I think I've had over a dozen appointments so far and am happy with the tools that I come away with after each session. Everyone that I have worked with has been professional, easy to communicate with, and has a sense of humor. I am a kinesthetic and visual learner and they're willing and able to accommodate my learning style in the therapy. I haven't had physical therapy since 2003 and THIS is nothing like THAT was. Blows my mind how much physical therapy has improved between then and now. The location is super convenient, too.

I have accomplished the goals from the first sessions, and so we raised the bar so I could continue to participate in athletic events at a higher level. I always feel like they listen to me and their advice gives results. I wish all my healthcare experiences were this good.

He is a very professional, knowledgeable and amicable, nice guy of a therapist. I came in with a very active and complex sciatica condition (a.k.a. pain in the __ss) and a host of other old spinal injuries and wear and tear issues and misalignments from an accident-prone lifestyle. Justin diagnosed me using physical manipulations and x-rays and MRI 's that I brought in, and we got right to work. I started feeling better right away and kept on improving in time to go on a long-planned trek in Iceland. Without Capstone I would likely have cancelled on this big investment trip and been poorer, sorer, and not nearly as limbered and wizened! You will like working with him and what it will do for you.

I was recently seen at this clinic due to years of ongoing concern of pain in various parts of my…read morebody. The receptionist had some of the best professionalism and transparency. I was very pleased with how smooth the scheduling process went and how accommodating they were with my busy work schedule. I was seen by two providers (let's say provider 1 and provider 2 for privacy purposes). Provider 1 was very helpful by discovering a baseline and developing a course of action to strengthen some of the weaker aspects of my body. Provider 1 communicated with me that they were going to be out of town for 2 weeks. They also recommended that I were to be seen 2x a week for 4 weeks. So a different provider was assigned to me in their absence. A couple of days later provider 2 saw me for the first time and we discussed my history again. As soon as they were finished doing a basic adjustment with me they mentioned they typically spend their first appointment with a patient discussing history to later develop a plan. Do providers not refer to prior patient notes at all? Wouldn't have provided 1 laid out a game plan for provider 2 to pick up at? They proceeded to tell me that they would continue to address my concerns at the next appointment. Forget about it. My job only covers 12 appointments a year and I was finished with wasting my time. Major logistical issues. Why would provider 1 be assigned to me if they knew they were going to be gone? That ruins the streamline for continuity. Provider 2 didn't seem to even mention any of my concerns and when it comes to my health and wellbeing I would rather spend time elsewhere.

From the very first visit, Justin Dalmacio made me feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Justins level of knowledge and attention to detail is incredible. He didn't just treat the symptoms--he took the time to figure out the root of the problem and built a plan that actually worked. Every session felt purposeful, and I could feel real progress week by week. What stood out the most was how supportive and encouraging Justin Dalmacio was. He kept me motivated, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to Justin, my pain has improved dramatically, and I feel like I have my life back. If you're dealing with any kind of pain or injury, especially something as frustrating as neck pain, I highly recommend giving this place a chance. It was one of the best decisions I've made.

She helped me tremendously with a Vestibular and neck injury from a terrible fall at my job in August 2022. I suddenly had to pause my P.T. due to another health issue in December 2023 which I needed surgery for on February 27, 2024. I received a get-well card from the staff and Doniel, telling me to "call for an appointment when I am ready to come back for therapy." I visited my Surgeon on Tuesday 04/04/2024 and she gave me her approval to go back to P.T. for the sustained injuries that I am still dealing with. I called Capstone today to schedule my pre-approved, unused remaining visits. I spoke to Reagan, the LNI scheduler who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and very nonchalant about what I had just experienced with my surgery. Reagan demonstrated by her phone etiquette that she was too busy and did not care about getting me back on schedule for the pre-approved remaining visits. She was so insensitive, in fact she stated, "We already discharged you as one of our patients. You need to get a new referral from your doctor and LNI!" I had talked with my Vocational Counselor who works closely with patients and LNI, before I called Capstone, and she confirmed all I needed to do was call to set up 5 remaining visits. I asked Reagan who she reports to, and she said, "Riley" was her manager. I received a call about 45 minutes after speaking to Reagan from a "Riley Beard", who was very disinterested and aloof about my not being able to schedule my remaining appointments, she was the Client Relations Manager. I have never been treated with such lack of sensitivity or low regard for others' needs or troubles. Very dispassionate for being a "Client Relations Manager." She literally said, "Oh well!" when I told her I was going to report this to the owners of Capstone, write a review about this, and look for a new Physical Therapy Clinic! The only curious thing was Riley sounded exactly like Reagan! Roberta Reyes

I went to see Mark Jamantoc and I couldn't recommend him enough! The healing program was transparent, easy to understand, and I was able to start running again after only a month of PT. His staff was able to squeeze me in almost right away, despite the fact that I wasn't an established patient. They were also very knowledgeable about my insurance and exactly what would and would not be covered -- a rarity in any medical office! Dr. Constantin took ex-rays and went over them with me in great detail. He showed me why I was in pain. He also pointed out some areas of concern for the future and shared some actionable ideas for maintenance and prevention of problems going forward. We're not talking about the typical, "lift with your legs, not your back," sort of advice, but much more personalized to my particular situation and physiology. Then it was time for the adjustment. Dr. Constantin isn't a snap-crackle-pop chiropractor. His adjustments are very similar to those performed by an osteopathist, if you've been fortunate enough to find one that does adjustments. He's gentle and precise in his alignments, and I left his office nearly pain-free with no residual muscle spasms -- quite a change from barely being able to walk or stand when I arrived! If you're looking for a great chiropractor in the Ferndale, Blaine or even Bellingham area, Dr. Constantin should be at the very top of your list!
