I think I've had over a dozen appointments so far and am happy with the tools that I come away with after each session. Everyone that I have worked with has been professional, easy to communicate with, and has a sense of humor. I am a kinesthetic and visual learner and they're willing and able to accommodate my learning style in the therapy. I haven't had physical therapy since 2003 and THIS is nothing like THAT was. Blows my mind how much physical therapy has improved between then and now. The location is super convenient, too.

They are just so great at tailoring the sessions to my goals, and the therapists are super knowledgable, always seeking more advanced certifications. I always feel like they listen to me and their advice gives results. I wish all my healthcare experiences were this good.

Just make sure you don't need help when you go. I have some unique needs due to a work place injury and challenge. They were helpless. The OT Deneice was horrible, unkind, unhelpful and cavalier. Not what one needs when you have a major wellness problem. Apparently she has an OT Masters degree but you would never know the way she behaved. Appalling.

Steve and Brendan both did a great job of giving me the proper exercise regimen and training to remedy my neck and shoulder pain. They provided the exercises and performance feedback during the session, and clear written instructions for me to follow at home. I followed their suggestions and after a little over a month I can truthfully say that I can't remember the last time I was able to move my neck and head so easily. I also now have the knowledge to allow me to perhaps avoid future issues. Easy, efficient scheduling and a well maintained and clean facility rounded out the experience. She helped me tremendously with a Vestibular and neck injury from a terrible fall at my job in August 2022. I suddenly had to pause my P.T. due to another health issue in December 2023 which I needed surgery for on February 27, 2024. I received a get-well card from the staff and Doniel, telling me to "call for an appointment when I am ready to come back for therapy." I visited my Surgeon on Tuesday 04/04/2024 and she gave me her approval to go back to P.T. for the sustained injuries that I am still dealing with. I called Capstone today to schedule my pre-approved, unused remaining visits. I spoke to Reagan, the LNI scheduler who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and very nonchalant about what I had just experienced with my surgery. Reagan demonstrated by her phone etiquette that she was too busy and did not care about getting me back on schedule for the pre-approved remaining visits. She was so insensitive, in fact she stated, "We already discharged you as one of our patients. You need to get a new referral from your doctor and LNI!" I had talked with my Vocational Counselor who works closely with patients and LNI, before I called Capstone, and she confirmed all I needed to do was call to set up 5 remaining visits. I asked Reagan who she reports to, and she said, "Riley" was her manager. I received a call about 45 minutes after speaking to Reagan from a "Riley Beard", who was very disinterested and aloof about my not being able to schedule my remaining appointments, she was the Client Relations Manager. I have never been treated with such lack of sensitivity or low regard for others' needs or troubles. Very dispassionate for being a "Client Relations Manager." She literally said, "Oh well!" when I told her I was going to report this to the owners of Capstone, write a review about this, and look for a new Physical Therapy Clinic! Mandi is excellent; I have seen more results from her treatment and care than I have in previous years at other clinics, by far! I go regularly to keep on top of any issues I have that are recurring. Vicki gives great massages, really targeting the areas I most need her to work on for reducing tension/stress and tightness. I am very happy to make this my "home" sports medicine clinic and I will continue to go there for ongoing treatment. I highly recommend this clinic!

Both my physiotherapist and RMT do a great job on helping me cope with back pain and discomfort in my neck. The front receptionist is amazing at fitting me in for appointments ensuring that I can do back to back appointments without making the drive out the White Rock twice since I no longer reside nearby.
