I am unable to make an appointment to talk to him as I have questions so have to resort in going to see my doctor and hope the report has some of the answers I am looking for. From the very beginning of my conversation the staff was polite, caring and extremely helpful. Lisa fully exceeded my expectations as it's Thanksgiving week and I figured there would be little possibility of an appointment. We live on San Juan island and we're coming to Bellingham for a scheduled doctors appointment as this semi crisis arose. It was the end of the day and she promised to get back early today if she could fit us in. She texted me at 9 am today with an appointment. Really great service. When we arrived for the appointment everyone was friendly and willing to help with the paperwork process. I love their online process for all the documents. Quick process. Our doctor took the time to answer all our questions as he squeezed us into his schedule. He even gave my husband a YouTube link to watch what the next scheduled appointment will be. Thanks Dr. Reznicek. Brennan our CNA also was friendly and knowledgeable with a calming demeanor. And finally to all the ladies in scheduling, they too were just super. Our follow up appointment is within 2 weeks. All I can say is that this group was awesome and I would recommend the practice highly. Thanks for all your support.

I have been seen by two young female PAs with whom I was not comfortable sharing my problem with! When I complained I was told that I could have requested a doctor! How was I to know this? And the second PA I saw was very snarky and when she asked if I wanted to be referred to oncology I said, "NO!" However, several days after my appointment I got a call from an oncology clinic saying that they had received a referral! AMAZING! And they have some of the worst customer service I have had to endure! I have left four (4) messages for the clinic manager and have yet to get a call from her! I feel that since I am a Medicare patient I am getting substandard care! Very, very disappointed!

Movement causes sharp stabbing pains, I have been lying on the floor at work, barely sleeping because movement causes pain, barely able to sit in my desk at work waiting for what I thought was this doctors office making a lets help her get well plan. NOPE! They had me see the nurse who was so busy acting as though I am faking it, I don't cry and scream in pain I get very quiet and withdrawn. I have been in the ER many times with large stones and they were always surprised I wasn't crying. X ray showed 8 stones, but nurse claimed there we not in a place they worried about and wanted to then just do nothing for me. I work two jobs, I now have two weeks wasted with this office and now have to start over with a doctor who does not hire nurses who think patients are there "faking it" because that is exactly what she insinuated. If you have painful kidney stones don't bother with this office. They used to be great, and are now far from. I have zero free time to waste pretending at doctors offices believe me, not to mention I hate going to doctors and avoid it until I have to. I also don't have time to write reviews, but this time I have to share so others hopefully do not waste time here when hurting and need someone to actually find a solution.

On the day of my appointment, and just as I was being prepped for the surgery, Dr Casperson stuck her head around the curtain and chirped " this will only take three minutes!" Well great, that would be fine if the procedure was successful. Not only did it not help my incontinence, I now have an additional symptom I won't go into. I was told I could have a "top up", which would cost me an additional $350.00 out of pocket. She did not see me post op at all. The nursing staff were great, their care giving talents were certainly superior to Dr Casperson.
