My MD, Jason Short, was a good enough guy, but I can no longer abide with the ridiculous wait times at this location. Today, I was scheduled for a 2:50 appt, they took be back around 3:05, and I was still sitting in the exam room waiting for a physician at 3:50. This is completely unacceptable. I understand that physicians get behind for a myriad of reasons, but if they are running late, the office should give you a call and let you know so you have the option to reschedule. This is not a unique circumstance, although it is the longest. I have been made to wait for inordinately long periods of time many times over the years. No longer. I do not recommend NSFM. It seems as though they are more focused on patient volume than patient satisfaction.

The Assistant "Teri" was extremely rude and condescending and acted like I was wasting everyone's time by being there. Did I not know how to contact one of the urgent care clinics (I did see after that they had these but not open til 1pm). Did I not know that I could get Azo at any drug store? From what I understand this is just to help with the discomfort but doesn't exactly treat anything. Maybe she was having a bad day. I don't know. But I wonder why people go into this line of work if they just diminish your reason for being there?

Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and always honest. She takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, which makes every appointment feel supportive and thorough. The staff here is terrific as well from the friendly reception team to the nurses who do vitals, and the lab staff who keep everything running smoothly. I consistently feel well cared for from start to finish. The clinic is easy to access and there's plenty of parking, which is a huge plus. Overall, this is a place that truly values their patients. Highly recommend!

They are on top of my health and my kids, they go to the root problem before offering pills (hard to find that) and they care about my kids and myself and our health. They evaluate our whole selves (family history, nutrition, physical exercise, and our biology). I have always gotten right in and labs or scans done if needed right away. I count my blessings every night and they are in them. Thank you with all my heart. After seeing her quite a few times, her bedside manner was consistently lacking. When I wasn't following her guidelines to a T, she referred me to her husband which seems like quite the norm according to other reviews. Her husband was nice enough, but tried to use scare tactics on me about a health issue that he and I were attempting to work on, but wasn't responding to any sort of medication. And he had the audacity to use those scare tactics on me. Let me just reiterate that. I was already feeling discouraged about my health problem and I was going to this provider for help. I was complying, trying multiple medications that I could not afford, doing the lifestyle changes they recommended, and they felt as though I was not taking it seriously and made me feel awful about myself. Every time I saw Sarah after that, she was extremely hostile with me and would not give me the time of day. As a practice they are completely untrustworthy. I have a friend who have brought in their infant and were given the wrong vaccine. I have friends that have also attempted to seek care from this office and also felt like they were not given the time of day or talked down to. Not only does she talk down to patients, Sarah also talks down to the support staff. And like several other reviews, getting a referral sent was a nightmare. And calling to the office is a nightmare. To get to the point, I don't trust these providers and I will never return to Fairhaven Integrative Health and I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
