staff to help with the front of the house.

Knowing the drill, we were prepared to valet the car, which is definitely a downside since it slows down the whole getting-in-and-out process. We made our way to the host stand and were greeted warmly. We asked for seating for three (husband, wife, and child) and were led to a table along the outside of the bar. It was a great window seat but definitely on the louder side. Not an issue for us, but if you're bringing someone who's hard of hearing or just doesn't like noise, consider this a heads-up. Our waitress came over to take our drink order immediately, and we placed our food order shortly after. We started with the Brussels sprouts appetizer. I ordered the Poke Bowl, my husband went for the Mac & Cheese, and our son ordered the same from the kids' menu. Drinks took a while to arrive. When the appetizer came, I noticed my utensils were sticky and asked for a new set. This took wayyyyy longer than it should have. She literally went and gathered some drinks from the bar and delivered them before getting me the utensils. The appetizer was tasty but lacked the sriracha kick we expected from the description (though I honestly preferred them this way). Our meals arrived, and I noticed mine was very small but delicious. My husband's dish was missing the chicken and prosciutto and was really dry. Our son's dish had chicken on the side (a good idea) because he didn't like the pasta, calling it "dry and weird" (his words). My husband asked for a side of cheese and the missing chicken and prosciutto. He only got the chicken and cheese (at this point, we let the prosciutto go). We ordered a second round of drinks but should have ordered them as soon as the first round arrived because the meal was pretty much done by the time we got the second round. In the end, we skipped dessert and paid the check. The lackluster personality of our waitress didn't help things. We handed in the valet tag with payment (as instructed) and still waited over 10 minutes for our car by the time we got to the parking lot. Overall, this place has promise but still needs some work before it can capitalize on the summer traffic. If they can't figure it out, I fear it won't last like many of their predecessors. Fingers crossed for them because I do think they can be wonderful!

Upon paying for my meal and drinks I asked for the military like I always do and was rudely interacted with by the floor manger saying we don't do military I said well yes you do I come here almost daily. She snarled and said well WE did enough for you today, (you mean you served me my breakfast and my three drinks?) and we don't do that. I then showed her that you do have a military discount and she mumbled something under her breath rudely and finally applied the discount. Mind you the bartender apologized, though not her fault. This manager is absolutely rude. This would be the second time. First time I actually thought they didn't have one until the second time I came in and was told there is one and they said this manager is just lazy and rude. The entire time I was here she was sitting down laughing with friends leaving her staff with no help.... throughly enjoy this place, but man she doesn't belong and needs an attitude adjustment. But anyways eat here! Foods great and the Bartenders are sociable. P.S - It would have been a 5 star except for Lizzie...... see you all tomorrow
