My favorite tech has been gone for months, and today was my breaking point. My husband and I came in for a relaxing pedicure, but the staff was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. The woman doing my husband's pedicure was demeaning to him, and when I asked the male tech to trim my toenails shorter, he argued with me instead of listening. The place was also completely empty, which honestly says a lot. Customers should not feel like a bother for supporting a business. This salon desperately needs better customer service and management.
