A further plus was that all staff members I was in contact with were polite, professional and conscientious about their work. A significant additional bonus was that the price Budget Blinds quoted for the blind installation at my home was about one half of what a major , well known company had quoted me for the same job. Lana has a great can do attitude that shows in her pleasure of doing what she does. Clutter 2 Comfort was recommended to us from many people. We hired her for packing our house before moving. Lana suggested to declutter before packing to see what we really need to pack, we love her idea and now instead of packing 200 boxes, she end up packing 165 and the rest unwanted items, we donated it to familys in need. We intend to hire her for many more things because of how good she is!!!!! So happy to have found this Company ( Clutter 2 Comfort)

She took a lot of items for donation as well, which saved me a lot of hassle. I would highly recommend her and her business to anyone!

Our new home was a horrendous, what I call "smokers yellow", matte finish colour, on everything (walls, ceiling trims, doors). We did not want to live in that colour and wanted and needed to change it immediately before we moved in. It's difficult to find the time and money when you are a first time home buyer to do that, but Budget & Save Painters was keenly aware of those barriers and made sure we would have a high quality service for a fair price. They worked with us to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We will definitely be using them again in the future with some renos we have in mind.

The drywall repairs were horrific, overspray is everywhere including all carpets and fixtures. They were given a chance to return and fix the mess and failed to do anything but cause further damage. We had Ralph's install flooring and tile for us. Overall, I'm not sure that I would recommend…read moreRalph's as a place to do business. My experience was: Showroom has an impressive amount of product, and much of it has the price displayed. However, it turns out that a good deal of what is on display is old stock that isn't available. We cycled through several rounds of bids, one was incomplete (no materials), another had vastly overpriced labor, finally got a bid that we all agreed on. Then when the job was done and it was time to pay, the agreed upon bid disappeared and we were sent the vastly overpriced labor bid as an invoice. Quite a bit of back and forth settled when I sent their bid to them, as they denied that the bid we had agreed to existed. Generously, their estimating process and record keeping needs a lot of improvement. Most of the work done was good, generally very good. Some of the detail work was not good. I had already paid my invoice when I contacted Ralph's about the issues. No response to texts, emails, voicemails. Finally got ahold of my rep, she led with "well, they all do that", which pretty much set the tone of the conversation. Needless to say, no, they never followed up with me after promising to do so, and at this point I'll just hire someone else to complete the job. Check cashed=customer no longer exists. Summary: mostly good result, but there's got to be better options in the area.
