Taylor Ham, egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel. Cheese masked the interior on this picture but it is solid.
Pete B.

This has become one of our solid go to places for breakfast sandwiches on the weekends. Parking is street parking only on a busy main street. Once you get inside, if it's busy, you need patience. It's worth it. It's small and tight, so be prepared to get intimate with your fellow breakfast eaters. Service is very efficient and quick considering the volume they go through. VERY solid Taylor Ham, egg and cheese sandwich. I used to get it on a roll but their Asiago bagel is on point. Home fries are probably one of the best in the area. If it's busy, circle around a few times until a spot opens. It's well worth it.

This is our bagel place. We go visit At least twice a month, cause we really like the bagels. Last week my boyfriend went for bagels, brought them back home and I Immediately asked him if the owner was there after unwrapping the bagels. I right away get so aggravated cause this has not been the first time that the owner isn't there and they literally skimp out on whatever you ask them to put inside no matter what you ask for it's literally the smallest portion that's just disrespectful to the patrons and owner. I've asked my boyfriend in the past to check the bagels before he leaves cause we're obviously not driving back to personally complain or whatever, but he trusts!!! I really hope that the service and food that is served there while the owner is there could be as consistent as when she's not.

Stopped at the nearest bagel spot near me when I was driving through and so glad I did! Very yummy and filling BEC. The bagels are HUGE. Service was very quick which I appreciated! No place to sit down, just quick grab to go!

a variety of bagels

Located right on ridge road, my new favorite bagel spot! I went in on a Thursday morning so it wasn't crowded. The staff was very friendly, unlike some of the other reviews that stated otherwise. The bagels are so fresh and they have a nice variety of cream cheese as well. I went with a whole wheat with veggie cream cheese and it was perfect. A huge bagel, hand rolled and delicious. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They also have flagels and a ton of sweet treats on their counter. Chocolate croissants, cookies, crumb cakes, muffins. I took a glance at their menu and they have regular lunch sandwiches and platters too. Parking can be a bit rough since it's right on the main avenue but it suggest going to a side street.

Delicious bagel, perfect amount of chew and very fresh. Vegetable cream cheese was also really good. One of my favorite bagel shops! The shop is tiny and gets quite busy but there's a cute little seating area outside.

Good service. Decent bagel . No seating inside only outside with two tables. Parking is on street so expect to walk. Fair prices.

Everything bagel with BEC

My everything bagel was everything :) okay but it was really good, especially with BE&C and salt, pepper, ketchup (the only way to do it). It was nice and fresh. They only allow 4 people in the store at a time due to the pandemic, which caused a bit of a wait for me at 11 am so I can only imagine a busy weekday morning. But it definitely made me feel safer. I would recommend ordering and paying through GrubHub. It sped up my process so all I had to do was go to the counter and say my name. My order was warm and ready to go. My only complaint is the price, it came out to $7.25 for a bacon egg & cheese!

B.L.T. Breakfast Sandwich with mayo

First time here and I have to say they have great sandwiches and bagels. Ordered for pick up and surprisingly it was pretty easy to get thru. I ordered a BLT with mayo on a plain bagel with a side of hash browns. The bacon was super crispy and tasted so good on the bagel. The lettuce was shredded and the tomatoes were thin and juicy. Con- no parking lot and barely any parking on the street. When I went to go pick up my order it was ready but the girl did mess up my order and thought I said I wanted butter on my BLT. She tried to argue with me saying that, that's what she had heard on the phone. I told her I don't like butter on my BLT so why would I order that lol? The girl next to her came off rude because she kept butting in but it's fine they made me a new one after I repeatedly said that's not what I ordered... so thank you for that. So when placing your order over the phone make sure you have them repeat your order and repeat it when picking up! Nothing I hate more then when a place screws up your order. Overall, they do have good bagels and sandwiches. Would I come back? Yes.

After my first visit, I can say the tongue-in-cheek spirit of Vinnie Mootz's signage carries right through the front door and into its lineup of "SANGWEECHES." I ordered "The Nicky Mootz" -- cutlet, bacon, hot sauce, and fresh mootz -- and enjoyed it immensely in the friendly, medium-sized dining room. The pizza, which I plan to try on a future visit, looked excellent, and the small assortment of hand-stretched mozzarellas is reason enough to stop back in the next time I'm passing through. We both opted for bagel sandwiches and thoroughly enjoyed. However tip from regulars was to ensure we try his lasagna one day. What I absolutely loved was his medium cappuccino with one sugar to go! I heard that espresso machine brew away and thought this can't be. It was one of the best I've had and loved the large cup. I simply would come here daily just for that and his pleasantries! I believe a customer told me he was actually a chef at a famous restaurant before, but maybe I'm screwing this story up a bit. However I am coming back as my hair salon is across the street and I will now stop here beforehand even if just for the cap! Looking forward to trying his other food and he has very affordable pricing! About 4 tables to sit, but many were coming in to order and go! See you soon!

The fridges were stocked with take home soups, cheeses in brine and more. Had a nice chat with someone who might have been a manager or owner who helped us navigate the menu and make our choices. I had a sandwich with imported ham and garlic sautéed broccoli rabe on a crusty roll with bocconcini. She had the Parma with prosciutto, fresh moz, arugula, sun dried tomatoes and balsamic glaze. Both of us were delighted with our sandwiches. They were huge and the fact the cold cuts were freshly sliced put them over the top. We ate them with imported potato chips and local sodas bottled specially for the shop. We're not in the area very often, but we'll make it a point to come back - with a cooler this time to bring some delicacies home to Maine.

We were eating at a table inside, when a man sat down next to us and began playing some news site on his phone, right next to us, at full volume. This is very rude and very irritating, and so we started standing up to move to a table outside. We said something to the man like "you know, this isn't your home," and then he became extremely confrontational. and started yelling at us to "get the f*ck out of here" because "he can do whatever he wants." At about this point a manager from the store came out, and he was standing right next to us when the man told us to "get the f*ck out of here," several times. And nothing happened. The manager tried to calm everyone down, we went outside to finish eating, but this is simply not right. We shouldn't have had to move, or be forced to listen to some random guy's phone for 20 minutes, just because "he can do whatever he wants." We love Bob's and their staff, but the way we were treated and the way they treated the bully who got to insult us repeatedly, even in front of a manager,is not OK. Kindness is supposed to win, but instead, this angry, selfish, offensive man was validated for his unreal, uncalled for, bad behavior. We're going to miss it, but if Bob's can't stand up for good, loyal customers, then we're not going back.
