The pharmacist here is truly kind and caring she genuinely takes the time to help people and always treats everyone with respect and professionalism. We recently walked in for flu shots, and she personally gave them to us. She was gentle, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time such a light touch! In just a short time of coming here, she's already helped us sort out several prescription issues and has gone above and beyond to make things easier for us. After bouncing between a few other pharmacies over the years, this one truly stands out. The difference in service and care is clear. We're so glad to be customers here and highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for excellent, friendly service!

I have been coming to seasons prior but this has stepped up the store completely. I have been in several times while getting treatments at the incredible Integrated Health Clinic. Nurse Lisa did the preliminary work with a smile and Dr. Dickson did not rush the physical like so many others have. Quite a pleasant and considerate man and he even answered my questions about other issues not part of the DOT exam. The office environment and the staff seem to cater to families and I as I left, I remember thinking if I lived in Lynden, I would ask Dr. Dickson to be my primary care physician. I don't do many reviews except for the extremely bad and the really good experiences. This was a really good one.

The staff have always been polite and efficient, and the phlebotomists who have done the blood draws have risen to the occasion and done excellent work. I have a good deal of faith in this facility. My wife is a regular patient here, and is very happy with her primary care physician, Dr. Jessica Clausen. She has received very good care here for over five years. This facility is slated to close once the new Blaine facility is built and staffed. We will miss it! It is very very small, and likely too small for the area.

I had to walk out to ask if they remembered I was in there. It still took another 5 minutes for the Doctor to enter the room. But yesterday was the last straw. One hour before my appointment the clinic called to advise me that they were running behind and asked if I could come later. I had planned my entire day's worth of appointments and errands around the Botox appointment so this was very frustrating. I eventually agreed to move my appointment 2 days out but later called back to cancel. It left a really bad taste in my mouth that they can charge me for a full session if I cancel with less than 48 hours notice (because their time is valuable) yet they only offered me a $50 discount for having to rebook 2 days later ..... because apparently my time is not as valuable? No thank you. I'll happily find another provider that is more organized and fair.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I came in dealing with extremely severe neck pain…read morethat was honestly affecting my daily life, sleep, and ability to function normally. From the very first visit, Justin Dalmacio made me feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Justins level of knowledge and attention to detail is incredible. He didn't just treat the symptoms--he took the time to figure out the root of the problem and built a plan that actually worked. Every session felt purposeful, and I could feel real progress week by week. What stood out the most was how supportive and encouraging Justin Dalmacio was. He kept me motivated, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to Justin, my pain has improved dramatically, and I feel like I have my life back. If you're dealing with any kind of pain or injury, especially something as frustrating as neck pain, I highly recommend giving this place a chance. It was one of the best decisions I've made.

She helped me tremendously with a Vestibular and neck injury from a terrible fall at my job in August 2022. I suddenly had to pause my P.T. due to another health issue in December 2023 which I needed surgery for on February 27, 2024. I received a get-well card from the staff and Doniel, telling me to "call for an appointment when I am ready to come back for therapy." I visited my Surgeon on Tuesday 04/04/2024 and she gave me her approval to go back to P.T. for the sustained injuries that I am still dealing with. I called Capstone today to schedule my pre-approved, unused remaining visits. I spoke to Reagan, the LNI scheduler who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and very nonchalant about what I had just experienced with my surgery. Reagan demonstrated by her phone etiquette that she was too busy and did not care about getting me back on schedule for the pre-approved remaining visits. She was so insensitive, in fact she stated, "We already discharged you as one of our patients. You need to get a new referral from your doctor and LNI!" I had talked with my Vocational Counselor who works closely with patients and LNI, before I called Capstone, and she confirmed all I needed to do was call to set up 5 remaining visits. I asked Reagan who she reports to, and she said, "Riley" was her manager. I received a call about 45 minutes after speaking to Reagan from a "Riley Beard", who was very disinterested and aloof about my not being able to schedule my remaining appointments, she was the Client Relations Manager. I have never been treated with such lack of sensitivity or low regard for others' needs or troubles. Very dispassionate for being a "Client Relations Manager." She literally said, "Oh well!" when I told her I was going to report this to the owners of Capstone, write a review about this, and look for a new Physical Therapy Clinic! The only curious thing was Riley sounded exactly like Reagan! Roberta Reyes
