He gave me a thorough exam, diagnosis, medication, and explained everything in detail even if it was a bit complex. He was also half the price of the orthopedic surgeon next to the hospital. If you've suffered a sports injury, this guy is the guy to go to!!!

His medical records were very unprofessional and not compete. He filled out my yearly insurance claim form incorrectly which caused my benefits to be suspended. It took 4 to six months to get my benefits reinstated. He would not listen to what I said was going on with my symptoms and would not believe what I said was happing to me. This caused my insurance benefits to again be suspended. I finally went to another physician who listened and believed me and I was able to reestablish my insurance benefits. I will ever go to Dr. Moore again or ever refer anyone to him.

I would avoid Peacehealth at all costs. This isn't the first bad experience I've had, and everyone else I know who has gone there has had similar experiences. Quality of care is an afterthought.

I've been dealing with excruciating right hip pain and have nearly gone to the ER several times as a result. I had read the radiology reports of my MRI and X-rays and have been told that I have degenerative issues, moderate osteoarthrosis with osteophytes. I am 49 years old. I have limited extension as a result and am often awakened at night with significant pain that doesn't allow me to easily get back to sleep. My quality of life is greatly diminished as I am unable to walk for long period of time or exercise. The MD didn't offer any other advice that what I am able to read on-line, nor could he provide a prognosis given my age and condition. He then dismissed my concerns about my condition by stating "he has no crystal ball" and muttering things about Putin starting the War with Ukraine and how if someone would have asked him last year about him starting a war, he wouldn't believe it. I'm not sure how this was related to my hip issue, but again I felt dismissed. He then said he could refer me to PT if I wanted it, but I already have a referral and was coming to him for more specific information and a potential prognosis. He ended by telling me to stay in shape and keep my weight down, which is a bit insulting and even unrealistic given the level of pain I have been in recently. I have trouble getting up to the toilet and back at night and even repositioning in bed can be painful for me. He also asked with curiosity about why I was on disability and when I mentioned it was due to a mental illness, he became short essentially silencing me. It's providers like these that give me little hope of regaining a quality of life and living without pain. I know I am younger than probably a lot of his patients, but I didn't feel taken seriously at all and I am now left to seek a second opinion elsewhere. This is all depressing and far too common anymore. When pain and hip issues are disrupting exercise and quality of life this exacerbates depression and makes it difficult to maintain one's optimal health. This can, overtime, cause other health conditions to manifest. I often feel like giving up, but I will continue to seek help elsewhere and hope the next provider treats me more seriously. My mental health that I feel he dismissed actually does make a difference in maintaining health and well being. It contributes to the motivation and stamina needed to obtain care and follow through with exercise. I just felt he didn't take the opportunity to see the whole picture and treat me holistically. That is what is often missing in our healthcare system... We need providers that can step back and see the whole picture and how systems are interrelated. My hip is one issue, but it's effecting my mental health and my quality of life. Oh well. I am persistent when it comes to advocating for my health. This is just one person's experience. It is what it is and I can only write about my own personal interaction with him.

I wasn't there for my wrist, but for my thumb. She asked me a few questions before realizing she had the wrong patient's file. I went back in the waiting room. Five minutes later, another staff member took me into the exam room, and realized that she'd left my file in her office. These two interactions left me feeling a little disconcerted. Argh... I'm frustrated that I have to write a negative review. I write positive and negative…read morereviews, so I don't only come here to Yelp when I need to vent. Unfortunately, I'm having to write this review because I'm the one holding the bag at the end of the day with x-ray charges. As I was just told when speaking to someone in the accounting office, Mt. Baker Imaging had their x-ray machines "hacked" back in January 2025, which is why I was directed to go to the hospital to have my x-rays done. I was told that I wasn't the only one impacted by this since others were being sent to other facilities at that time. I had the understanding that since I was going to an urgent care facility that I would be billed as such. Because I was sent to a hospital for my x-rays I was billed by the hospital at hospital rates. I'm now having to pay $436 instead of a $15 co-pay. I called Family Care Network and what was I told? "Unfortunately, you'll have to deal with the hospital because all we can see is what we've billed you for and we've already been paid for that." Where is the accountability here? It could have been as simple as informing customers that they aren't able to do x-rays and that if you end up needing one you may have to go to another facility and incur additional charges.

I was very pleased with how smooth the scheduling process went and how accommodating they were with my busy work schedule. I was seen by two providers (let's say provider 1 and provider 2 for privacy purposes). Provider 1 was very helpful by discovering a baseline and developing a course of action to strengthen some of the weaker aspects of my body. Provider 1 communicated with me that they were going to be out of town for 2 weeks. They also recommended that I were to be seen 2x a week for 4 weeks. So a different provider was assigned to me in their absence. A couple of days later provider 2 saw me for the first time and we discussed my history again. As soon as they were finished doing a basic adjustment with me they mentioned they typically spend their first appointment with a patient discussing history to later develop a plan. Do providers not refer to prior patient notes at all? Wouldn't have provided 1 laid out a game plan for provider 2 to pick up at? They proceeded to tell me that they would continue to address my concerns at the next appointment. Forget about it. My job only covers 12 appointments a year and I was finished with wasting my time. Major logistical issues. Why would provider 1 be assigned to me if they knew they were going to be gone? That ruins the streamline for continuity. Provider 2 didn't seem to even mention any of my concerns and when it comes to my health and wellbeing I would rather spend time elsewhere.

After seeing her quite a few times, her bedside manner was consistently lacking. When I wasn't following her guidelines to a T, she referred me to her husband which seems like quite the norm according to other reviews. Her husband was nice enough, but tried to use scare tactics on me about a health issue that he and I were attempting to work on, but wasn't responding to any sort of medication. And he had the audacity to use those scare tactics on me. Let me just reiterate that. I was already feeling discouraged about my health problem and I was going to this provider for help. I was complying, trying multiple medications that I could not afford, doing the lifestyle changes they recommended, and they felt as though I was not taking it seriously and made me feel awful about myself. Every time I saw Sarah after that, she was extremely hostile with me and would not give me the time of day. As a practice they are completely untrustworthy. I have a friend who have brought in their infant and were given the wrong vaccine. I have friends that have also attempted to seek care from this office and also felt like they were not given the time of day or talked down to. Not only does she talk down to patients, Sarah also talks down to the support staff. And like several other reviews, getting a referral sent was a nightmare. And calling to the office is a nightmare. To get to the point, I don't trust these providers and I will never return to Fairhaven Integrative Health and I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
