This company sells crappy products and has no shame. I suggest buying elsewhere. I am writing about my experience buying a necklace online. I ordered a diamond bar necklace. It arrived quickly but when I opened the box and pulled it out, the necklace snapped in two like a twig. When I inspected the jewelry I could see it was poorly made. The stones were unevenly set. The diamonds were only soldered together in their settings. There was no reinforcement on the piece either in the back or the top to make it more secure. It felt flimsy and cheap. It felt like I could keep bending it and popping off diamonds with little force. I emailed customer service and they admitted the poor quality of their jewelry. They said they would redesign the item to make it better. They even provided illustrations of the updates they made to the item. However, I didn't feel like I could trust them. Why would I trust a company that sells substandard jewelry? The only reason they thought to improve the quality of the item was because it broke. Who knows how many other flimsy pieces of jewelry they have on their website? I explained that I wasn't satisfied with the bare minimum resolution to this issue and expected a discount for my time and inconvenience. They refused. I decided not to proceed with the purchase. I don't believe this is a company that can be trusted. They are selling substandard products. And, even more embarrassingly, they have no shame. My husband bought my engagement ring here. It was a 4.5 round cut single solitaire diamond. The diamond fell off the setting after a few months. Thankfully I found the loose diamond. A local jewelry looked at it, and said it was poorly made and never going to hold the diamond it came in. I just got my 2 carat diamond stud earrings. I was so excited, I'm 66 and these are the biggest diamonds I've ever had. Sadly, it was disappointing from the start. The post are terribly flimsy and the end of the post is just sawed off. Just rough metal. Got the other earring out, the post is bent. Tell me one pair of earrings you've ever had that had a post that would bend without a lot of force. This is a deal breaker. I'm not spending this kind of money for subpar quality. I spent hours online trying to decide who to buy from. So disappointed. I gave 2 stars only due to the diamonds being beautiful. They barely thread in. After much trouble I got them both on. Wow. where to even begin. My mans got me this ring in October of 2023. I needed the ring sized down half a size so we sent it in immediately. Little did we know, this would be a huge mistake. the company had the ring for over a month due to the ring not passing inspection after the resizing. they completely re-handcrafted the ring and sent it back at the beginning of december after having it for 40 days. Mind you, this is now past the 30 days return policy. Thus, we never had the ring for the time that it was allowed to be returned. Early January of 2024, the center stone was loose so I sent it in to have the prongs tightened. Again in July, the center stone is very loose and able to be pulled out of the setting. They fixed it and sent it back in August. Now, december of 2024, the center stone fell out at my kitchen table while i was playing cards. CARDS!! not even a rough activity. We are trying to get a refund at this point because the company will not add any halo or gallery rail to the ring to prevent the prongs from getting loose. this is absolutely ridiculous. Additionally, this company does not cover the center stone, so it seems as if this is a ploy to con people into buying multiple stones over their lifetime. this company does not even guarantee their own products. luckily we have a family member that is a lawyer and we will be reaching out asap. these rings are not worth their value. spend a few more bucks and find a local jeweler who has similar prices and a better warranty. read more

There's a reason With Clarity isn't one of the big online retailers. I placed an order for their Home Preview. It seemed like a great idea. I planned to propose soon and wanted to see what a rose gold setting would look like with white gold prongs for a two tone look. What I received was an all white gold replica. Frustrating but let's see what they can do service wise. I emailed them the morning I received the kit to express my concerns and see what they could do. No response until the next morning. I was still prepared to purchase, just waiting for their response. Well, the next morning they had a sale begin. Great news right?! The setting I wanted was not only not on sale, it increased in price by about $150. So I was no out an extra $150 if I purchased since they failed to respond the previous morning. I called to see what they could do with the price. I figured they'd just honor their previous price especially since they screwed up my home preview and we'd get production rolling since I was going on vacation in 3 weeks and planned to propose. Remi (service rep) kept insisting that I send screenshots of the previous price for the setting, even though I stated what the price was previously. The only thing they offered was to send me another home preview kit in 8-10 business days which is the exact same time frame as if I ordered another home preview on my own (mind you, these are free so I wasn't comp'd anything). After voicing my frustration further, there was no further communication until I told them I was going to purchase elsewhere. There's a reason why companies like JA are where they are and WC is where they are. If With Clarity, couldn't even get a simple home preview kit right, how could I be confident that they would get an actual engagement ring right? I can't believe I was still willing to purchase after they sent me the wrong ring. Their customer service finally helped steer me in the right direction, away from them. I just wanted to let you know that I ordered a 2.9 carat ring with a 14k gold setting. I just want to convey to you a rather challenging, and frankly horrific experience with your product. 1. Your product shipped to me 14 days after it was promised to be shipped due to a variety of errors, including not telling me about when the duties were due (I live in Canada) 2. Your ring's prong broke in 6 days. I'm not kidding. I proposed on Dec 25 and on Dec 31, a prong broke. We had a horrific episode on an airport where our diamond dropped off the prong, and we were so close to actually losing our 2.9 emerald cut, perfect colourless diamond. Don't risk 10's of thousands of dollars on this shady website. We're not talking about buying potatoes here. It's a big purchase, once in a life-time. Why risk it on a shady company? This place was originally called Fourmine, just a few months ago. All of a sudden out of nowhere, without any warning, they just changed the entire company name to "With Clarity". All the logos, names, everything was changed overnight, with any explanation. Would Apple change their name to "With Quality" overnight? No way. Only a shady hot dog joint in a back alley would change their name. Not the kind of place where you spend $10 thousand $. No reputable company would just change their company name and give up their old brand reputation all of a sudden. It's likely something very wrong happened to the old company and brand. The old company doesn't have good reputation otherwise they wouldn't just bury the name without warning. I originally saw a ring setting and diamond I wanted to buy on Fourmine, and had a coupon code that worked. Then without warning they changed the company name, and the promo code doesn't work anymore. Also, the prices increased. The new website broke all the time (see photos). I am a web developer, and I can see the error on their website is saying With-Clarity is using some really outdated software framework from 2010 (AngularJS) that is no longer supported. Basically they are still using the web software equivalent of Windows 98. It feels very dangerous to risk $10s of thousands of dollars on their outdated website. It breaks all the time, and does NOT feel very secure or safe. I don't want to get hacked while making a big purchase. They should at least invest on developing the payment website so it is not using outdated software? After all, they are asking people to send them $10s of thousands of dollars through the website, so why be cheap on website development? Not very trustworthy. I also made an order for 2 rings using their home-preview. For some reason, not all of their rings support home-preview. I made the order, and after 2 weeks, still haven't heard from them, so emailed about the status. Apparently they still haven't shipped after 2 weeks! Wow, at least let me know the status so I am not sitting here waiting week after week! The level of customer service is very disorganized. I cancelled the order and never look back. Overall, I will not risk 10s of thousands of dollars on With-Clarity. There are plenty of other companies out there, with decades of much better reputation, and with similar prices. I ended up buying a 13k diamond ring from another website. I am not going to risk large sums of money on a shady company like this. It's not worth the risk for such a big purchase. He had most of the rings I had wanted to see available for me to view/try on in person (though my own would need to be ordered to my specs), and I was so glad I saw for myself as I ended up choosing something totally different than I thought I would! This maybe a long post.... Days before my wedding... and we have been given a gold platted ring. This story starts a year and a half ago when I purchased the ring and the diamond became loose 3 times. We resent the diamond ring in three times to be corrected. No improvements and now they have the actual ring and they sent us a replacement. The ring was dipped and in gold, now it's the wrong color gold along with the prongs are distracting the diamond now. My fiancé is livid. I've spoke their production house. The store in New York and there is still no real clear intention to make this right before the day we get married. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone after this experience. It has put a damper on this entire special event. With Clarity is not the best place to by important jewelry.
