My fiancé introduced me to Ring Concierge's instagram very early on in our relationship and I am ecstatic that she did. When the time to start ring shopping arrived I knew exactly where to start. Ring Concierge's website is so easy to sift through and answered many of the questions I had early on. The engagement ring my fiancé dreamed of required me to schedule a phone consultation with the Bespoke Bridal team. I was connected with Pauline who asked all of the right questions to get a better idea of my fiancé's dream ring and what I was willing to spend to make it a reality. She answered every one of my questions and most importantly genuinely sounded like she was acting in my best interest. After the phone call we set up a diamond consultation where my fiancé and I could come into Pauline's office to see some diamonds that she handpicked for us based on our wants. All of the diamonds she sourced for us were absolutely gorgeous, my fiancé was practically drooling on her desk as she was trying them on. Pauline is also a pro at taking pictures of diamonds (those pictures were very useful when I had to compare diamonds at home). After we had a better idea of what diamond and setting we liked, Pauline kindly asked my fiancé to give us some privacy so we could get down to the nitty-gritty. This was the biggest purchase of my life by a mile; I was nervous and I'm sure Pauline could tell. She helped me narrow down my choices to two and gave me the numbers. I asked SO MANY questions and she fielded every one of them with the sincerity and care that I'd expect out of my sister. She didn't apply any pressure to make a decision and even recommended that I stay in my budget (cause of course I was drawn to the diamond that was above it). She was also extremely personable and gave me a little insight into the experience her fiancé had when he was ring shopping to help ease the nerves. She wasn't looking to sell me a dream, she just wanted me, and most importantly my fiancé, to be happy with our experience. I walked away from the diamond consultation with so much new information and decided that I would look online at other diamond inventories to ensure that I was getting the best deal. I searched inventories far and wide, I even found another diamond concierge service on the west coast, but nothing felt quite right. That's when it hit me. I couldn't spend my money with anyone else because I simply didn't trust them like I trusted RC. It took a couple days, many text messages to Pauline, and a lot of number crunching to come to that realization, but Pauline was there every step of the way and even gave me the courtesy of notifying me when another couple was interested in one of the diamonds we had seen. She promised to do her best to buy me time, and lord knows I needed it. I text her when I was ready and she made the rest of the process entirely seamless. She sent me the invoice, made me confident in my purchase, and double checked every detail. I fulfilled the invoice and then patiently waited. It was some weeks before Pauline's name popped up on my phone again and this time it was an email with videos of the completed ring. I was in love with what I saw and I knew my fiancé would feel the same. Once satisfied, Pauline set up the overnight shipping of the ring so I could have it in time to propose. Pauline and I rejoiced when I told her that I received the ring and asked that I keep her updated. I ended up proposing about two weeks later and besides my immediate family, Pauline was one of the first people I wanted to tell. In short, I am so happy that I went with Ring Concierge for this purchase. I am sorry for the lengthy review, but I know that this is exactly the type of review I needed to see when I was making my decision. The truth is there is no decision to make, RC is the cream of the crop and I expect that every customer that came before and every customer that will come after me will receive the same level of service. I knew I wanted an engagement ring from RC the moment I found them online years ago (maybe 2016? 2015?). My husband took my hints and worked with them to make the perfect ring and find the perfect diamond. **FINE JEWELRY RETAIL ONLINE SHOPPERS BEWARE** This review is based off of an online retail purchase and my dealings with the Customer Concierge Team. I bought the Yellow Gold Pave Diamond Chain Ring during their Black Friday Sale. When it was delivered I noticed a piece of gold blocking the space in between the chain links in the center of the ring. It's noticeable to the eye and is a poor representation to what is advertised online. I reached out to the Customer Concierge Team and they were unable to see what I was explaining from the pictures I took on my phone. They sent a shipping label for the Jewelers and production team to review. Weeks later, at the end of December, it was reviewed and I was informed that the piece of metal I am noticing is a "reinforced piece of gold at the center of the ring." I was told, "It is not considered a defect, as it is needed to support the structure of the ring." My issue is why advertise a chain ring that has openings just to reinforce it with metal to block the openings? That is not a quality chain ring. The video and pictures online have no such reinforced pieces of gold. I went to their store on Bleeker St. and the staff confirmed what I have been seeing and would help me by contacting the Customer Concierge Team I had been talking to. It was challenging because the retail store was not able to return/exchange my online purchase. I also did not see the same "reinforced piece of gold" on the chain ring that was on display. A week later, the same online customer support team revoked the in store team's assistance and reminded me that nothing is wrong with the ring. I then called the number from their website and spoke to someone to help me. After talking to the Customer Experience Manager, she confirmed that she has noticed the same reinforcements on other Pave Chain Rings, it is common and it is not a defect. She wouldn't want to send me an exchange for the another ring that may have the same piece of reinforced gold. Talk about false advertising! I don't want to wear this ring at all! After 2 months relentlessly going back and forth with their team, I am only eligible for store credit. I had the help of a photographer with a macro lense to show what I had been seeing. (Yes, I went to great lengths over the issue.) Pictures attached below plus screenshots from the pictures online to compare. Only then, was I finally able to get my refund. Online shoppers beware. Be sure to check the jewelry thoroughly knowing you may not get what you saw online nor the proper customer support for an exchange/refund. Their only saving grace from my experience is their Bespoke Team. They helped my Fiancé with my engagement ring and they have top notch customer service from start to finish. It is a disappointment that this is not applicable in all areas of this company. This has been the most frustrating shopping experience and for as much as I have been a loyal customer, loving the products up to this point, I am reluctant to go back since I was considering getting my wedding band there. read more

If you buy solid rings with no moving or fused parts (the cloud rings) or hoops, you're probably ok but I will say you can likely find the same for a better price from an unbranded source. However, I've now had stones fall out of every pave piece, and the connection between the panther heads on the panther ring broke within 8 months of me receiving it, with very little usage. They offered to fix for me for $80 + shipping, which is terrible service for a $728 ring that should last several years before breaking down. I wish I could say things had gone differently as I wanted to support a woman-owned jewelry business but it's just not worth purchasing jewelry from here given their warranty and quality. read more

I have purchased a few items from Ring Concierge and the quality has been awful. I believe they are falsifying reviews on their website, and not allowing the negative reviews to be published. All of their products have glowing reviews, but the reality is the quality is terrible. I had a bracelet break off my wrist within just a few months of owning it, and unfortunately this is not covered by the warranty. There's no reason for a "fine jewelry" bracelet w a 3 year warranty to be breaking down and falling off my wrist within just a few months of gentle wear. Customer service was of no help. I also purchased a ring from here recently and it looks old and beat up after just a few weeks of wear. Other gold rings I have had for years and wear daily look much better and newer. Their pieces look pretty but the quality just isn't there. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

He entered his information into their site, so naturally he started getting marketing from them. However, this "marketing" text he received today feels wildly inappropriate and we will no longer be shopping here.
