He bought me the size for my engagement ring finger & that particular finger is smaller than all the rest so I couldn't wear it on any other finger. 6mos later we got engaged so I couldn't wear it on any finger. Initially I got zero help from RC, couldn't size it couldn't replace it. Then Gabi from customer service went above & beyond she did everything she could to help me get my ring back bc she knew I loved it & just wanted to be able to wear it. Gabi was truly so kind, supportive & understanding, it took a few days but she really worked through everything & was able to find a solution for me. Never received confirmation, had questions to my partial refund that I saw on my c/c account so I called the store to ask. When I informed them that I never received an email and taught that this was not professional that I had to call them to receive it. Email was sent while on the phone. Had questions about the partial payment she the girl asked her manger Bree about. I asked to speak to the manager Bree and was told no. When you could clearly hear her speaking to her in the background. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. We were sent someone else's ring, and that person received ours - which is a huge mistake for a high-value, custom piece. On top of that, we had to explain and prove that the ring we received wasn't ours because it had the wrong diamond size, wrong gemstone, and wrong ring size. The situation dragged on far longer than it ever should have. My husband even asked for a phone call to sort things out and never received one, which was incredibly frustrating. When our actual ring finally arrived, it showed up with no tracking information at all, which is unacceptable for something this expensive. What made it worse is that the wrong ring we were originally sent still had a tag attached, while our ring arrived without one. This time, I returned to the store expecting to exchange it and upgrade to a more substantial bracelet, paying the difference of course. Vanessa, the salesperson who originally helped me, said she needed to speak with management. Maria, the manager, informed me that because I had the bracelet repaired by another jeweler after it first broke, the warranty was void. While I understand that stores have warranty policies, I was never told about this when I made the purchase. Had someone simply explained that having the bracelet repaired elsewhere would void the warranty, I never would have done it. I returned an expensive gold bracelet more than 2 weeks ago. It is now lost by Fed Ex without ways of tracking it. I cannot find the item by the number ( I have the Fed Ex Receipt). I immediately contacted RC customer care, but they are unable to track it or find it. Only response I am getting is generic without clear plans to reimburse me. They said they cannot refund me without the item although the package is insured by Fed Ex when I mailed it. Think twice before you use this business for pricey items- if things get lost by the carrier you will not be refunded. ***Bridal baguette eternity ring review*** I've been a huge fan of RC jewelry and accumulated several rings & bracelets over the years. I haven't had any issues with the quality except for one of the bracelets I own in which the clasp broke off 2x in less than 6 months. I was charged for the first repair as I was outside of the 60 day warranty and offered a complimentary 2nd repair when the clasp broke again several weeks later. I just chalked it off as a glitch with the quality as I haven't had any issues with the RC rings. I was in the market for a bridal band a few months ago & when I saw the baguette eternity ring and found out they are able to make it in my 3.5 size, I immediately knew I had to have it. I worked with Courtney to expedite my band and paid extra for the overnight shipping so that I could get it in time for my wedding. The ring came earlier than expected & it was absolutely gorgeous. Fast forward a few weeks, I got married on 5/21/23. The very next day (5/22/23), and less than 12 hours later, 2 diamonds are missing from my band. Mind you, this is the first time I am wearing it, it was carefully stored in the RC box until the wedding day. I even took it off before I showered that evening. To have 2 diamonds fall out of my wedding band that I paid $$$$ for and for a piece that i will have FOREVER, less than 12 hours after my wedding, was absolutely devastating. I immediately reached out to Courtney, who immediately had Gabi work with me on a replacement. She 'expedited' the replacement but said it would take about 3-5 weeks. I literally had to take my wedding band off the day after my wedding & I immediately shipped it back to RC that week & I believe it was received by RC end of May due to the holiday. It was absolutely devastating that I couldn't even wear my wedding band on my honeymoon in June. Today, on 7/7, I finally received my replacement pair which was a little over 5 weeks. I received an automated RC message saying that my ring was shipped but an email from the customer service rep , Gabi, would have been appreciated as this was a major f**kup with the quality. The replacement ring was shipped in a small box like their everyday jewelry. It would have been nicer to have been shipped in a bridal box like I received it in initially honestly. This isn't some $200 ring. While the ring is gorgeous, i am still so wary of the quality of the ring, if this happened 1 year down the road and a diamond falls out, would I have to pay for the diamond replacement? I had to take my wedding band off the day after my wedding and haven't been able to wear it for nearly 6-7 weeks after I got married and I wasn't able to bring it onto my honeymoon. With all that trouble, yes RC did offer a replacement (as they should), but nothing else was offered for the whole situation and major inconvenience this has caused. I waited a while to purchase from RC. With the Black Friday sale I figured it was time to pull the trigger. I wish I had read these reviews first. I filled my cart, which pre populated a discount code, and purchased my items. I realized shortly thereafter that my cart was not discounted 30%; I only received a 20% discount. I used the chat feature and spent hours online to get nowhere. Apparently, the wrong code was applied. They will not issue a credit for the overcharge even though the cart pre populated with the 20% code. I must await delivery and then return the items and then repurchase the items. The sale ends 12/1 and it is 11/25. What are the odds I'll get my items before 12/1? Not likely. Oh, and then I have to hope my items have not sold out. I called customer service but no one answers. When I purchased my jewelry item from Ring Concierge warranty was marketed to include comprehensive coverage for future issues including if the chain broke on the bracelet within the 3 year period. However, when I recently attempted to make a claim under this warranty for a legitimate concern of the chain breaking, I was met with vague explanations of this being caused by excessive force which it was not, and ultimately a denial of service that contradicted the original promises made at the time of sale. The warranty is presented as a means of peace of mind, yet in practice, it appears to be structured in a way that makes it nearly impossible to receive any actual benefit. The terms are unclear, the customer service is evasive, and I feel deliberately misled. I went for the eternity mini which should beget a class action as it is advertise so wrongly it looks like it has diamonds which it barely should. I labeled it user error and ordered the classic Diamond tennis in 1.5 carat 6.5. I received a 6 which barely fits a toddler and got a broken bracelet impossible to open. I am sad. I am disappointed. Purchased the Roman Numeral pavé diamond ring during one of the 20% off sales. Within wearing it a handful of times (maybe 10 total?) to dinner, out for drinks, etc (nothing where I'm really using my hands, being rough), my local jeweler pointed out that two stones were missing. I notified RC and they provided a shipping label for return under their 3 year warranty. Note- no packaging or box was provided. I received a repaired ring in the stated time frame with all diamonds replaced. Again, I wore it for similar circumstances, this time, TWICE, before again noticing two different stones were missing. Then, a third stone came loose as I was washing my hands with bar soap in a hotel room... which showed me it takes very little to disrupt their pavé setting (poor quality!). I happened to be in NYC and went to their Bleecker location. While there, I saw the non-pavé version of the Roman numeral ring on display. The store manager put in for a service request and informed me I'd be contacted by the customer service team in the coming business days. I received an email from customer service offering either: replacement of my ring (including sending my existing ring back, which to me is no different than the prior repair) or store credit. Neither option was what I really want, which is a ring that won't break. When I requested the non-pavé version (that was still on display, and still available for purchase when I ordered my ring just a few months ago), they informed me that it had been discontinued and that "custom pieces start at $8,000" if I wanted them to recreate it... a mold that you probably already have and likely still producing, given the time frame for production and when it was discontinued?? Overall, I could not be less impressed with the quality. Claire's pavé with CZ probably holds up better. Now I'm stuck with choosing from another poor quality item, or playing the game of receiving another ring that's likely to lose diamonds within minutes of wearing. I hate it here. When he reached out to Customer Service they responded with no words - just a packing slip to send in for repairs. When he followed up and asked more questions he found out that if you LOSE a stone you will have to pay for a new one when receiving repairs. WHAT A JOKE. We were luckily able to find the stone that fell out but wow. Any company with a "limited warranty" of 60 days clearly isn't that confident in the quality of their product. I work a desk job and never wore it when sleeping, exercising, doing chores or any other strenuous activity and when I sent it for warranty (since warranty says loose prongs are covered) ring concierge refused to cover under warranty saying it's wear and tear, and warranty apparently doesn't cover this type of loose prongs. They charged me to fix it and was not accommodating at all. My grandmother bought me a pair of their earrings for Christmas but I didn't like them, so I immediately returned them, ensuring that everything was in the box and it was completely sealed with packing tape. Nearly a month and a half later, I asked her if she got her refund. She said she hadn't heard ANYTHING from them. She called them, and they said the return was received so they weren't sure why she hadn't been refunded. A week or so after that, they told her an earring was missing. How is that possible when the earrings were never worn, in my possession for 3 days, and completely sealed in the box with packing tape? If this was the case, why was she never contacted about it when it was received? To me, it seems like they lost the package and are simply covering themselves from paying out the refund. They are still (in February) sending us in circles trying to get this figured out. I will never spend my money with them, or recommend that anyone else does. Nikki was incredible to work with! She's patient, knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and wants what's best for the couple. I have bought a couple of pieces from ring concierge and the quality and weight of the metal is ok but you definitely get what you pay for. Unfortunately however my issues lie with their lack of customer service. This is my third issue with their customer service hence the review with an example of my most recent. I made two purchases during the early Black Friday sale (as I was a text subscriber) and both items were listed as available and ready to ship. I received the earrings but got an email for my ring that they had oversold and now it would have to be produced. This was more than 7 weeks ago and outside of the promised production window which I didn't even complain about as their website said there were available pieces and THEY oversold. I spoke with someone last week and told me the ring would ship the following week. I am moving and tried having my ring arrive by Saturday. They are unable to change the address. Unable to expedite the shipping. The only "solution" offered was to cancel the order and order it again or intercept it once it's shipped via fed ex. So no solution at all for their oversight. I guess this is the difference between shopping luxury and fast fashion. Ok metals are not worth the lack of customer service. Will continue with luxury jewelers and better customer service. read more

My fiancé introduced me to Ring Concierge's instagram very early on in our relationship and I am ecstatic that she did. When the time to start ring shopping arrived I knew exactly where to start. Ring Concierge's website is so easy to sift through and answered many of the questions I had early on. The engagement ring my fiancé dreamed of required me to schedule a phone consultation with the Bespoke Bridal team. I was connected with Pauline who asked all of the right questions to get a better idea of my fiancé's dream ring and what I was willing to spend to make it a reality. She answered every one of my questions and most importantly genuinely sounded like she was acting in my best interest. After the phone call we set up a diamond consultation where my fiancé and I could come into Pauline's office to see some diamonds that she handpicked for us based on our wants. All of the diamonds she sourced for us were absolutely gorgeous, my fiancé was practically drooling on her desk as she was trying them on. Pauline is also a pro at taking pictures of diamonds (those pictures were very useful when I had to compare diamonds at home). After we had a better idea of what diamond and setting we liked, Pauline kindly asked my fiancé to give us some privacy so we could get down to the nitty-gritty. This was the biggest purchase of my life by a mile; I was nervous and I'm sure Pauline could tell. She helped me narrow down my choices to two and gave me the numbers. I asked SO MANY questions and she fielded every one of them with the sincerity and care that I'd expect out of my sister. She didn't apply any pressure to make a decision and even recommended that I stay in my budget (cause of course I was drawn to the diamond that was above it). She was also extremely personable and gave me a little insight into the experience her fiancé had when he was ring shopping to help ease the nerves. She wasn't looking to sell me a dream, she just wanted me, and most importantly my fiancé, to be happy with our experience. I walked away from the diamond consultation with so much new information and decided that I would look online at other diamond inventories to ensure that I was getting the best deal. I searched inventories far and wide, I even found another diamond concierge service on the west coast, but nothing felt quite right. That's when it hit me. I couldn't spend my money with anyone else because I simply didn't trust them like I trusted RC. It took a couple days, many text messages to Pauline, and a lot of number crunching to come to that realization, but Pauline was there every step of the way and even gave me the courtesy of notifying me when another couple was interested in one of the diamonds we had seen. She promised to do her best to buy me time, and lord knows I needed it. I text her when I was ready and she made the rest of the process entirely seamless. She sent me the invoice, made me confident in my purchase, and double checked every detail. I fulfilled the invoice and then patiently waited. It was some weeks before Pauline's name popped up on my phone again and this time it was an email with videos of the completed ring. I was in love with what I saw and I knew my fiancé would feel the same. Once satisfied, Pauline set up the overnight shipping of the ring so I could have it in time to propose. Pauline and I rejoiced when I told her that I received the ring and asked that I keep her updated. I ended up proposing about two weeks later and besides my immediate family, Pauline was one of the first people I wanted to tell. In short, I am so happy that I went with Ring Concierge for this purchase. I am sorry for the lengthy review, but I know that this is exactly the type of review I needed to see when I was making my decision. The truth is there is no decision to make, RC is the cream of the crop and I expect that every customer that came before and every customer that will come after me will receive the same level of service. My fiancé absolutely loves the ring and I gawk at her ring finger every time I see it, partially because I'm so lucky she's mine and partially because DAMN that ring is gorgeous. No one does it better. (p.s. Pauline, if you made it this far, this is my apology for asking so many questions during the process. You're a gem.) I see some reviews that mention RC jewelry being pretty susceptible to wear and tear, but it's too early for me to make that call. I have been a big fan of RC and own a few pieces, including my engagement ring. My wedding is a week away and Jen was a life saver! My plans were to get our wedding bands at RC, but I did not realize men pieces took longer. I emailed the team asking how feasible my timeline was and Jen was able to accommodate our time frame. I don't encourage people waiting until last minute, but I know first hand RC will make it happen if it's possible! 10/10 recommend and will continue to recommend RC to family and friends.
