What can I say? I'm continuously impressed by this place every time I come in…read more They're fast and efficient with their prescriptions, and among one of the best compounding pharmacies I've seen. But the real highlight here is the staff. Pinder, Karla, Lisa, and everyone are absolutely fantastic. I can't count how many times they've gone out of their way to help their patients. But the most important thing of all is how approachable they are. When they talk with you, they really do care on how you're doing, and they do they best to make sure you're getting the best care they can provide. Among all the pharmacies I've been to, this one still ranks at the top, time and time again. If you live in Langley, do yourself a favor and transfer all your prescriptions over here. After meeting with the staff here, you'll know you made the right choice.

Make an appointment as that is key to avoid potentially long wait times.

UNPROFESSIONAL I was…read morewaiting for some bloodwork at this location this morning. Around 7:44am, a staff comes out to call for a patient. I looked at her name tag so I know the name but I'll save that for a formal complaint to Lifelabs. She calls the patient name twice and what shocked most of us was when she yells the name of the test the patient was there for. Most of us looked at each other with eyebrows raised. Isn't this considered private information? And you yell it out in front of about 20 people? How unprofessional. Additionally, she told me off for not being able to find my veins. I told her they were shy and I've always had problems when getting blood work done because it takes a while to find them. She scolded me when she found out I didn't drink water. I told her the requisition specifically stated fasting and no food or water for 8 hours prior. She went on and on about how Doctor should have told me to drink water blah blah blah. It was such an uncomfortable encounter and I didn't like it. Not a great way to start the morning!
