But the real highlight here is the staff. Pinder, Karla, Lisa, and everyone are absolutely fantastic. I can't count how many times they've gone out of their way to help their patients. But the most important thing of all is how approachable they are. When they talk with you, they really do care on how you're doing, and they do they best to make sure you're getting the best care they can provide. Among all the pharmacies I've been to, this one still ranks at the top, time and time again. If you live in Langley, do yourself a favor and transfer all your prescriptions over here. I expect at least basic product knowledge! I'd called another medical supply store in the area (forgot the name) where they instated they could only help me if I had a product number. Think like a customer, not a business please! Then, I tried Valley Evergreen Pharmacy. What a breath of fresh air! The lady who assisted me admitted she was new to the product I was looking for, but she took time to find what I needed and educate herself in the process. Her Manager was nearby and was knowledgable enough to help her through it. In the end I found what I needed, at a far more reasonable cost and with a pleasant experience. I'll definitely return to Valley Evergreen Pharmacy. The reasons I didn't score 5 stars: - They wouldn't accept American Express - Their website could use some improvement

Just a another raving review for Brookswood Remedy'sRx Pharmacy :) I needed more of a prescription…read morethat I was running out of. I had had the script filled there last time so I used their App - it took 1 minute to send a refill request, so easy! Then 10 minutes later my phone rang and it was Shrief Helmy or Ahmed Zaiton from the pharmacy (sorry guys I don't know you well enough yet!) letting me know that I did not have a refill on my prescription. I said "ok, I will go in and see my doctor". He said "no, wait, I can send in a refill request for you, they may fill it that way saving you the trip". Considering my doctor is in Coquitlam and we live in Langley - this was huge. Sure enough my doctor approved the refill and I got my prescription! I am so appreciative that this local company will go the extra mile, think outside the box and work for me. They have my all prescriptions from now on unless they leave town or I'm out of town :) Thank you Shrief and Ahmed, I appreciate you! Edited to add: This won't always work, it's a prescription I've had for years and I have a very close relationship with my doctor (32 years) so that's why it did work.

They didn't explain their new policy of not filling more than 30 tablets of a narcotic at one time, but for an extra $10 you can receive your full 60 tablet prescription that day. They also told me to sign the triplicate before I received my medication. So when I asked for my prescription paper back so that I could fill it at my regular pharmacy they told me they couldn't because I had already signed the triplicate. Now when I need the rest of my medication I have to make a special trip back to them to receive it.
