She helped me tremendously with a Vestibular and neck injury from a terrible fall at my job in August 2022. I suddenly had to pause my P.T. due to another health issue in December 2023 which I needed surgery for on February 27, 2024. I received a get-well card from the staff and Doniel, telling me to "call for an appointment when I am ready to come back for therapy." I visited my Surgeon on Tuesday 04/04/2024 and she gave me her approval to go back to P.T. for the sustained injuries that I am still dealing with. I called Capstone today to schedule my pre-approved, unused remaining visits. I spoke to Reagan, the LNI scheduler who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and very nonchalant about what I had just experienced with my surgery. Reagan demonstrated by her phone etiquette that she was too busy and did not care about getting me back on schedule for the pre-approved remaining visits. She was so insensitive, in fact she stated, "We already discharged you as one of our patients. You need to get a new referral from your doctor and LNI!" I had talked with my Vocational Counselor who works closely with patients and LNI, before I called Capstone, and she confirmed all I needed to do was call to set up 5 remaining visits. I asked Reagan who she reports to, and she said, "Riley" was her manager. I received a call about 45 minutes after speaking to Reagan from a "Riley Beard", who was very disinterested and aloof about my not being able to schedule my remaining appointments, she was the Client Relations Manager. I have never been treated with such lack of sensitivity or low regard for others' needs or troubles. Very dispassionate for being a "Client Relations Manager." She literally said, "Oh well!" when I told her I was going to report this to the owners of Capstone, write a review about this, and look for a new Physical Therapy Clinic! I think I've had over a dozen appointments so far and am happy with the tools that I come away with after each session. Everyone that I have worked with has been professional, easy to communicate with, and has a sense of humor. I am a kinesthetic and visual learner and they're willing and able to accommodate my learning style in the therapy. I haven't had physical therapy since 2003 and THIS is nothing like THAT was. Blows my mind how much physical therapy has improved between then and now. The location is super convenient, too.

I was expecting more. More hands on work and more interaction. What did I get? Verbal Education in my problem area for a large portion of my visit followed by handouts of the exercises I needed to do at home. Hands on was lackluster and limited. It wasn't until I went to a different therapist that I realized that leaving Bellingham Physical Therapy was a good decision for me. They immediately had me doing exercises followed by intramuscular stimulation and acupuncture. I feel that the focus on my problem and the efficient use of time was well worth the money spent. PT is not cheap! Wish I could get my money back... With all that said, I do want to say that I did appreciate the front office staff who are friendly and positive.

I came all the way down to Sehome Village twice a week, even though I live next to Barkley Village and there are much closer places I could have gone to. I went to see Mark Jamantoc and I couldn't recommend him enough! The healing program was transparent, easy to understand, and I was able to start running again after only a month of PT. Now, 6 months after "graduating" PT, I was able to race my 25k with 5,000ft elevation gain with no calf or achilles issues! It's not just about healing but he took the time to make me understand the ongoing workouts I needed to stay injury free. Throughout the week their staff were professional, concerned and friendly. The treatment of injuries was first class! They provided by far the best service we have ever experienced at this tournament, which has been held for 20 years all over the country.

I was recently seen at this clinic due to years of ongoing concern of pain in various parts of my…read morebody. The receptionist had some of the best professionalism and transparency. I was very pleased with how smooth the scheduling process went and how accommodating they were with my busy work schedule. I was seen by two providers (let's say provider 1 and provider 2 for privacy purposes). Provider 1 was very helpful by discovering a baseline and developing a course of action to strengthen some of the weaker aspects of my body. Provider 1 communicated with me that they were going to be out of town for 2 weeks. They also recommended that I were to be seen 2x a week for 4 weeks. So a different provider was assigned to me in their absence. A couple of days later provider 2 saw me for the first time and we discussed my history again. As soon as they were finished doing a basic adjustment with me they mentioned they typically spend their first appointment with a patient discussing history to later develop a plan. Do providers not refer to prior patient notes at all? Wouldn't have provided 1 laid out a game plan for provider 2 to pick up at? They proceeded to tell me that they would continue to address my concerns at the next appointment. Forget about it. My job only covers 12 appointments a year and I was finished with wasting my time. Major logistical issues. Why would provider 1 be assigned to me if they knew they were going to be gone? That ruins the streamline for continuity. Provider 2 didn't seem to even mention any of my concerns and when it comes to my health and wellbeing I would rather spend time elsewhere.

I've been seeing Kerry as a massage therapist for a long time; she has always been great. She opened her own Sports institute a while ago and guys it's amazing! Not only does she have up to date training and recovery equipment, they are INVESTED in you and your goals! I'm training for a half and have been laid up with shin splints. I was going to drop out, but thought I'd reach out to Kerry. Now I'm on a running plan, a stretching plan, a biking plan....all the plans.
