Pharmacy: 2/5 Post office: 4/5 Cashiers: 4/5 Wheelchair accessible: 4/5 I think the pharmacy staff at this location are either new or aren't familiar with certain medicines and injuries/illnesses. I went in looking for a common itch/burn cream for my (healed) skin graft donor site because I CANNOT sleep well due to the itchiness. The pharmacist said he seriously could not help me because he didn't know anything about skin grafts. I showed him the almost healed site and explained I normally put vaseline or lotion on it and it's basically just like road rash, that the doctors have okayed it for anything ("treat it like normal skin")- and that my dad used burn cream on his skin grafts to stop the itching. He just insisted he couldn't help. My boyfriend wasn't too pleased with him but I tried to understand that perhaps the pharmacist just felt uncomfortable. Other times I've gone to put prescriptions in I'm given an ETA for pickup and it isnt quite ready. Not always, but certainly a few times. Otherwise, I love the little post office there. Straight forward, easily accessible. The rest of the store is all right, gets you what you need especially if you're stopping in after grocery store hours. read more

The pharmacy service seems haphazard. I was quickly handed the colonoscopy prep without being asked any questions and it was not as ordered by the doctor. I called three times to speak to a pharmacist to ask what to do and three times was put to voice mail and never called back. I'm moving my prescriptions out of this pharmacy, though I've been there for years. read more

Terrible do not use the pharmacy especially the older man with glasses as he has poor communication skills rude and not trust worthy especially if you are a woman avoid this branch and go somewhere else read more

I have one complaint that there's no one ever at the cash out till anymore I had to wait more then ten min before I was served .There needs to be a bell on the counter so you can get some service. If it doesn't change soon I will go else where. Most of the time I use cash and you can't do that at self serve check outs so please get a bell or something read more

Pharmacy staff doesn't know what they are doing. And on top of that they are RUDE - especially that skinny long hair girl of Indian descent with specks. I don't want to go there anymore. Choose another pharmacy if you need better service. read more

The Shoppers drug mart pharmacy in Sydney is horrible. Do not take your prescriptions there. They don't answer their phone, don't reply to messages or emails. Missed my Mom's pills being ready on numerous occasions, not in blister packs as req by her doctor. Spoke with the owner/manager Rebecca.......nothing resolved. Moved to a different pharmacy & they still haven't even responded to the other pharmacy with her prescription. The other pharmacy phoned to tell me. Stay away read more

Located at Evergreen Mall, I stop by occasionally for some small item purchases. Minimal customer service. It is more of a grab and go situation. read more

Shoppers Drug Mart - Pharmacy Near Me - Surrey, British Columbia

Worst customer service ever! I tried returning an item I bought(from another shoppers in Langley) and the manager refused to accept anything from another shoppers, forcing me to drive all the way back to exchange a $20 item. Absolute awful service, workers were very short and rude as well read more

Because I couldn't get my medication from the Shoppers I deal with I called this one because they have filled my prescription before he told me that I have to deal with my pharmacy and his customers are important and he doesn't have time to deal with me. read more

The store at 18677 Fraser Hwy, Surrey, BC V3S 8E7 has a post office which is probably a franchise. One lady was very slow (half an hour for 2 people, one of them was an elderly guy) and served customers. No feed back for the questions. I spent almost 45 min to get my parcel read more

Almost every time I've been here, I've gone to spend at least $100 at the very minimum and in the last three times I've gone, the security guard has full on disrespected me and the person I'm with. I've told them to stop following me, Ive shown them the cash in my wallet & each time I drop everything at the checkout and leave. I dont look like an adolescent problem causing brat. Stop treating people like criminals & maybe you would have reliable customers. read more

give it a zero if I could. We not allowed in unless wearing mask and gloves which is ok. havn't been at this outlet in 10 years and only went back because it is so close to my sons work. I spent $75 in goods and was hassled by check out cleaner and left $20 of paid for goods behind. I stood in the outer doorway staring at my receipt for 5 minutes totally disoriented and then left. At home unpacking I realized that $20 of goods were missing. I phoned the store and was told "blah blah and fraud" Plus no handicap parking stalls. I did park and wait until a front stall was open and noted all the seniors and really felt positive until I entered the store. I am on a pension and $20 of goods is a big thing to walk on especially the deodorant. I did admit to my 2 adult children and my son who works in that area said "that is the worst area in town". read more

Arrived to pickup a prescription, at the counter I stated my name and the lady says what do you want? Really... your at the wrong counter go over there. So I do, I hand her my insurance card and she says you need to go over there, where I just was. Over I go , she does inputting on her computer then takes my prescription back to the pharmacist and says you need to go back over there and wait for it. Really wtf!!! I was there for 40 minutes! Why can't your pharmacy front end do more than one job. I have never seen such a wacky pharmacy in my life! I'd give 0 stars if I could! read more

Was advised my prescription was ready for pickup, went in that evening with proper identification. Prescription couldn't be found I was asked to wait for them to find it. Eventually it was found somewhere "in the back". Fast forward one day another email telling me the prescription was ready? Phoned the pharmacy, after almost a half hour on hold was able to speak with a pharmacist who said it would be taken care of. If you want good service choose another pharmacy. read more

This shoppers is closest to home and open 24 hours. I go there for all the essentials and perfect for last minute needs. The staff is always helpful and friendly. What i love best is the shoppers optimum card. The points never expire so im saving up until i have a big amount. More points =more free stuff! read more

I was there at 12:40 a.m. 14 March in night. I was coming directly from work with zero energy. The cashier lady was very rude with lots of attitude. She did not help us to do billing , she clearly told how would you like to pay.. if by card go for self check out, why the organization hire her if she does not want to help customers. Every organization has priority for customers but over here it is totally opposite. Very worst experience. read more

So my boyfriend and I are very sick today. As I was grabbing stuff today for our virus I was asked to pick up my boyfriends anti seizure medication. Around 11pm, I realized I totally forgot to pick it up. So my boyfriend runs to shoppers drug mart to get a 1 night emergency supply. He suffers from severe gran mal seizures and pharmacists are required by law to provide one night especially for those with a disibility. Unfortunately, the pharmacist Thilak Kulasekaran does not know this rule. He told him "it's your fault, get it in the morning" and continued saying so even after my boyfriend pleaded and let him know he has a virus so he is even more susceptible to seizures.. He was the most non compassionate, unprofessional pharmacist that has ever worked before. Stay away completely from this pharmacy, otherwise you will end up having a pretty horrible visit to shoppers! Thank god the law is on my side with this one, and hopefully his license will get revoked. If my boyfriend was to have a seizure because of him, that would be on him for the rest of his life. read more

This is the most disorganized pharmacy I've ever seen. Every time I go there, I'm shuffled around and told I need to go to another area of the counter. The website indicates you can walk in for a flu shot. I filled out my assessment online and asked for a shot when I picked up prescriptions. The technician sent me to the other end of the counter. I was told they didn't have access to the online applications and I had to fill it out again by hand. Then I was told I had to come back in the evening. I said I would sign up for the following day. She said I would have to come back again the next morning to sign up. When I got to my car, I checked my prescriptions. one prescription bottle said 180 tablets on it and that's what I paid for. There were only 14. I took it back and was told they didn't have enough and would call me when they got them, but they didn't tell me that when I picked them up. So I have to go back AGAIN. There is a problem EVERY time I get prescriptions - they're not ready after 3 days, they don't have enough, they filled the wrong prescription, etc. Why can't they get it together? Do NOT get your prescriptions filled here. read more

After years shopping at this location and Shoppers in general, today I received the rudest, most un-helpful, unprofessional service ever from the pharmacy (Pharmacist's name was Amrit, her sidekick was no star either). I am a regular consumer getting a refill on my prescription, I don't know the rules but for some reason the Dr. faxed the approval to me, I took it to Shoppers and was rudely told that I wasn't supposed to have this form and it was to be faxed direct to them by the Dr's office. How was I supposed to know??? Anyway, when I asked why, the response was 'if you don't like the 'by-laws' you can call the College of Physicians..." really???? She could have simply educated me rather than scold me... Anyway, I'm no longer a Shoppers Drug Mart customer. read more

Horrible pharmacy staffs. Rude and very unpleasant to talk and deal with especially the south asian pharmacy assistant and pharmacist. Cashiers and cosmeticians are nice tho! read more

This shoppers does not seem to care about it's customers at all. The lines at this shoppers are ALWAYS huge (typically one cashier and at least 8 people in line), while other employees are stocking shelves, or wandering around. Have also been yelled at by a sale associate and will no longer visit this location. Also they are always sold out of sale items shortly after opening on the day the sale starts. I would not recommend going into this shoppers if at all possible. read more

I shop there several times a week and I find the staff always to be friendly and helpful except for one person in cosmetics. Their front end staff and floor associates are always helpful and never a long wait. They always call for other associates when it gets to busy up front. I do shop flyers and always find excellent deals. If you can't find what you are looking for the staff is more than happy to go in the back to see if there is more stock and tells you when they are expecting there next shipment. I don't use there pharmacy for prescriptions, as I chose to go to a local pharmacy, who I have dealt with for over 10 years, but have asked the pharmacy for advise and find them to make great recommendations. Keep up the great service and I will continue to be a very loyal customer. read more
