I come back to them and she told me she got someone to cancel it. Okay I get it- miscommunication. Then goes and rabbles about it to another coworker woman who was a little bigger with black hair what happened with attitude. They told me to reorder. I'm there trying to reorder a pick up they cancelled and she's tapping her fingers to hurry me up. There wasn't even an apology for what just happened just this girl giving me attitude. I ended up just going to the cashier mumbling she's done when her interaction with me was not even 3 minutes long. Why work here if you're lazy and you hate it? Do you treat all your customers with this entitlement? Thankfully a nicer gentleman helped me out at the cashier.

I cringe having to come here and only do every so often to print out some pictures. First, the photo machine is disgusting. It's covered in a thick, crummy, smudgy, sticky screen that you have to touch. Then when your picture order is placed, I find myself walking all over the store trying to find an employee who might be willing to help. There are rarely employees around and always have a difficult time finding anyone to help. There are long lines because......no employees are working! The employees who are there are rude, unfriendly, and honestly, not sure how they could have been qualified to be hired. Lastly, the store typically has homeless people walking in and out if the store and am always followed and hassled getting to my car with them begging for money and harassing. This store is scary, gross, and hate coming here. I'm still searching for other locations to get pictures to never have to come here again.

It's been about five times now that I've called in/gone in/used the app to refill a prescription and when I've gone to the pharmacy two hours later to pick up, the refill order was never placed. 2. I needed to have a prescription refilled early and because it's a controlled substance, I called in to get clarification on what the pharmacist needed in order to get the refill and he was extremely rude and hung up on me. 3. With the exception of Lorraine, who is an angel, the rest of the staff comes off as utterly incompetent or exceptionally rude. They techs and pharmacists clearly need to be reminded that they are an essential component of people accessing healthcare and that medication, for most people, is critical to their well-being. There's no excuse to be so dismissive and rude to people.

They are okay at what they've done in the past tense is exactly that past tense Today when I got there before there lunch break be mindful that the pharmacist need to take a break for at least a half hour in which is normal in the State of Wa. and with the amount of customers they have or the volume of customers that need whatever they need to fill is enormous. In any given day they will make sure you get your prescriptions filled when they are ready,you should get a text message or email when you should or could be able to pick your scripts up,the date,time,hour.Do call before you leave your home and ask if its ready so,you don't want to wait! In any event the Pharmacist that work there has been much much more efficient in that they will fill your prescription or other at the time they text or email you . Note that you should give them there windows of time to make your purchase in a timely fashion to get what you need. In which is again best when you get the text or email for you and it is ready no hassle,no long lines just in and out. The people that you should ask for that are extremely efficient are Tim,Kim,Lauren,Basil and Harppreet. My experience with these folks is awesome. Yesterday I recieved a text message from the Pharmacy stating my prescription is ready ,so today they went out of there way to fill my prescription in about 5 Minutes flat. I did show my text message to let them know they sent it and they gave me my prescription readily. I was only there for 5 minutes flat,in and out! Due to the true fact they are definitely improving there performance,customer service,knowledge of your prescription due date and any adjustment let them know. They have all your information in there computer system so don't worry don't panic just read your text messages from them,call them first,then you will get your prescriptions without a wait or behind. Then I'm told it will be ready "soon" and that I'll receive another notification, only to come back again and still have it not ready. This has been a consistent problem for the entire six months I've been using this pharmacy. Not once has my prescription been ready on time or handled correctly. I understand pharmacies can be understaffed, but the level of disorganization and lack of communication here is unbelievable. I would give zero stars if I could. I will absolutely be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else.

I thought I might do my bit to remedy that for my own local, seeing as how they are doing a pretty good job. When I come in, I'm nearly always greeted personally by one of the staff. The service in the pharmacy is efficient and knowledgeable, and they have gone the extra mile on several occasions to interact with my healthcare provider in getting me taken care of. The store is clean and organized, but poorly stocked. I get the impression they are perpetually in the midst of downsizing, and it feels a little early-Covid/Soviet Union with isles of mostly-empty shelves and little selection. That's the only detracting factor, and the missing star. They got it going on where it really counts: customer service and pharmacy efficiency. You could do a WHOLE lot worse in Bellingham - I'm looking at YOU, Walgreens... Recommended.
