Shouldn't appointments be caught up first before adding in walk ins? What exactly is the point of having an appt except you get to sit in a chair instead of standing in a lineup. Dr. Mitra Ghaderi was the previous owner's choice and she is excellent. She is a perfectionist who will not leave a job less than perfectly done. She has done fillings for me twice, both times in front teeth, up and down, and she's taken the opportunity to build up my teeth so that they are not only strong and healthy, but they look better too. Her technicians are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this business to others.

Reception staff wasn't terrible, despite their apathetic attitudes for the most part. I saw 4 out of the 5 doctors there, and 3 out of the 4 I saw weren't horrible. However, when I went in for my last appointment the doctor I saw this particular time pulled up the WRONG FILE for a completely DIFFERENT PATIENT! He was trying to tell me I had had tests done that I knew for a fact I hadn't. He broke all confidentiality laws by telling me this patients details under the pretense that they were my details. He also tried to prescribe me a medication that, had my partner not noticed it was the wrong file, could have been detrimental to my baby! Not to mention the COMPLETE LACK of professionalism when we pointed it out - he didn't even apologize! This poor other patient, he had entered completely wrong details in her file and told me those details. How unprofessional can you get? They can't even check they have the right patient? This is why hospitals and labs ask you your name and birthdate to DOUBLE CHECK! To top it all off, this doctor wouldn't even talk to me face to face, he spoke only to his computer and to my partner, who was sitting on the other side of the room. Completely and utterly unbelievably unprofessional and apathetic. I will NOT be returning and I recommend you don't make the same mistake I did. AVOID THIS PLACE! Don't put your baby in jeopardy because of convenience.
