We did not want to live in that colour and wanted and needed to change it immediately before we moved in. It's difficult to find the time and money when you are a first time home buyer to do that, but Budget & Save Painters was keenly aware of those barriers and made sure we would have a high quality service for a fair price. The drywall repairs were horrific, overspray is everywhere including all carpets and fixtures. They were given a chance to return and fix the mess and failed to do anything but cause further damage. My client let them know she was upset and unhappy with the work and would be calling in contractors and cleaners to gather bids and assess the damage. They immidiately (within 48hrs of "completing" the work) began harassing her for payment and making threats. Mind you this was 10:30p.m at night also! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

My experience was: Showroom has an impressive amount of product, and much of it has the price displayed. However, it turns out that a good deal of what is on display is old stock that isn't available. We cycled through several rounds of bids, one was incomplete (no materials), another had vastly overpriced labor, finally got a bid that we all agreed on. Then when the job was done and it was time to pay, the agreed upon bid disappeared and we were sent the vastly overpriced labor bid as an invoice. Quite a bit of back and forth settled when I sent their bid to them, as they denied that the bid we had agreed to existed. Generously, their estimating process and record keeping needs a lot of improvement. Most of the work done was good, generally very good. Some of the detail work was not good. I had already paid my invoice when I contacted Ralph's about the issues. No response to texts, emails, voicemails. Finally got ahold of my rep, she led with "well, they all do that", which pretty much set the tone of the conversation. Needless to say, no, they never followed up with me after promising to do so, and at this point I'll just hire someone else to complete the job. Check cashed=customer no longer exists. Summary: mostly good result, but there's got to be better options in the area.

Then, this salty woman told me picking out flooring was not for me. Joke is on you bc everyone who has toured my home loves all of the flooring I picked out. So classless of you! I'm giving you a 1 star rating bc zero wasn't an option.
