I expected the portabello to be cooked and maybe the seasonal veggies, but it was so wet everything seemed soggy. The French onion soup was waaayyyy too salty. My dining partner ordered a prime rib sandwich and our server asked how he wanted it cooked. He answered "medium rare" but when he received it the meat was well done. He wound up dipping it in my remaining soup to combat the dryness. Our server was very pleasant and refilled our drinks without needing to track her down. I liked the atmosphere and if I am back in the area would go back to watch football as they have plenty of tvs.

I am pleased to say this establishment definitely gave total satisfaction! Good comfort food, nice service, well pleased and didn't take long for the wait. Luke was the nice guy who took my order over the phone. I ordered the country fried pork chops with the loaded mashed and Mac & cheese. Everything was surprisingly delicious. Due to it being bar food I didn't expect much and it definitely surprised me and it was the best county fried chops I've had since a youngster! You Just don't see country comfort food often AND that is GOOD! My mac & cheese was banging with all the cheesy, the mashed was so flavorful and the chops were amazingly tender. Everything was delicious! Definitely licked my plate and fingers! Check em' out!

Wine selections were nice and food was just as good. A bit Overpriced menu. Waiter seemed to be in a rush which was a little annoying considering they closed @10 and we arrived at 8pm on a Tuesday but he was friendly. Ordered the 2 meat charcuterie was not impressed. Also ordered the steak bites with puréed sweet potatoes which was very tasty and burger for the kid. A decent place for regulars or just to wine down. Should at least try once. Check em out!

The food is of adequate portions. I had the chicken and bean soup. I was hungry and it was fine, but it was more of a tomato sauce, bean and onion soup. Perhaps a couple pieces of chicken. We sat at the bar and the bartender is super attentive 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a Thursday and it's not very busy The music is decent not too loud. There are a lot of TVs. We ordered Reuben combo with pastrami and corned beef with a side of macaroni and cheese and we also ordered a side of the cornbread casserole just because it's something unique and different to try. As for the sandwich we both enjoyed it although it's a little smoky Mac & cheese is okay. It definitely could use green onions on top to dress it And the cornbread casserole is a homemade cornbread that's soft with like a kind of cream filling and loaded with corn it was my least favorite We also ordered a couple old-fashioned. I don't like that they have the little ice cubes, butdrinks are tasty.
