The hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable, cheerful and patient duo of Amy and Gabbie at Pinetree Pharmacy always bring their A-game to work, and it's such a pleasure to interact with them whenever I need to pick up medicinies. Services & Significance From giving courtesy calls to their patrons regarding prescription pickup and updates about any delays, to ensuring that they are well-informed about their needs during the speedy checkout, the staff here leave no stone unturned when it comes to ensuring customer delight (in a business where the bare minimum customer service is the standard, let alone satisfaction and beyond!). So, while major pharmacy chains might be more convenient in terms of location and timing, not to mention be stocked up on anything and everything that you may or may not need in addition to your medicines, I find a bit of inconvenience to be a small tradeoff for taking my business here and letting these ladies do their magic. Clean Scene This hole-in-the-wall place is sparkling clean, well-organized with optimal usage of the available space, and tranquil (despite it being right next to a very busy road), so much so that the absence of chaos here is palpable! The shared reception area with adjoining Pinetree Medical Clinic has ample seating for folks awaiting their turn. Bang for Your Buck Thanks to MSP and the direct billing to insurance, medications have never felt this wallet-friendly. They don't have extensive stocks of items, medicines and otherwise. So, it's always better to call and confirm before heading here if they have what you are looking for. Ease Peasy The place is central, just a block away from two main Skytrain Stations along the Millennium Line, and mere steps away from several bus stops. There is paid street parking upfront and along Glen Dr, but it can be challenging to find a spot during business hours. Final Verdict If health is wealth, then Amy and Gabbie at Pinetree Pharmacy are two of the most trusted bankers in the business. Hope they keep up the awesome work!
