Nicest delivery folks ever, come to my door - take my bag of laundry and bring it back and folded better then I ever could do and smelling amazing! I love that they pick up and drop off at night as this was the only time I could guarantee I'd be around which I'm pretty sure was a deliberate tactic on their part. I get a text at 7 pm telling about when to expect the driver and who it will be and can track how many deliveries before me in real time before they will arrive. The wash and fold service does take a few days which I don't have the patience for so I automatically have my account set on rush for $5 more each time ($8.99 total - $3.99 delivery fee and $5 rush fee) and I get it the next evening! For years I've been habitually bringing my work clothes to local dry cleaners, but recently a colleague recommend I try Rinse. My husband and I have used Rinse a few times now and couldn't be happier with the ease-of-use, convenience, and quality of service. They don't deserve any stars, kudos, or accolades of any kind! They have went above and beyond to make sure that they will be the most petty company ever. They are holding my laundry hostage. They are refusing to deliver my clothes and it's been 3 days now. They're adamant that I email them after numerous request to return my laundry. In the texts they're basically stating that they have no intention of delivering my laundry to me. Instead they are using bullying tactics by making me submit to a payment. A delivery will not be scheduled until then. They are not holding up their end of the bargain by withholding my items. I'm losing work because my clothes are held hostage. How are they expecting me to pay them anything if they have my uniform and I am not able to show up without a uniform. They're liars because they are not ensuring that the customer gets their laundry in a timely manner. Stay away from them. Next step is to file a police report for theft! read more

I've been using Rinse for a few weeks now and I love it! Although their app needs work, their website works just fine and UX on their website is great. They send reminder texts days before, the day of and 45 mins before stopping by for delivery. Delivery is between 8pm-10pm, which is perfect for me since I'm never home during the day. The delivery guys would also text you before they arrive to make sure the timing is still good. I love that you can also reply their texts or ask questions by text, I don't like taking or making calls during work so I really love this feature. After your dry cleaning is being picked up, they will take pictures of your clothing items, and record its brand etc to keep track of the clothes. When returning clothes, if there are special concerns with ur clothing (eg stains), they will put a tag on it to tell you that your clothing has received special attention. When we had our laundry returned we were missing two items that they said they didn't have in their system of being picked up. They eventually found them and returned them. One wasn't even washed. I've used Rinse once, tried to use it a second time. I used to be a Tide Spin customer and loved it. My first experience with Rinse was fine, other than it being a little strange that they insisted on a face to face handoff of the clothes. My second experience happened after the 2019 polar vortex. My upstairs neighbors pipes burst resulting in a flood in my closet. This was actually the second time my closet flooded, and the first time Tide Spin took excellent care of restoring my clothes. When I mentioned to the concierge that my clothes had been the victims of a pipe burst, I was unceremoniously informed that Rinse would not receive my clothes as they were now in danger of contaminating equipment. From a water pipe breakage? And way to be a support to the community after we just endured dangerous temps resulting in property damage. Customer service was severely lacking. I was not even offered an incentive to retrieve my future business. So hopefully you don't have any special needs because apparently Rinse won't be there for you. Not impressed, Rinse. My neighborhood cleaners got my $300 of business instead. read more

When it works its fantastic, the problem is its completely unreliable. The valets (and this has happened a number of times) literally dont show up, or has happened even more frequently than that show up at 10.30/10.45pm when the delivery window is 8.00-10.00. My washer broke and I needed delivery service. I used Rinse about 3 times. I really liked them until the last load I sent (my daughter had a accident in her underwear so I rinsed it out and made sure it was just a stain before I sent it out in a separate bag within the regular bag) it came back as usual except the stained underwear was still wet and never washed and 2 other items were never washed. I sent in a picture of the unacceptable item and wet items that were never washed. I wanted to ask what happen. Crickets. Radio silent. I will definitely be using them again. I am so happy with my wash and fold. The clothes smell great. They were folded well. Valet was friendly. I am always worried when I use a new company. I know I don't have to worry with this company. I could tell they made sure the clothes were washed correctly. My bright colors stayed bright and my clothes smell great. I kept smelling them.The fold was excellent as well. The button ups seemed as if they were ironed and had no wrinkles with crisp collars. I was pleasantly surprised. Before finding RINSE I used another company and it seemed as if they didn't separate my clothes because my bright colors came out dull and one of my sweatshirts shrunk. I guess they left it in dryer way too long.Luckily I bought it big so I can still wear it. My clothes barely had a fresh scent to them. So RINSE was a great improvement and I'm so glad I found them. Needless to say I ended up using Rinse because the other 3 companies I went through fell short on providing quality service after a few months or so of using them. My family and I like Rinse from the ease of texting Y to 746-73 to have your laundry picked up to adding your preferences in your profile and the step by step way they keep you in the know of what's going on with your laundry. The valets are personable, polite and seems to like what they do and who they represent( that's very important to me). Things like this lets me know Rinse is not only taking care of me and my family but they're taking care of the people who go out day to day to provide an essential service that many families like mine depend and rely on. I'm new to the Rinse and repeat monthly subscription but so far I think its a good deal and budget friendly for my family. And one other thing I really think is a cute special touch; when my sons underwear, socks and my hair bonnets come back in their own little plastic bag. Doing laundry may be one of the things my wife and I dislike most... Its extremely inconvenient AND we're both super lazy about getting laundry done :). For that reason, Rinse is a PERFECT for us! We absolutely love this service. The reps/valets are very punctual in regards to pick up and drop off, which is key because we are extremely busy and constantly on the move. In addition, the staff are super friendly, flexible, and helpful with questions etc. My wife and I used to either drop our clothes off at another wash and fold or hire a cleaning service that included laundry. Both options weren't that convenient and were pretty expensive. Rinse has saved us money but more importantly time. Finding Rinse has been clutch...
