The pharmacist here is truly kind and caring she genuinely takes the time to help people and always treats everyone with respect and professionalism. We recently walked in for flu shots, and she personally gave them to us. She was gentle, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time such a light touch! In just a short time of coming here, she's already helped us sort out several prescription issues and has gone above and beyond to make things easier for us. After bouncing between a few other pharmacies over the years, this one truly stands out. The difference in service and care is clear. We're so glad to be customers here and highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for excellent, friendly service!

She then sent me to the scheduling department. It took 3 weeks to schedule the appointment. I found out they do not start the insurance confirmation process until they receive your bloodwork results, which make the wait time longer. The day prior to my appointment, I did not receive a confirmation/reminder call; so, I called them. The representative on the phone could not find my appointment, said they had "lost my appointment," and I was offered an appointment for the following day. After reading online that they have had these issues before and they continue to happen as with me, I decided to not reschedule and go elsewhere. This experience shattered any confidence I may have had in their professionalism.

Movement causes sharp stabbing pains, I have been lying on the floor at work, barely sleeping because movement causes pain, barely able to sit in my desk at work waiting for what I thought was this doctors office making a lets help her get well plan. NOPE! They had me see the nurse who was so busy acting as though I am faking it, I don't cry and scream in pain I get very quiet and withdrawn. I have been in the ER many times with large stones and they were always surprised I wasn't crying. X ray showed 8 stones, but nurse claimed there we not in a place they worried about and wanted to then just do nothing for me. I work two jobs, I now have two weeks wasted with this office and now have to start over with a doctor who does not hire nurses who think patients are there "faking it" because that is exactly what she insinuated. If you have painful kidney stones don't bother with this office. They used to be great, and are now far from. I have zero free time to waste pretending at doctors offices believe me, not to mention I hate going to doctors and avoid it until I have to. I also don't have time to write reviews, but this time I have to share so others hopefully do not waste time here when hurting and need someone to actually find a solution.

Dr. Constantin is a miracle worker! I hobbled my way into…read morehis office for an "emergency" adjustment last week. His staff was able to squeeze me in almost right away, despite the fact that I wasn't an established patient. They were also very knowledgeable about my insurance and exactly what would and would not be covered -- a rarity in any medical office! Dr. Constantin took ex-rays and went over them with me in great detail. He showed me why I was in pain. He also pointed out some areas of concern for the future and shared some actionable ideas for maintenance and prevention of problems going forward. We're not talking about the typical, "lift with your legs, not your back," sort of advice, but much more personalized to my particular situation and physiology. Then it was time for the adjustment. Dr. Constantin isn't a snap-crackle-pop chiropractor. His adjustments are very similar to those performed by an osteopathist, if you've been fortunate enough to find one that does adjustments. He's gentle and precise in his alignments, and I left his office nearly pain-free with no residual muscle spasms -- quite a change from barely being able to walk or stand when I arrived! If you're looking for a great chiropractor in the Ferndale, Blaine or even Bellingham area, Dr. Constantin should be at the very top of your list!
