I was in two car accidents in 2019 and my doctor wrote a me note for physiotherapy. I came right here and all I can say was that was the best decision I had ever made. Although that was the first ever experience I had ever had with physiotherapy, I was thoroughly impressed and happy. I had appointments with Adina and with Leah (who I think is currently on mat leave). They are both so amazing. They are very true to their treatments with their clients. Very knowledgeable and very through in the information they try to gain from you so they know how to help you with your concerns. From my experience, they're not the type of clinic that will give you a run for your money... they will be honest and try to do their best with what they feel on how many appointments you may need or the length of the appointments. They're also a small business which is even more of a reason to love supporting them.

Right from the genuine greeting at the front door (Janette) to my own physiotherapist (Dara Storey), you feel you have arrived to a caring place. My physio experience has been excellent with Physio Room. All concerns are addressed and any questions are thoroughly answered. I was so impressed that after a few weeks I took a few business cards so I could refer co-workers/friends. There is on-line bookings via a smartphone app, and email reminders of appointments that are helpful. All physio programs are also tracked on your e-profile so you can refer back to exercises you have been assigned easily. A great feature in our digital age. Cannot stress how impressed I am.

Alex Abundo has been great: very knowledgeable and very helpful. He started off with a full…read moreassessment, and listened to all I had to say about my problem (a sore knee that had kicked up decades after an injury). His diagnosis seems to have been perfect. He did some massage, and we mostly worked on teaching me simple exercises to get me back in shape for hiking. I've seen him half a dozen or more times over a period of months, each time given exercises that were targeted to where I had progressed to at that time. I just told him I felt ready to go back to hiking, and he suggested three exercises I can do for "maintenance" (my term). I would happily go to him again for help with any pain or body problem. He's very professional, pleasant, and helpful. P.S. My wife has benefited from his physical therapy before I first say him, and she recommended him to me. A different physical therapist (at a different place) had given her exercises that caused her greater pain and disability. Alex gave her a new, different diagnosis and exercises, and she soon was greatly improved.

I came here after a recent injury. About almost 2 months ago..... was hoping that I could "avoid"…read moredoing physio even if it took a little longer or more treatments (I was doing sports massage and acupuncture) But. What I noticed is while it did loosen the muscles the day of. The soreness after the treatment spanned days. In that time. I babied the shoulder. And it was basically one step forward one step back. I did notice a nagging pain first thing when I wake. This dead weight soreness that was dull and stiff. Taking me nearly half to an hour. To get the arm moving so I can get the covers off. The pain was breathtaking. Once I got moving it was fine. Unless I bump and elbow or extending my arm too far out or wrong angle. But the morning pain. Was an issue. And sleep. Well. I barely slept since the accident. I'm more passing out than sleep. I can't sleep. Cuz I sleep on my right. And it's my right shoulder that is injured. Roll onto it and bam I wake up. The pain takes my breath away. I lie there. Too sore to move but unable to sleep. So far the only thing that's comfortable is lying still in bed and watching tv. So I decided. Ohkaaaaaaaaay. I'll do physio. I got paired up with Anthony. He's nice. Very through and took his time figuring out which spots were bothering me. I was fairly surprised the first visit and subsequent visits were all the same price. Weird. Most places bill you more for the first visit. Sent me home with few exercises. The place is huge soooooo many rooms for patients. An open area for everyone to use exercise equipment. Lots of machines. It does seem like sometimes they may have more than one patient at a time. But honestly? If your doctor treats you and has you doing some exercise to practice. Do you really expect him or her to stand there while you do it? Or they can guide another person on theirs and come back to check on you? Someone was complaining on her about that. But it honestly isn't that big of a deal. Booking my own appointment is as super easy. They were closed (8:18 pm) when I finished my appointment. Hopped on the website and booed myself 4 spots for the coming two weeks. Cancellation here apparently is 24+ hours. So anything LESS than 24 hrs you have to pay for the visit. So I guess 48 hrs sound safer. They do open really early and stay late. So it is super convenient if you "work" I think the earliest they open is 6 am and Til like 8 pm so you really have no excuse for not being able to go unless you work 12+ hours a day I liked my visit. Will be back on Friday. THEY ACCEPT EVERYTHING AMEX MASTERCARD VISA UNION PAY DEBIT ETC

Shav and Pav, the office staff, are very friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic has a nice environment. They have Covid protocols in place. Elizabeth Yee came highly recommended by several work colleagues. My left shoulder, arm, neck and back were in a lot of pain after the accident. My left arm and shoulder were restricted in movement. With her knowledge and experience, she was able to reduce the pain substantially over time although my restriction and weakness is still there. She showed me exercises I could do at home with things around the house. Elizabeth has done manual therapy on my shoulder area, electrotherapy, dry needling and has me doing exercises on various equipment. She has educated me on how to reach my goals. With Jennifer it was a holistic experience - clinical excellence, winning personality, and client-service oriented. I requested we get straight to manual therapy as with many other physio therapists, we spend forever talking and filling out useless forms that have no relevance to me. Jennifer obliged while at first pointing out what may be the source of my back pain and misalignment - my feet. It's the first time I had someone go through all the various symptoms and quickly dial in on a specific actionable part, and for me to feel confident and hopeful that I could actually work and improve upon it. Front desk was friendly and efficient / enjoyed chatting with them at the end. This location is a bit more run-down than their other ones, but still a decent place compared to many other places where I've had treatment. Overall highly recommend - especially if you're lucky enough to get on Jennifer's schedule.
