It came across as inconsiderate and unprofessional, as if other customers didn't matter at that point. A friendly atmosphere is great, but there's a line between being welcoming and holding up service with overly personal conversation. This crossed it.

Even better was the fact that these drinks were served by someone with a warm spirit and smile.. hard to get great service these days. The notes from the staff on their picks are really helpful too. Reminds me of the independent bookstores in the UK. This kids floor is also great with toys, including a toy train, and a fireplace. Two bathrooms too on this floor and the bottom floor.
