Nothing special. Way too much bread. This would have been way better on a pita. Bathroom was awful. Toilet splattered with poop in the bowl. Smelled bad. Friendly people. I wouldn't waste ur time or money here though!

What a great spot for lunch and dinner! I love going to Rimmels. It is very delicious, fresh vegetables and toppings. All of the sauces are made from scratch and the lamb/beef is delicious. The employees are friendly, the ambiance is a great place for work meetings, friends, or family.

Here is a pic of their menu. They do not have any to take with you.

I went here with a group of friends on Sunday for brunch. The parking is street parking either on…read morestate street or in the neighborhood right by it. There is a parking lot right by it but it's for another business and they will tow, so be sure to read the signs where you park. The vibe here is giving dive bar for sure. They have pool and darts. They also had a stage so I figure they have music or mic night. They have a covered patio downstairs as well as an upstairs one that gets sun. They have a lot of umbrellas so you aren't sitting directly in the sun but can still enjoy the nice weather. It also has lots of mirrors which give it a cool vibe and make it a good spot for pics. As for the food and service, it was a little all over the place. Our server seemed pretty flustered the whole time. I ordered a Diet Coke and the upstairs machine wasn't working. The first one that was brought out was incredibly flat. The second one was from the machine downstairs, and it wasn't great but it was drinkable. My friends got coffee and said it was good. They have $2 mimosas. They are definitely a smaller size but good for the price!! The food took a long time to come out and there were a few things missing. We also had a couple mimosas we ordered that were initially forgotten but brought after the second or third ask. The food itself was just meh. It's dive bar food. The potatoes were amazing though!! Everything is pretty inexpensive. I'd recommend this as a fun option for a group of friends to hang.

The most delicious vegan food in Salt Lake City isn't at a health store, a vegan restaurant, or a…read morefood truck. It's at an Irish pub. Piper Down Public House, located in the Ballpark Neighborhood, has been serving traditional Irish dishes since 2003 and boasts a dedicated vegan menu with items like bangers and mash, corned beef sandwiches, and fish and chips. The brunch menu especially shines with offerings like the Big Veggie Gilbert--a toasted brioche sandwich with vegan bacon, JustEgg, cheese, tomato, and chipotle aioli--and Huevos Rancheros. As good as the brunch was, the friendly servers confided that their favorites are on the dinner menu. Next time I'm in SLC, I'll be sure to find out. Piper Down has a traditional, airy pub feel with plenty of natural light. It's the perfect spot to grab a pint with friends, catch a game on one of the many TVs, and enjoy the best vegan food in town.
