I saw that there was a sign on the door saying their reception doesn't start until 9am, their sign was inside and there was no one at reception. No one answered or came out when I rang the buzzer so I left. I assumed they had closed because of the snow. The appointment reminder email I received had no information about reception starting at 9am. The email did said don't show up more than 5 minutes before your appointment but then someone should open the door. I couldn't go back because I had gotten a ride there and didn't have time to wait around for someone to maybe open the door because the person dropping me off had somewhere to be. I called within 10 minutes and got charged a no-show fee even though I was there, just no one opened the door. I'm not waiting around in the snow for a business that should be open to open the door for me when they look closed and empty, especially if I had booked an appointment well in advance. The receptionist said, "It's JUST $30 plus GST." That's still money and your staff may have lost money but so did I - I had to take extra time off work and waste time commuting. Perhaps consider staffing the office appropriately at appointment times instead of making clients pay the price of your ineptitude. Take responsibility for your mistakes and poor planning.

They didn't have another client they were juggling at the same time as me. Sandy was my therapist and her kind and professional treatment/advice was exactly what I was looking for. I've been to two other clinics where they gave me exercises while they went to check on other clients. While this may be fine for others I wasn't always 100% sure my exercises were right, sometimes I'd be waiting for the therapist to come back, and often felt I didn't need to pay to be there for so long. The appointment was great and totally worth my time and money. Easy to book online even for your first appointment. Highly recommended.

With Jennifer it was a holistic experience - clinical excellence, winning personality, and client-service oriented. I requested we get straight to manual therapy as with many other physio therapists, we spend forever talking and filling out useless forms that have no relevance to me. Jennifer obliged while at first pointing out what may be the source of my back pain and misalignment - my feet. It's the first time I had someone go through all the various symptoms and quickly dial in on a specific actionable part, and for me to feel confident and hopeful that I could actually work and improve upon it. Front desk was friendly and efficient / enjoyed chatting with them at the end. This location is a bit more run-down than their other ones, but still a decent place compared to many other places where I've had treatment. Overall highly recommend - especially if you're lucky enough to get on Jennifer's schedule.

Always assured that it was growing pains and things would be remedied, they have not . Too big too fast , completely out of touch with patient care . Staff are leaving faster than they can hire people, staff that have been there for almost as long as I have been going, and not one or two staff MANY MANY staff members jumping ship. Owners have sold out to a big box type company that couldn't care less about patients anymore only the bottom line . I have been going here for 12 years , if I wasn't in the middle of a 3 year regimented treatment plan I would absolutely go elsewhere . Everyone there that was compassionate and caring about patients and patient care has left . Now it's all about the $$$$$. Once my treatment plan is complete I will absolutely look elsewhere for treatment . The rest of my family has already left to follow their practitioners elsewhere . Love the 2 practitioners I still see here everything else is horrible . Other than a few staff left and a few of the front end weekend staff I completely agree with this other reviewer " Staff is not helpful and kind of rude. You walk in to check in and have to wait until they finish talking amongst themselves to be checked in, paying at the end is the same way. They really make you feel like a ghost, or not worthy of their time there. There are far better places to spend your benefit dollars, don't waste them here."
