I can't say enough good things about this place. I came in dealing with extremely severe neck pain that was honestly affecting my daily life, sleep, and ability to function normally. From the very first visit, Justin Dalmacio made me feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Justins level of knowledge and attention to detail is incredible. He didn't just treat the symptoms--he took the time to figure out the root of the problem and built a plan that actually worked. Every session felt purposeful, and I could feel real progress week by week. What stood out the most was how supportive and encouraging Justin Dalmacio was. He kept me motivated, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to Justin, my pain has improved dramatically, and I feel like I have my life back. If you're dealing with any kind of pain or injury, especially something as frustrating as neck pain, I highly recommend giving this place a chance. I have received P.T. from the Blaine office for a work injury for nearly a year and a half from Doniel Hagee. She helped me tremendously with a Vestibular and neck injury from a terrible fall at my job in August 2022. I suddenly had to pause my P.T. due to another health issue in December 2023 which I needed surgery for on February 27, 2024. I received a get-well card from the staff and Doniel, telling me to "call for an appointment when I am ready to come back for therapy." I visited my Surgeon on Tuesday 04/04/2024 and she gave me her approval to go back to P.T. for the sustained injuries that I am still dealing with. I called Capstone today to schedule my pre-approved, unused remaining visits. I spoke to Reagan, the LNI scheduler who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and very nonchalant about what I had just experienced with my surgery. Reagan demonstrated by her phone etiquette that she was too busy and did not care about getting me back on schedule for the pre-approved remaining visits. She was so insensitive, in fact she stated, "We already discharged you as one of our patients. You need to get a new referral from your doctor and LNI!" I had talked with my Vocational Counselor who works closely with patients and LNI, before I called Capstone, and she confirmed all I needed to do was call to set up 5 remaining visits. I asked Reagan who she reports to, and she said, "Riley" was her manager. I received a call about 45 minutes after speaking to Reagan from a "Riley Beard", who was very disinterested and aloof about my not being able to schedule my remaining appointments, she was the Client Relations Manager. I have never been treated with such lack of sensitivity or low regard for others' needs or troubles. Very dispassionate for being a "Client Relations Manager." She literally said, "Oh well!" when I told her I was going to report this to the owners of Capstone, write a review about this, and look for a new Physical Therapy Clinic! I asked a medical practitioner, "who is the best physical therapist in Bellingham?" DONIEL HAGEE was first on her list, and she said the drive to Blaine is worth it. Off to Blaine I went, and wow has Doniel been fantastic. I had a foot surgery, and she has been amazing in working with me after surgery. Her knowledge of the human body with all its tendons, ligaments, muscles, etc. amazes me at every appointment. She has given me so many fantastic and simple exercises to rehab my foot. In addition to being an experienced therapist she is very kind and has a lot of humor. Sarah who runs the front part of the office is also extremely kind and very organized. Capstone PT in Blaine is my new favorite local business. I moved to the area last year. As an older person, I feared that healthcare resources would be of lower quality than what I came from (a larger populated city with a world class medical university). Because of an injury, it's painful to sit in a car, so my only choice was local. Boy, have I been surprised. The folks at Capstone are really well trained and very knowledgable. Four weeks of physical therapy for my aching back was relieved by the care I received from doc Stephanie Carlson, DPT and Ben Adelman, PTA. I now can do the proper exercises that I learned from them each time that my back is acting up. Amazing how a certain exercise can target a specific area of my body and control the pain that I feel. I was having a nagging pain in both of my toes and I didn't realize that my lumbar nerves are connected to it. Doc Stephanie showed me what these nerves control and with a simple exercise, my nagging pain felt so much better and I can get some good sleep. The core exercises that they taught me to strengthen my abdominal muscles are very effective and I do them as much as I was directed to do. Thank you so much and I hope not to see them again for the same problem, but would be glad to come back for something else. Capstone PT has my highest recommendation. read more

What a great experience I had at my first time with Dr. Jordan Crim. I went in with extreme lower back pain, knee pain and foot drop that I have had on and off for over 30 years, and in the first 45 minute session I was already on the mend. I was given "homework" to do every visit which was formulated especially for me, and I did it religiously. After three and a half weeks, I graduated feeling like a new and younger me. Everything i walked in with was given attention to and problem was solved. I am so grateful to Jordan and the staff for the care they took when seeing me. It is obvious the Dr. Crim loves what he does and is giving his 100%. Even with mask on, it is obvious he is smiling behind it! He is extremely gentle and kind with a wonderful disposition. He showed me images from books for poses, drew my lumbar disk and showed me exactly what was happening to my disk and why I had the pain, and he took the time to draw how, as I became stronger and healed, the disk would look like. He printed out my exercises and was specific on when, how many and when NOT to do them or even when to stop. I was greeted by a wonderful and friendly receptionist, Kelly, and the PT assistants were very friendly as well. I was asked about Covid symptoms, rooms were cleaned between patients, and everyone wore a mask. There was hand sanitizer in every room. I feel terrific and hope I don't need more pt, but I look forward to going back to Dr. Jordan Crim at Capstone for what I know will be a positive experience. I have gone to Capstone at the Blaine and Birch Bay offices numerous times related to two different issues. In all my visits, I have found Capstone and my therapist, Stephanie Carlson, to be extremely dedicated to finding the best treatments for my needs. Stephanie does not just follow the "standard procedures" but takes the time to do research, on her own time, to find what will work best for my problems and me. If I should ever need to go to physical therapy again, I would go to Capstone without hesitation, and ask for Stephanie. read more

I never thought I needed physical therapy until my Doctor recommended it. I love this place, it is small, extremely friendly and they make you feel like you are part of the office family. They are also very professional and I am having great progress with the work they are doing with me. I would highly recommend it, if you have an injury or need a sports massage. read more

The therapists were great and the receptionists were always kind but they called me multiples times to change my appointment time and it's like they needed me to be flexible for them. I also happen to know that my insurance allows a certain amount of visits per year but they claimed I was only allowed 6. The bummer is that they're one of the only places that take Molina and yet it's as if they don't? I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. read more
