I unfortunately cannot recommend this business. I asked them to recreate an earring made with rare dark sapphires that belonged to my grandmother, and they lost the original earring. After several (very stressful) days of me having to pester Marisa and Nesrine, and the salespeople telling me that the earring was not lost, Marisa agreed to comp my entire order and replace the whole thing. It was somewhat consoling because she was able to recreate the original product in less than a week (the absolute least they could have done), but when I got the final recreated pair of earrings back, the gold was a totally different color than the matching necklace in set. I never write bad reviews so I was reluctant to leave this until I realized my earrings aren't the same as the original set. I trusted the team with a family heirloom and communicated the importance of this piece, and they repeatedly failed to execute upon my request. While I appreciate them recreating the earring they lost using higher quality diamonds, which was more than I asked for, i still feel obliged to warn others of this business given the carelessness that went through the process and the amount of effort I had to exert to ultimately still receive a different work product than we agreed upon. Cheesy vibe. I was there soon after my boyfriend and I had started discussing rings. He told me I could have any ring I want within a budget of $25k. I was in the neighborhood having lunch at High Street on Hudson (a favorite!) when I decided to check this place out. The second you walk in the door you're hit by an oversized photo (mural?) of a woman bent over in nothing but black lingerie and stilettos. I'm no prude (I mean, I work for the streaming service you 'chill' with) but this comes off as VERY cheap for a place that tries desperately to project a high-end, luxury feel. Beyond that, they had showed my girlfriend a variety of settings which she liked. However when I asked to have a stone I had bought elsewhere set (as I did not want a regular mined diamond) they first said they would accommodate my request, but then called me back to inform me that "since I didn't buy the stone with them, they refused to set the stone for me as they would only work with the full package." They walk you through everything to ensure you get the exact ring you want as well as are very knowledgeable about diamonds.
