I found out they do not start the insurance confirmation process until they receive your bloodwork results, which make the wait time longer. The representative on the phone could not find my appointment, said they had "lost my appointment," and I was offered an appointment for the following day. After reading online that they have had these issues before and they continue to happen as with me, I decided to not reschedule and go elsewhere.
