I was so frustrated…read more I'd been to Shoppers Home Health Care where the employees had very, very little knowledge of their products and they were way overpriced. I expect at least basic product knowledge! I'd called another medical supply store in the area (forgot the name) where they instated they could only help me if I had a product number. Think like a customer, not a business please! Then, I tried Valley Evergreen Pharmacy. What a breath of fresh air! The lady who assisted me admitted she was new to the product I was looking for, but she took time to find what I needed and educate herself in the process. Her Manager was nearby and was knowledgable enough to help her through it. In the end I found what I needed, at a far more reasonable cost and with a pleasant experience. I'll definitely return to Valley Evergreen Pharmacy. The reasons I didn't score 5 stars: - They wouldn't accept American Express - Their website could use some improvement
